The hotel looks amazing from the outside but sadly so many issues that really let it down. I will list all issues concerned below but key point: Bad Value for Money. I will highlight some positives: - The outside space by the sea is very nice and there are always waiters there to accommodate - very happy with this part of the hotel. - The bed was very comfortable and room was clean. - The Bellhops were all very polite and gave great service. Problems: - Unable to ajust temperature in our room or even turn on the AC. Had to leave the door open just to be at a good temperature and being on the ground floor this felt quite uncomfortable. - Spa Facility a serious let down. The Spa’s pool was cold, the sauna wasn’t hot enough and the Turkish Bath had no steam. Advertising as a wellness hotel is a bit of a joke. I also noticed the Spa wasn’t full clean and someone needed to clean the area’s around the seating. - Customer service overall was a real disappointment. On entry, instead of a hello and welcome they got straight to the point of payment. My partner is bilingual and although the receptionist knew I was English, she started talking in Spanish and it wasn’t until far along in the conversation that she asked which language we preferred to be spoken to. The check In was overall very unwelcoming. Then on check out at no point did they ask us how our stay was, just settled the bill and that was job done. Service means a lot to me and I have had a lot better experience from hotels that cost half as much on the Mallorcan Island. - Amenities in the room were at additional charge. We had a coffee machine and kettle in the room but no coffee. When we asked they told us we’d need to pay for this. For a hotel claiming to be 4 stars at the price it was costing, this was a bit of a joke. - No bar around the second Pool. We were staying in the apartments which have their own pool but if you’re staying there, just a heads up, there’s no bar. If you want them to bring you a drink they will do but additional costs! Overall for a 4 star hotel which cost 160€ a night, it was a let down. I live on the island and there are many better options than this one.

Wonderful hotel and beautiful food. The staff are excellent. It was a good thought to go half board because early season not a lot was open close by.

Stayed at the hotel again for a week at the end of September. All very good. The staff as ever friendly and helpful. The food excellent , if you are staying half board, with the evening meal you can Go to the buffet before your starter course and also after your main course . Cleanliness within the hotel very good. Hotel location exceptional Great to be able to walk out of the door of the hotel and be on the edge of the sea. Swimming highly recommended. Sitting at the bar overlooking the bay. Lovely! Breakfast by the sea is a great way to start the day! Thanks to all the team ! Perfecto! Poached eggs for breakfast better than ever,thanks to Matilde. Looking forward to going back again
