Really enjoyable and relaxing stay here for a week. The staff were super polite, friendly, helpful, and any minor niggles sorted immediately with no hassle. The food was great, huge selection, freshly prepared for each meal. The rooms were a decent size with good amenities (bath and shower, TV, safe, balcony, kettle, fridge, 3 litres bottled water everyday in your room). The hotel is a 5 minute walk from a supermarket and 25 minutes from the beach.

Lovely if you want to get away from the tourist traps. Excellent service from friendly staff, who fall over themselves to help you. A big thanks to Abdullah for the excellent way he has looked after us with our room. Don't come here if you're wanting the usual brits on holiday experience.

Beautiful hotel in Sharm el sheik, had the most relaxing time, it wasn't busy at all, me and my husband had this rooftop Pool to ourselves most days! All inclusive, staff friendly. The hotel is quite a way from the beaches, but you can get a free mini bus from the hotel. Or pay 2 dollars for the paid beach, where you can snorkel at a coral reef. Excursions are offered by the hotel, we went on a dune buggy safari, rode a camel, saw a show with a snake charmer and a belly dancer all in one evening for only £35 each, it was amazing. 4 stars given for the location, as there was lots of building works going on next door, but it's for a good cause, they are building a water park, which I'm told will be finished in August. Lots of building works going on within the same street too, with new hotels ect, I think within a few years, this will be the place to be.

Not 5⭐️ wouldn’t even rate it as a 3⭐️ Same food day and night. Foot from the night put out for breakfast. Beer from a can, only get a small plastic cup at a time (water cooler type cup). Food very basic, partner got ill off it and didn’t eat for 3days. Next to a mcdonalds, that has a funny smell in it. 🤢 Lovely grill house a couple mins walk away, reasonable price with good size food portion but don’t sell booze. We had two large meals (steak, big size crispy chicken burger with bacon and chips / sweet tatty fries, side salad and that) 2 drinks. Came to just over £15. Bargain. Wouldn’t say here again, not worth the money and not 5⭐️ don’t care what anyone says. Room had a bath and shower, tried to have a bath but the water ran yellow / brown colour 🤢 Not much going on around the area. It the want 2⭐️ plus stay with food and drinks to go with it, this is the place for you! If you want a proper 5 ⭐️ hotel with food, drinks, room and that to go with it GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

We stayed for 3 weeks, hotel very clean, room cleanliness was not to our standard and we had to ask the manager to arrange for cleaning of floors and bathroom which was actioned. Our room had an amazing balcony to the front of the hotel, balcony has the sun all day long, we loved the balcony. Staff are friendly and welcoming always checking if we were enjoying our time here. Food over the 3 weeks is repetitive and not the quality we have had at other hotels, same choice and a lot of chicken, not enough fish dishes or meat. Breakfast we usually had eggs these included scrambled eggs, poached egg, omelet, boiled we lost count how many different egg dishes we had, every day the same as not a lot of choice. We noticed a bbq which we did not see used, we had the complimentary al a carte dining which is located on the roof in the evening, however, although the food was nice I was bitten 21 times on my legs by mosquitoes so beware in the evening if venturing on the roof. Pools around the hotel are very welcoming but far too cold to use only one heated which we did not use as it was where the animation team were so not relaxing, adult only pool although very beautiful far too cold to swim in, we thought and recommended that this pool should be the heated one for relaxing adults, seems a waste of money running filters in the other 3 pools that no one used due to them being too cold to swim in. My 5 star review has to go to the spa “Be different” which is located in the hotel, I highly recommend visiting this spa for massage thank you to Jasmine for the amazing massage I received, beautiful surroundings and relaxing music created an ambient atmosphere.
