Upon arriving at the hotel, everything was perfect. I was greeted by the staff and promptly shown to my room. Special mention goes to Abdul Hamid, the cleaning staff who was on stand by and made us feel comfortable at all times. Any requests we had was fulfilled without any issues by Abdul. Really warm and kind and went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. Would book again.

1st trip to Egypt, lovely hotel, although dated in places, could do with a freshen up. The staff in the Massage & Spa are brilliant. 3 treatments and I'm feeling on top form. Thank you. Shout out to the member of staff who looked after our room( 1212) WONDERFUL Spotlessly clean every day. Thanks so much to reception staff that organised Flowers And birthday celebrations for my wife. She loved them Thank you for a wonderful fantastic holiday,

Not good hotel. 1. When you check out at 12.00 and bus leaves 17.00, you can't use enymore hotel all inclusive services. It's first hotel in years, where they take your braclet and you cant use anymore hotel benefits. 2. Occasionally they don't put toilet paper and water to your room. 3. The roons are very far from the main house and they don't provide lift servise to the room. Some workers aren't very proffesional.

The room is disgusting. There is dirt and mess all over the floor, and it’s extremely unhygienic. The bathroom smells terrible, the bathtub is yellow and filthy, with grime and dirt everywhere. The toilet looked like it has already been used and hasn’t even been flushed. On top of that, the whole room reeks of cigarette smoke. It’s absolutely unacceptable.

Hello. It was not my first time spent in that "five egiptian stars" hotel. My room 5210 was not ok because of the broken toilet. There were no wi-fi for 3 days of my 14 days' vacation. The food was not delicious, but ok, i cannot remember something special in the restaurant. I do not drink alcohol, but espresso machine in the bar was broken for a few days. I have visited spa for 5 times. Special thanks to manager Natalia for special price and care! The gym was good for me every morning too. Hope to visit again this real 3 stars Il Mercato hotel for such a low price.
