Hotel is nice and quiet, view of the mountains is good. Food is average mostly, and rooms need better cleaning especially in the bathrooms. Animation and entertainment team were the best (5 out of 5 stars).

I do not recommend this hotel, first of all, the room was not clean, there was a smell and there were hairs in the bed. All the chaise lounges in the hotel had such a dirty surface that it was impossible to lie down, the service staff was kind, but our vacation was ruined because of this hotel, we stayed for 2 days and then moved to another hotel in exchange for an additional payment. I don't know by what criteria they evaluate it, but it's not really a 5-star hotel, it's at the level of a 3-star hotel.

Not 5⭐️ wouldn’t even rate it as a 3⭐️ Same food day and night. Foot from the night put out for breakfast. Beer from a can, only get a small plastic cup at a time (water cooler type cup). Food very basic, partner got ill off it and didn’t eat for 3days. Next to a mcdonalds, that has a funny smell in it. 🤢 Lovely grill house a couple mins walk away, reasonable price with good size food portion but don’t sell booze. We had two large meals (steak, big size crispy chicken burger with bacon and chips / sweet tatty fries, side salad and that) 2 drinks. Came to just over £15. Bargain. Wouldn’t say here again, not worth the money and not 5⭐️ don’t care what anyone says. Room had a bath and shower, tried to have a bath but the water ran yellow / brown colour 🤢 Not much going on around the area. It the want 2⭐️ plus stay with food and drinks to go with it, this is the place for you! If you want a proper 5 ⭐️ hotel with food, drinks, room and that to go with it GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

That's my second time in that hotel. Prewious one was before the pandemy started.  Actually hotel is good and notning was changed  exsept the number of russians.  There are a lot of them and that is not wery comfortable (i was born in Ukraine and my parents still living there). Otherwise,  i had a good weather all the time and a wery warm sea. There are a few clean basens in the hotel so you don't need to go to the beach in the case of the bad weather. The evening program was also interesting -belly dance, latina dance with a professional performance  etc🩰 Recommend to visit the Fares seafoods restaurant which is located in the few minutes by walk from the hotel. Highly recommend it (you don't need to take a taxi, if you're not sure about location you can easy find it in the Google maps 🐠🐟). From the hotel you can go the one free and the one payable beach. But i recommend the third one. It is  the El Fanar🏝️. That one is good for the relax. No drunk guys, no disco music My special thanks for the guy from the cleaning team named Ramadan Ahmed. He was wery helpful.  Five stars for him. Special thanks to the Ramadan and for the hotel team for the surprise with the cake for my BDAY 🎂 🎈 (as for me they have a very good sweets in restaurant for every day) For the sure hotel is luxury as well as could he for egiptian standards, but if you are from EU or GB could be some  details you will definitely not like (like small line's of the rust in the bathroom or broken door lokers on the balcony)🤪 Summary the hotel is good but staying there with russians is not comfortable. So it makes me to sense ro overthink do i really want to come back  🙂

Hotel Spa was ok. Steam room door needs replacing. Lady gave me a massage she was very good! Unfortunately jacuzzi jets didn't all work and temperature was not hot enough for a enjoyable experience.
