The hotel is very beautiful, I loved it, and everything about it is great. The food is delicious and varied, the rooms are clean, and the housekeeper comes in every day to clean. The show is very nice and different every day, especially the little girl Sue, who is very cute and makes the children laugh, and her mini-disco is lovely.The club is lovely and takes great care of the children. There are many activities and a large pool. I hope you visit the hotel; you'll love it! I'll definitely return to this hotel every vacation. Thank you so much! ❤️❤️❤️

I stayed here with my partner and children in January 2023 for 2 weeks and we loved every minute of our stay. Our rooms were big and very clean, we had a nice balcony, and the cleaners came in every morning also making animals out of the towels and leaving them on the bed for my kids to see. They loved it. The restaurant in very nice and the food is delicious. The pools are quite big and the pool on the rooftop is beautiful with stunning views. Everybody at that hotel was super helpful, polite, and even got us discounts with all our excursions. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are very worn out. The bathroom was dirty and some furniture was in poor condition. I immediately asked to change my room, because the first one smelled strongly of tobacco. The second room was slightly better, but located close to the lobby, where every evening there were loud and drunk guests, so it was noisy. Most of the staff are friendly, but not all. Food is about 3/5. The hotel territory doesn’t have many green areas or cozy spots to enjoy the weather outside. I understand that the price is low, but they really don’t pay enough attention to cleanliness. To reach the sea you need to take a small bus. The beach ‘Terazzina’ has no corals — you can find much nicer spots for swimming and snorkeling around Sharm.

I liked the food, most of the stuff i tried were tasty, there is plenty and something different every day. The rooms are nice but could use a bit of refreshment, minor faults here and there. There are few pools and they are all nice. The staff is very friendly and cooperative and will make your stay enjoyable!

We stayed in this hotel for ten days. We have some comments to make regarding the location and architecture of the hotel, which are magnificent, with two swimming pools above and two below, as well as an Aqua Park ideal for children. The beach is terrazina with all the necessary amenities. However, I would like to point out the departures of the entertainment manager, Bibo, who rackets tourists to take them to the disco in the evening and does not hesitate to flirt with women, even married ones. I am at the disposal of the management to give them names. The level of entertainment is really poor given the potential of the hotel. The food is acceptable. The rooms are spacious and clean with good room service. The manager does a remarkable job of going to the customers to inquire about their well-being. Thank you.
