Really let down. It was our only holiday this year and we will never be back. The airport private transfer was the rudest person, didn’t even bother to help us with our bags, and was nowhere to be found at the airport. The hotel itself is dated and dirty with bin bags everywhere, we had to have them clean our floors again because they were so dirty it was making all of our feet black. The AC took 6 hours to properly work. The sun deck only has access from the living room portion of the TINY rooms and not the bedroom so it’s pointless for parents who want to sit outside when kids go to bed. We ordered wine off menu and it was so overpriced and tasted like vinegar. The hotel staff is hit or miss, some wonderful some incredibly rude. The food at the snack bar is DISGUSTING and the only place to eat between lunch and dinner. The a la carte food was inedible it was revolting. Everything requires a deposit - even a pool towel. The rooms are LOUD, we had people outside our room until 2am every single night and we were in the quiet part according to reception. The last night we were there was an event and an even further nightmare. The pool is overcrowded and lifeguards are on their phone instead of paying attention to the 150+ people in the pool. We saw multiple kids fall down and hurt themselves badly. No one around to help. Avoid this place, the pictures and reviews are deceptive. This is a disaster resort.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is well-maintained with a beautiful territory. The food was good, with a nice variety. The rooms are a bit dated, but overall comfortable. The location is great, with convenient parking and stunning beaches nearby. There are kids’ programs and evening shows, which our children really enjoyed. Overall, a good experience for a family vacation.

Three adults (married couple and mother) and two children (10 and 15), hotel is a good four star. Food is good, staff were excellent and friendly especially Joan. Highlight is Pepe and his animacion team, special shout outs to Rachel who was superb, Joel was great and the others all worked hard together and made our holiday. Location 4 star as a bit out of the way, the beaches are good though especially the cave on the right hand side of the left cove as you face the sea. Perfect for families with children aged 4 to 12 years old, would recommend.

This place is absolutely fantastic, great for families. There is so much fun and plenty of activities for the kids. There's also a quiet infinity pool for the adults. There are 2 beautiful beaches within 7 minutes walk. There's a bus every 20 minutes most of the day to one of the beaches. There's a great selection of food to cater for all. I would highly recommend 👌

Amazing place. Family of 4. 2 adults with an 11 & 7 year old visiting for 10 days. The place is huge so you can mix up the pools & restaurants. The staff are very good. Nothing is too much trouble & everyone is full of enthusiasm, with special mention to the animation staff who are incredible. The evening entertainment is also well above the level I’d expect. I can’t recommend it highly enough
