We stayed there from 01.05-08.05.2026 - The team at IKOS Kissamos has created something truly exceptional. From the moment you arrive, it is clear that every detail of this resort has been thoughtfully designed. The property is impressively large, beautifully built, and blends luxury, comfort, and elegance in a way that feels both exclusive and welcoming. Every corner of the resort reflects outstanding quality and attention to detail. The culinary experience is simply amazing. Every restaurant offers exceptional food, outstanding variety, and presentation of the highest standard. Each meal felt like a special experience, and the quality consistently exceeded our expectations. What made our stay even more memorable was the extraordinary dedication of Alvaro Reviriego, Deputy Head of Rooms. His personal commitment, professionalism, and genuine care for guests are truly remarkable. The fact that he personally reached out, offered his time, and made himself fully available for a personal conversation at any convenient time and place demonstrates an exceptional level of dedication and hospitality that is rarely experienced, even in world-class resorts. We spent a week at Ikos Kissamos in a 2 bedroom deluxe room with our 4 children. We have visited Odisia twice before and were excited to discover what Kissamos had to offer. Our room had multiple issues on the first night and unfortunately got off to a bad start. We had a flooded bathroom, lights that didn't turn off and were missing a bed! Requests went unanswered, countless maintenance people trailed through the room with promises of rectifying mess later. With ambitions of enjoying our holiday we tried to book a padel court only to find that they were frustratingly both booked for the entirety of our 7 day stay. Nevertheless, we spent time at the deluxe pool which our children loved and the amazing Marianela served us drinks and worked tirelessly to make sure everything was good. She was an absolute star. The staff really make a difference here, they are amazing, hard working and very kind. If you are thinking of visiting, I would recommend you wait until the hotel looks less like a building site and issues have been resolved.

I understand this is a brand new resort that just opened a little over a week ago, but this is the eighth IKOS resort so all the kinks should have been straightened by now. I’ve been to 3 of those 8 and they are all run the same. Let’s start with the room view. I payed for a sea view but when I got to my room, I feel like I could have saved money by going with the partial view because that’s what my sea view room displayed. I called reception to mention this to the manager and he confirmed that my room was a sea view not a partial, and that they don’t have any suites directly facing the sea. I didn’t have this issue with the other IKOS resorts I’ve been to - the view I payed for there is the view I received when I arrived. The positives are the the food is good and consistent just like the others. This resort is much larger (has more pools and they are all heated, including an indoor pool in the gym). The complimentary activities for guests are abundant just like the other IKOS resorts. The service is consistent a majority of the time. I only had 2 minor issues and I’ll blame that on the inexperience of the staff. I’m sure they’ll get better as the days go by.

We stayed at Ikos Kissamos for a week and had an absolutely amazing experience from beginning to end. Even though the resort had only just opened, the entire team was incredibly professional, warm, and completely in sync — something that really impressed us. This was a holiday for three generations of our family, and every single person loved it. The resort truly managed to cater to everyone, from the youngest to the oldest, making it a very special trip for all of us. What made the biggest difference was the staff. Every day they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, always with genuine kindness and attention to detail. You could really feel the passion and pride throughout the whole team. A special mention also has to go to Anaya — the food there was truly outstanding and honestly some of the best Thai food we have ever had. Thank you to everyone at Ikos Kissamos for such a wonderful holiday. We cannot wait to return!
