Top quality 5star all inclusive. Set out on a reasonable size resort, not too far waking from end to end with little ones. Beach is a dark sand so too hot for little ones. Pools are good with just the right amount of sun loungers. It's just a big shame there is no creative water slides or jets or fountains for the 2 - 16yr olds. The toddler splash slide and jets are very sad and small compared to everything else. No pools go deeper than 130cm either. Staff are super friendly. Plenty of bikes to use. Shop for inflatables and kids toys is well stocked. The show is pretty good, just maybe a little short. Food was very high quality, but oddly the dishes varied enormously in size / ability to fill and sustain you. Watch out for sewage smell from time to time, but don't think that is the fault of Ikos.

Wow, what a great hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how kid-friendly everything was. The food was absolutely stunning, with a wide variety of delicious options that pleased both adults and children alike. I lost count of the number of swimming pools available, including a serene adult-only pool for some quiet relaxation. The service was just perfect—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Very high quality service throughout a week's stay, including the transfers. The staff is evidently very well trained.
The food is the strongest selling point - more on that below. For now, I'd say make sure you get your reservations in early, otherwise you'll be offered very early or very late slots.
There are lots of pools - both heated and unheated. The space around the adult pool (unheated) was very pleasant; the other pools were more variable (depending on who was there and how loud they were being). The poolside service was very attentive.
The spa was a bit underwhelming and has no jacuzzi. It seems to be designed for people waiting for treatments.
The gym was compact but well-equipped. It's a shame the air-conditioning was broken for most of the week, as it made it unpleasantly stuffy.
The bike rental was a good option, but the bikes we rented weren't in great condition - weak brakes on one bike and the other was very squeaky.
The Tesla rental was great - it's worth booking this a few days in advance.
The reception bar is a hidden gem, and a very comfortable space to spend time in the afternoon, when it gets too hot outside.

Nice hotel great staff and food just let down by the beach. Not the best, large pebbles on the shoreline so not able to enter the sea. Also there is a sewage issue which isn't pleasant to wake up to!

An amazing stay here, the hotel is exceptional, really stunning, service is wonderful and feels like there is an extremely positive culture amongst staff. We didn’t have a bad meal, all the restaurants service and quality is fantastic. Dropped a star on location as the beach is poor at best. For the hour we went there, JCB diggers were going past, there is litter and just a run down feel, definitely don’t come here for the beach, however the pools are all brilliant and there’s no idiots creeping down at 7am putting towels on loungers, plenty of space everywhere. Loved it, perfect family getaway will now visit the other Ikos resorts.
