Alright hotel, but I would not come back here again. I would never give 5 start for this hotel. Our room was very old-fashioned, the fridge door in our room kept opening so the drinks were always warm. When we arrived on our first night we asked for an extra bed for my son which they provided very quickly but few days after the bed just disappeared from our room without anyone asking us. Tv channels are rubbish and the TV control just decided not to work at time ,had to turn the TV off and on that fixed it sometimes. Food at the restaurant seemed to be always the same every single evening. Not impressed at all. The good things were are the pools, they are nice temperature not freezing cold. Kids club was nice and tidy, and the hotel stuff are all very nice.

I have stayed at this resort twice The first was in June 2019, and it was more than wonderful This time I stayed there for a week in July 2024 and it was a fairly good experience The staff are working very hard because the hotel is crowded.... Specially with the all inclusive operations. The big number of guests was annoying. You can hardly find a place to sit, whether in restaurants, pools or at the night shows. The quality and variety of food is excellent. Rooms are clean. The staff is nice and helpful, but they are confused and unfocused because of the crowds.

The guest service staff were rude, they were not Turkish, one said she was German and another one said she was Ukrainian and from another country, not very pleasant, when I said my son was 12 they said you know we can check…I said go ahead and check since I am not lying, and they did. The checkin staff were really nice though. The hotel food is really nice but the rooms are old and not very clean can certainly use and upgrade…there were ants in our room and the closets smelled like rose water. Rooms are really tiny too.

I recently had a wonderful stay at the hotel with my young family. The range of activities, especially the kid's club, made it enjoyable for the kids. The multiple pools were a hit, although I was disappointed that despite being told they were heated i didn’t experience this as despite great weather the water was very cold.Ensuring the heated pool is maintained properly would greatly enhance the experience, especially for families with children. Additionally, the air conditioning in our room didn't work well, but the provision of a fan was appreciated. Despite these minor setbacks, the staff were incredibly friendly, the hotel was clean, and the entertainment was fantastic. We also had the pleasure of meeting families from all over the world, which added to the experience. While the rooms felt a bit outdated, the overall atmosphere, service, and food quality, including the barbecue and snack bars, were excellent. Plus, the proximity to the beach was very convenient. Overall, a great experience with some areas for improvement.

Nafisa Moosa
Family of 3 adults and 3 children (7 month old, 2 years old and 4 years old) stayed for 8 nights in June 2024. After a delay of 3 hours flight and 2 hours at passport control, we finally made it to the hotel exhausted. The receptionist (Fatih) attended to us and he went above and beyond to accommodate us. He upgraded us to a villa, this included private swimming pool, private beach, a restaurant which was for the villa residents and a buggy service. This turned out to be one of the best holiday experiences. There was plenty of food and drinks throughout the day. Vegetarian option was available in most places except for Mexican restaurant. We were unable to try the Italian restaurant as children under 12 were not allowed. These 2 restaurants were included in the upgrade (one time per stay). The receptionist at the residence (Tugce) was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel. I would definitely return again. Thank you to all the staff members for all your hard work.
