Our stay at the hotel was truly memorable and filled with wonderful experiences. From the moment we arrived, the Guest relations team made us feel welcomed and appreciated. One of the standout parts of our visit was the food at the Sofra Restaurant. Every meal was delicious, and the staff there worked with such enthusiasm and care. They were always attentive, polite, and ready to assist, which made our dining experience exceptional. porter Amer was really friendly and helpful he was explaining all about the place to us oj the way to room. We were also pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a special room for our anniversary by Hotel chef ahmet,carolina and Nergis from guest relations team. This thoughtful gesture made our celebration even more meaningful and added a personal touch that we will always remember. The room was comfortable, beautifully prepared, and made our stay feel even more special. The Lobby Bar, open 24/7, was another highlight. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were extremely friendly and cheerful at all hours. We especially enjoyed the live music—thanks to the talented pianist whose beautiful performance created a relaxing and elegant environment. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Ahmet, Ms. Nergis, Ms. Carolina, and our porter Amer for their exceptional service and kindness. Each of them contributed to making our stay smooth, enjoyable, and unforgettable. Overall, our experience at the hotel exceeded our expectations. Great food, wonderful service, and thoughtful gestures made our stay truly special, and we would love to return again.

Our stay at this hotel in Antalya was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the welcome and reception were warm and professional. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist at any time, which made us feel very comfortable. The cleanliness was perfect, and the rooms were modern, tidy, and cozy. The food was delicious with lots of great options, and the activities and entertainment were excellent — there was always something fun to do. We really enjoyed every moment here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Antalya. We’ll be happy to come back again! 🌟

A beautiful hotel with everything needed for a nice vacation. The place is spotless and full of activities. There are many things to do, they have planned activities during the week, like trivia night, karaoke, etc. The swimming pool is enormous and beautiful. The sea side is another highlight with everything at your disposal. The food is completely amazing and with enough varieties that you don't know where start. Food quality and taste were awesome especially the grills and the bakery (turkish pide). There are other physical activities and sports (football, basketball, tennis courts and sand beach volleyball), table tennis, darts, yoga with dedicated coach. There are bars around the place. Everything is at the tip of your fingers. We visited off season and it was still amazing. We had a small issue with the room where we could not adjust the room temperature and the room was hot and couldn't open the windows because of mosquitoes. Overall it was a nice and enjoyable stay in Antalya.

I can’t say enough how fantastic the stay was. The hotel is amazing, airy with lots of great spaces. The food is superb, rooms are clean and staff is incredibly attentive. Lots of love and hugs to kids. Special shoutout to operation manager Mr Ceyhan and Karolina at customer relations.! We will be back next year and book your villa.

Its one of the worst hotels i've ever been. Everything started when we just arrived, nobody helped us with luggage. We paid extra to get better room, but our room was right in the corner between two buildings and underneath was side door where people were smoking. So we were "enjoying" sound of constantly slamming door and smoke. The last straw was when our 6 year old kid went to their water park and life guard didn't allow him to be in U.S. Coast Guard approved life vest. We thought it might be a mistake and went to hotel's lobby to clarify rules/policies. What a surprise, administrator Lyubov said kids can't wear life vest in water park even if they are not good swimmers. On our polite request to show written policies about life vest and to see who will be responsible in case of drowning, administrator became very aggressive and started calling security. We told her that such disrespectful behavior is unacceptable towards guests and we would like to check out immediately. She told us that no outside taxi can come on territory of the hotel and she refused to call taxi for us. We left this awful hotel and relocated to Titanic, which appeared to be exceptionally pleasant. To conclude, don't spoil your vacation staying in IC Green Palace, there are better hotels for the same price.
