The room was nice and spacious but offer little noise insulation. The food is nice and fresh, however, they lack seasoning and creativity. Rather than attempting to make something different like sushi, they should focus on doing the dishes well. The barbecue started towards the end of our stay and that was great as the menu was fairly similar before. As someone who is allergic to cats, I wish the hotel was a bit more mindful of it. I noticed a number of guests and staff touching cats and then handling food or the utensils used by others which isn’t hygienic at all. The patisserie and sandwich bar is very nice but staff could make it better with a smile. Bar staff were very nice and friendly and the main bar man was always trying to maintain the standard even when busy. Guest relation sent a cake to our room for my partner’s birthday which was a nice gesture. It would also be great if parents with kids were reminded to be respectful of others in the hotel as at times we had people playing loudly in corridors or rooms even though the hotel has multiple playgrounds. We will be more than happy to go back.

As a family we have been to many holidays/ hotels but IC Green’s service, staff, commitment to detail, helpfulness and hospitality beats every other hotel . These guys work super hard to make your stay wonderful and as comfortable as possible. The rooms were cleaned daily, front desk always helpful, the waiting and bar staff are very very hardworking and always wear a smile.. extraordinary service at great hotel by extraordinary staff ! Highly recommend

This hotel deserves a very good rating. Not everything is top class but you can definitely spend good and relaxed time. The kids loved everything. We parents could relax and spend quality time all together in a welcoming environment.

I'll start by saying I'm British and love to moan. There is not a single thing I can find to moan about and I looked. Everything if 5* from the staff (extremely friendly and willing to help even happy to come and sit and just chat their time off away with you) the rooms (loads of space, we was in a quad (2 adults 2 kids) plenty of room, and the view was AMAZING) and the things to do ( which even in the winter the slides, pool, activities, all fantastic and loads of fun. You get mini bar stocked each day, 24h lobby. Massive indoor pool, even better massage and Turkish baths. It has it all. There was so much food to choose and they will help you with any requests. The waiting staff was excellent and fast keep the plave extremely clean and tidy and your drinks refilled. They was all worth of large tips even though they don't want to, they have a boxes around so you can sneak some in. I would like to say a special thanks to ALL THE STAFF each one of you was exceptional! We will be back!

Excellent service. Good selection of salad, fruits and desserts in buffet. Kids love to dine in kids buffet room. Indoor swimming pool, kids club, water park, beach and entertainment keep little ones busy. Staff at kids club are very nice. We had a good time here and will come back again.
