Simply excellent. I can only say positive things of this hotel. The staff is attentive, helpful and friendly. The kids and baby clubs are well equipped, and the staff working there are incredibly enthusiastic with their work and taking care of the children. The food: another level; great variety of food, and the quality is brilliant (desserts are delicious!). There are many activities for adults and children, you cannot get bored! Thanks for the experience.

Nice hotel on a beautiful resort. Very child-friendly and the staff does everything they can to give you a pleasant stay. The cleaning was very good by Derya and her colleagues. Ferda has a special place in our hearts, she works in the restaurant and was so sweet to our baby daughter. We definitely plan to come back to this nice place on the beautiful beach. Oktoberfest was awesome!

Rating: 6/10 Our recent stay at the resort had its ups and downs. Positives: One of the standout features was how child-friendly the resort is, especially in terms of facilities. The kids' disco and the nightly shows, like the bubbles, trolls, and the lab, were well-done and a highlight for our family. The buffet also offered a good selection of food, which was a pleasant surprise. Negatives: Unfortunately, the room we stayed in was quite dated and seemed like it hadn’t been renovated in years. The Kids Club was a major disappointment, with very basic activities and unenthusiastic staff who didn’t seem interested in engaging or entertaining the children. The hotel staff, in general, lacked initiative and weren’t very helpful. We weren’t given a proper explanation of the available facilities or services upon arrival, which made it difficult to fully enjoy what the resort had to offer. Additionally, some services, like hair braiding, the spa, and water activities, were overpriced. Overall: While there were some enjoyable aspects of our stay, particularly for the children, the overall experience fell short of expectations. With improvements to customer service and more friendly, engaging staff, the resort could provide a much better experience.

This hotel is fantastic! Everyone we have met is so friendly. The facilities are incredible! The food and drink is wonderful. I am wanting for nothing. The room is great. Perfect for what you need. We had a faulty hairdryer that was fixed very quickly. The kids keep saying “they are in paradise!”
