We have had an amazing stay at this hotel! The weather has been great and the staff are AMAZING! Zehra from animation team went above and beyond and our two children absolutely adore her! I have coeliac disease and the hotel have made gluten free meals every meal with a message direct to guest relations to order set meals! The grounds are immaculate and the pool areas are clean and well looked after! The water park and slides are great! The small waterpark is heated which was a great help in April! We will definitely return.

Me and my partner and our kids came in March and it was very lovely at this hotel. All of the staff was really lovely to us and remembered our names every day we was there. It was our daughters first holiday and she loved it as there was lots of things to do for her and she loved the banana wet floor signs as well. The food was really nice and there was lots of options to choose from and same for the drinks. We have just booked to go back for 2 weeks on the 2nd of may 2026 and we can not wait to attend this hotel again I highly recommend going to this lovely hotel

I’ve stayed at many all-inclusive resorts in places like Spain, Malta, and several Asian countries, but none have come close to the experience I had at IC Hotel Green Palace. Everything about this resort was outstanding—thorough, fast, and seamless in every way. Let’s start with the "all-inclusive" concept. When they say all-inclusive, they truly mean everything—from bottled water and the mini-bar to poolside service, beach amenities, outdoor bars, and restaurants. We didn’t spend a single penny inside the resort, nor did we feel the need to step out for anything. The way they take care of their guests is simply amazing. From early morning to midnight, food is always available. They offer a regular breakfast, extended breakfast, snack bars, dinner, and even late-night dining. So whether you’re an early riser or a night owl, there’s never any need to rush—you can enjoy everything at your own pace. The staff deserves a special mention. Incredibly professional and efficient, they ensured there was never a delay in service. Over our five-day stay, I never came across an untidy area—the cleanliness and attention to detail were impeccable. And let’s not forget the facilities: the waterpark, the beautiful beaches, countless pools for all age groups, the spa, Turkish hammam, sauna—everything was included. I’m definitely returning to IC Hotel Green Palace. This has been the best resort experience I’ve ever had. A must-visit destination—highly, highly recommended!

We have had a lovely holiday during May half term here at IC hotel Green Palace The room stay was comfortable, many food options, change in varieties, snacks available throughout the day, warm and friendly service. I can't ask for more, I'm checking our tomorrow but couldn't wait to send review. This holiday is one of the best foreign holidays we as a family had. A highly recommended place, one of the best desserts were served with smile Thank you IC Hotel Green Palace team👍😊

We traveled all the way from Dubai with friends and kids, excited to enjoy a relaxing stay at what we expected to be a five-star resort experience. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed to find that all the pools had freezing cold water, making it impossible for our children to swim. When I raised the issue with the manager, I was told the heaters had been down since mid-May. For a resort of this standard, it's unacceptable not to monitor or maintain the pool temperature—especially when it’s a key amenity for families. This situation completely affected our plans and enjoyment. If kids fall sick from swimming in such cold water, who takes responsibility? We expected much better from a resort of this level. Either fix the issue or don’t advertise it as a family-friendly destination. Very disappointed and would not recommend unless this is resolved. You can also see in the pictures attached the pools are empty even though the hotel is full!!!!
