We had an absolutely wonderful experience at IC Green Palace! 🌴✨ It was the perfect holiday and a truly relaxing time. The beach, the warm outdoor pools, and the delicious food made everything amazing. Everything at the hotel was fully prepared and well-maintained, so we could enjoy every moment without a worry. A special thanks to ECE and Melice, who made our stay even more enjoyable – they were fantastic! 💖 The hotel really does not disappoint; everything was excellent and well-managed. Highly recommend IC Green Palace for anyone looking for a successful and memorable holiday! 🏖️

We stayed for two nights as a couple for Valentine’s Day. Despite receiving a special 'Valentine's program' via email, there was absolutely nothing special about our stay except for some chocolate-covered strawberries. It felt like any other ordinary day. Our room was connected to the neighboring room by a locked door. This made us feel very insecure throughout our stay. Because of this door, the sound isolation was non-existent—we could hear every single sound and conversation from the next room. This is strictly a family hotel, not a place for a romantic or quiet getaway. People were walking around the dining area in slippers and shorts. For a 5-star hotel, the food variety was unacceptably poor; dinner was mostly just pasta, chicken, and fish. On our first day, we were subjected to 3 hours of renovation/construction noise. The corridors are also very loud. If you are looking for a chic, quiet, and secure stay, this is definitely not the place.

We are a Japanese family and stayed at this hotel for one week with my wife and our two daughters, aged 11 and 9. It was our first time visiting Antalya. On December 30, one of our daughters suddenly felt unwell and vomited on the bed in our room. We immediately contacted Customer Relations, and the cleaning staff came right away and handled the situation very professionally. We explained that it was probably due to overeating, and since medical staff were available at the hotel, our daughter was examined promptly. Depending on the situation, it may be necessary to purchase medicine at a pharmacy, but having medical staff on site was very reassuring. Above all, the female staff members from the Customer Relations team were absolutely wonderful. The Customer Relations staff as a whole provided outstanding support, showing genuine care, checking on our daughter even on the following days, and making us feel truly welcomed. Their hospitality made our stay extremely comfortable and pleasant. Another great point was the kids club. While our children enjoyed their time there, the adults were able to relax and spend quiet time together, which made the vacation very refreshing. We are truly grateful for the kindness and support we received and had a very memorable stay.

Our stay at the hotel was truly memorable and filled with wonderful experiences. From the moment we arrived, the Guest relations team made us feel welcomed and appreciated. One of the standout parts of our visit was the food at the Sofra Restaurant. Every meal was delicious, and the staff there worked with such enthusiasm and care. They were always attentive, polite, and ready to assist, which made our dining experience exceptional. porter Amer was really friendly and helpful he was explaining all about the place to us oj the way to room. We were also pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a special room for our anniversary by Hotel chef ahmet,carolina and Nergis from guest relations team. This thoughtful gesture made our celebration even more meaningful and added a personal touch that we will always remember. The room was comfortable, beautifully prepared, and made our stay feel even more special. The Lobby Bar, open 24/7, was another highlight. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were extremely friendly and cheerful at all hours. We especially enjoyed the live music—thanks to the talented pianist whose beautiful performance created a relaxing and elegant environment. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Ahmet, Ms. Nergis, Ms. Carolina, and our porter Amer for their exceptional service and kindness. Each of them contributed to making our stay smooth, enjoyable, and unforgettable. Overall, our experience at the hotel exceeded our expectations. Great food, wonderful service, and thoughtful gestures made our stay truly special, and we would love to return again.

Our stay at this hotel in Antalya was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the welcome and reception were warm and professional. The staff were always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist at any time, which made us feel very comfortable. The cleanliness was perfect, and the rooms were modern, tidy, and cozy. The food was delicious with lots of great options, and the activities and entertainment were excellent — there was always something fun to do. We really enjoyed every moment here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Antalya. We’ll be happy to come back again! 🌟
