A good hotel with helpful cheerful staff.
Rooms service is good. Beds are super comfortable. Showers are powerful with plenty of hot water.
Dining facilities are very good with good selections of food at both breakfast and evening meals. The staff are friendly, cheerful and helpful.
It's position is good and within a 20 minute walk of the Old Town and ports.
The only criticisms I have is the lack of drinking water supplied to the room and the poor quality of its cocktails. Which could easily be remedied.
In all a very nice place to spend your holiday.

Lovely city hotel. Very clean and location is great. Very small pool, but directly opposite a beautiful beach. Bar food and drinks very good, but half board food in the restaurant very mid-range. Would stay again, but would do bed and breakfast only as lots of good restaurants nearby.

The hotel was nice with a very good breakfast with plenty of options each morning. The staff is really kind and helpful.
The wifi was poor quality, video call ws impossible. Either regular browsing was bad experience. This must be sanitized asap.
The pool within the hotel is like a bigger jakuzi. If there are more than 2 persons, it is considered crowded.

The hotel is right on the beach, but you need to pay 15+ euros for sunbeds - be warned.
The room was fine, felt clean, but the air conditioner wasn't very strong.
When we arrived, it felt like the room was empty for 2 days, it was super hot with stale air - would have been nice if they would have air conditioned the room before we arrived.
The fridge was off as well, only after putting the card in the socket it turned on but it took 8 hours to actually start cooling (and thats if you didn't take the card out...)
The breakfast buffet -
The food was fine, nothing special, didn't touch the eggs that we didn't "order" from the omelet lady, they looked really bad and the scrambled egg was swimming in water.
But - what we felt over the whole stay is that there is "a service for people from England" and a service for Israelis.
The best example for it was in the breakfast - for the English couples the stuff came every 5 minutes to ask if everything is OK, pour coffee/tea, take dirty dishes from the table, clean for them etc. For us? 2 breakfasts and no one even came. I needed to take napkins on my own.
6.5-7/10 - only for the location and room, it felt like Israelis are not wanted there.

Location: If this is your first time in the island, if you would like to see historical sites and try different restaurants in the center, the location is very convenient. It is located right by the Elli beach, I would say it is a pretty ok beach. If you are unlucky with the wind, it may get wavy some days but most of the time fine. There are different day cruise meeting points and bus stop close by if you want to visit other parts of the island.
Rooms: The room was very clean and spacious, they cleaned the room everyday. We booked a room with sea view and really enjoyed watching sunrise in the balcony.
Service: I think the staff was very helpful and polite in general. We had no problem. Breakfast was decent in general but some days not so good. They have live Greek music at dinner time. We had fish in the restaurant once, it was pretty good. Their prices including cocktails were pretty ok.
Facilities: They have bikes that you can use and an ok gym. We saw a floor which was dedicated to spa and wellness. Their pool is very very small, I wouldn’t say they have a pool even. And the worst of all, the reason I don’t give 5 stars, was the horrible Wifi. It was totally unusable, very slow or not even working at times.
