If you’re in Koh Samui, this is one of the most comfortable places to stay. 10/10 for real. The beach is right in front, so mornings feel peaceful, and it’s close to Fisherman’s Village with plenty of great cafés and bars. A 7/11 and pharmacy nearby also make everything easier. My friend and I planned to stay one night and ended up extending because we genuinely loved the place. The rooms are clean and modern with beautiful sunrise views. There’s a gym, a pool table, a nice pool area, and the hospitality felt warm throughout. The breakfast buffet had a good range of options, and overall the stay felt like great value for money. I’d definitely come back.

I had a wonderful experience at the Ibis hotel. The location is perfect, and everything was very clean. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. The food was delicious, and the whole place has a great atmosphere. The beautiful beach nearby is definitely a highlight. I highly recommend this hotel!

My wife and two daughters stayed at the ibis for five nights in August. The breakfasts were some of the best we had on our month in Thailand and the evening live music and fire shows were a huge hit. The rooms are a little on the small side but definitely great for the price that you pay. We stayed in the family adjoining room and it was definitely appreciated over all the previous bunk bed suites on our trip. The staff were all extremely friendly and the landscaping was amazing. Our family definitely appreciated the labeled species of plants and trees. Just be careful on the stepping stones in the main area ... I don't think they are spaced for tall people 😂. Most of ours time was spent at the pool or walking to fisherman's village. But definitely take the road, not the beach... Very difficult to walk in the sand. The walk to fisherman's village is totally doable in about 15 minutes and definitely go if the night market is happening. Similar hotels in the area cost more than 10 times the amount for similar amenities... Don't wait to book as they fill up fast! Thanks for a great stay. We hope to return soon!

A truly relaxing stay at ibis Our stay at ibis was everything we hoped for and more. The location is absolutely perfect — right on the beach, with stunning ocean views, peaceful surroundings, and that magical tropical vibe that instantly puts you at ease. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel welcome and cared for. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Toto from the restaurant team. Although he wasn’t there during breakfast, he made our lunches absolutely memorable. His kind smile, thoughtful service, and positive energy brought a special charm to every meal. It’s people like him who truly make a difference in the guest experience — thank you, Toto! The variety of food offered throughout the week was also impressive. From Thai favourites to Western comfort food, everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. The only small downside was that the pool closed a bit early at 7 PM — we would have loved to enjoy a quiet swim under the evening sky. But honestly, that’s a minor detail in what was otherwise a perfect stay. We’re leaving feeling relaxed, happy, and very grateful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beachfront getaway with heart, soul, and great service.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. the place clean &very comfortable, with a great view. The amenities, especially the pool, were excellent. Overall, it offers great value for money. staff recommend us is Mr. Toto thank you about your service.
