Had a fantastic experience at this hotel buffet. The spread was impressive — everything was fresh, well-seasoned, and constantly replenished. Service was on point too; the staff were attentive without being intrusive and cleared plates promptly. The dessert section was a real highlight, and the overall ambiance made it feel like a proper treat. Definitely worth the price. I’ll be back. The only downside is the table was a little too tightly spaced, probably overbooked during the festive season.

I stayed at ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centre and honestly had a great experience. The location is perfect — about a 12-minute walk from all the major attractions, and the area around the hotel is full of restaurants, cafés, and everything you might need. Very lively and convenient. The hotel itself is extremely clean, with excellent service. The rooms are comfortable, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you need. The overall standard of the hotel is impressive. There’s also a rooftop pool and a bar that serves nice drinks, which made the stay even better. Definitely recommend it!

I cannot thank Adam at the reception enough for his incredible hospitality during my stay at IBIS. From the moment I checked in until the moment I checked out, he made sure everything was seamless. What really stood out was his dedication-he went completely above and beyond by taking extra time out of his own schedule, even after his shift had ended, to help me return an order. That kind of service is rare and truly appreciated. Adam, you did a great job! I am definitely coming back to Malaysia and staying at this IBIS hotel again just to say a big 'Hi' to you. Our stay was very comfortable. Convenient location. However, there was no assistance to take our luggage upto our room, which is usually available in hotels. It was difficult with a toddler. The 3 pm check-in time can be inconvenient. While most of our stays were open to early check-ins, we had to wait a few hours to get assigned to our rooms at Ibis. We were able to store our luggage in their locker room while we waited, which was helpful. Special shoutout to Sangam for his very friendly and helpful attitude. We appreciate his hardwork.

I enjoyed my stay at the ibis KL City centre, which is within walking distance to the icon of KL which is the Petronas twin towers. We were allocated a room on the 27th floor (quite high) upon check in. And we stayed for two nights here. It is a great value-for-money stay in the heart of the city. The rooms are compact but clean, modern, and well-equipped, offering all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the Petronas Twin Towers and Suria KLCC, making it ideal for both business and leisure travellers. The rooftop pool and bar offer a stunning view of the skyline, while the buffet breakfast has a good variety for its price range. Overall, it’s a convenient and affordable choice for those wanting a fuss-free stay in central Kuala Lumpur.
