Exceptional service and culinary experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Everyone, from the front desk to the restaurant team was warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. The highlight of the day was definitely the food. The hotel's restaurant served a variety of dishes that were both beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Good job!

Unacceptable Booking Error With No Proper Compensation Booked 2 rooms for 6 people for our wedding weekend. My siblings checked in first and only used one room. When I later arrived with my wheelchair-bound father, I was shocked to find a stranger already in the other room — the hotel had given us both the same room number. A serious breach of guest safety and privacy. I had to, while pregnant, go down to the lobby, translate for the other guest, wait in a long queue, and resolve the mess — all while rushing to get ready for my wedding. No staff offered help despite my condition. Instead of a refund or even a partial refund, I was only offered free breakfast for 3 people, though the other room already had breakfast included. This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional on what should have been a joyful occasion. Edit: After contacting the hotel via email for fair compensation, the offer provided was far below expectations and not proportionate to the severity of the incident. So far, they have yet to respond with a better resolution, and I am now waiting to escalate this matter to the relevant consumer authorities.

The room was clean and well-furnished, but the service from one of the front desk staff left a lot to be desired. The lady at the reception didn’t even look up when we approached her politely to ask for assistance, and ignored us for five minutes before she finally deigned to acknowledge our presence. Wouldn’t have expected this from a reputable chain like Ibis.

Even if it's a 4 star hotel, the staff never helps you with luggage or your room. You are on your own. Rooms are clean and nice. Hotel is also clean. We were excited about the pool and get pictures with twin tower , but it's not visible anymore. A new building is there and the view of twin tower is gone.
