It's my first time choosing IBIS KL city centre and it's been a nice experience. The most impressive of this hotel definitely is the staff. I needed to print out some documents urgently during my trip and a male staff helped me with the best attitude and efficiency, can't thank him enough. Another great thing is the swimming pool, great view. However, during my stay, our next door has two out-of-control kids shouting & running in the corridor every early morning. I know this has nothing to do with the hotel but it definitely affect my living experience.

Rooms - 4/5 Service - 5/5 Location -5/5 It is very near to the twin towers and rooms have a good view. Breakfast here is good if you opt. Overall it's a budget friendly and a good place to stay.

Nice spot with good location and a great pool and gym set up. Great view to run on the treadmill. Unfortunately housekeeping and staff were unable to support requests about housekeeping and not much system, although it was busy. Definitely not 4 star, only 3 star.

I enjoyed my stay here, especially since it's just a 5-minute walk to the Petronas Towers. Although the room was small, the service and staff were excellent and very helpful. However, communicating in English can sometimes be challenging. The pool was fantastic. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety, but it's best to go early to avoid the crowds. Be cautious when weighing your luggage, as there's a 4-kilogram difference compared to the airport scale. 😂

It wasn’t just a stay, it was a whole experience. The staff and service were exceptional and they remember you. The bar staff remember your drinks and say “hi” and it just makes the whole trip that extra bit special. The door staff get you taxi’s and make your life easy. Highly recommend.
