I had fantastic dining experience at the restaurant in IBIS Style KLCC. The atmosphere was cozy and colorful, matching the hotel's vibrant theme. What made the experience even better was amazing service by Mira at counter service. She was warm, attentive and very professional. She made sure we were comfortable. Mira's hospitality truly stood out and made us feel welcome. Thank you to the whole team especially MIRA for the Great service. I'll definitely come back again.

Had a fantastic experience at this hotel buffet. The spread was impressive — everything was fresh, well-seasoned, and constantly replenished. Service was on point too; the staff were attentive without being intrusive and cleared plates promptly. The dessert section was a real highlight, and the overall ambiance made it feel like a proper treat. Definitely worth the price. I’ll be back. The only downside is the table was a little too tightly spaced, probably overbooked during the festive season.

I stayed at ibis Kuala Lumpur City Centre and honestly had a great experience. The location is perfect — about a 12-minute walk from all the major attractions, and the area around the hotel is full of restaurants, cafés, and everything you might need. Very lively and convenient. The hotel itself is extremely clean, with excellent service. The rooms are comfortable, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you need. The overall standard of the hotel is impressive. There’s also a rooftop pool and a bar that serves nice drinks, which made the stay even better. Definitely recommend it!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5* I had a wonderful stay at Ibis Styles KLCC! The location is excellent — close to KLCC and easy to get around. The room was clean, cozy, and modern, with a fun and colourful design that matched the hotel’s vibe. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Breakfast was satisfying with a good variety of local and Western options. I also appreciated the free shuttle to KLCC and other nearby spots. Definitely great value for money. Last but not least Thanks for receiption at counter name Mira at Kampung Kitchen because always smile during and very welcoming during guest come.

I enjoyed my stay at ibis KL as the hotel is very strategically located in the city centre, making it convenient to get around. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I would like to highlight one issue during my stay. There was a strong unpleasant odour coming from the bathroom sink, which affected the entire room. I stayed in Room 3024, and I hope the maintenance team can look into this for future guests. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but addressing this issue would greatly improve the experience.
