Incredibly misleading. The name of the bar is “Twin Towers View Bar” and yet you can’t see the towers from anywhere in the building.
Also they have a lot of hidden fees and don’t even include breakfast.
But otherwise very comfortable and clean and the view from the rooftop pool is still okay even if they don’t have any view of the towers.
And to Vivian Chu’s thoughtfully copy pasted from the HR guidebook reply I say: Just at least change the name of the sky bar. If you truly cared about improving the experience of your customers you can put that forward to your superiors and see if they actually care about misleading advertising.

The rooms booked clearly indicated the surname was the same. The agent clearly made this aware to the hotel prior to our arrival. Upon check in the rooms allocated were a whole corridor apart. I was travelling with kids. How did you expect me to sleep at night knowing my children were over 10 rooms away from me.
The reception staff was extremely rude and unhelpful.
2ndly we asked for 2 single beds in the room for the kids they were given a queen bed. Why would you do this??????
I will never recommend your hotel.

Came for a buffet lunch to celebrate my son's 1 years old birthday with my family members. It was a really good experience, good ambiance, wonderful food available with affordable pricing. Not forgetting their superb live band, made the whole thing more special.

It's my first time choosing IBIS KL city centre and it's been a nice experience. The most impressive of this hotel definitely is the staff. I needed to print out some documents urgently during my trip and a male staff helped me with the best attitude and efficiency, can't thank him enough.
Another great thing is the swimming pool, great view.
However, during my stay, our next door has two out-of-control kids shouting & running in the corridor every early morning. I know this has nothing to do with the hotel but it definitely affect my living experience.

Ibis Kuala Lumpur is a decent hotel to stay in KL, located within a walkable distance from the two metro stations and easily accessible to major tourist destinations in KL. The facilities were good, small rooms but well equipped, with amazing views of the KL city. The hotel also has a rooftop pool, gym, spa and 3 restaurants and a business centre. Stayed here for 4 days and it was worth the money I paid. Recommended
