The food is delicious but lack of varieties and the beef is hard to chew. The ice cream taste like ice cream. The bread and the jam mix together taste good. The watermelon is the best i ever taste yet. Overall, i love the watermelon. However, there are too much kids noise here. It kind of disturbed me. Plus, i think they should add more varieties such as seafood like crab. Last but not least, i give 5 star because im good reviewer.

Exceptional service and culinary experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Everyone, from the front desk to the restaurant team was warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. The highlight of the day was definitely the food. The hotel's restaurant served a variety of dishes that were both beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Good job!

I am sharing our experience with their Kampung Kitchen Restaurant on the weekend lunch. This is our 3rd visit just me & my wife today of which we came here before for the lunch twice among my family members. Very happy with the spread of buffet and foods are equally tasty which is also Halal certified. The place is spacious & relaxing. Highly recommended as the price is also reasonable.

Really good location, a short grab ride away from most sights and attractions. The staff were also really accommodating with any requests. I especially appreciated the free 5pm late checkout I got as an Accor Silver Member. Was bit let down by the pool though. My friends brought up how it wasn't really that clean, and didn't want to spend more than a few minutes in it. Do note as well, it's smaller than how it looks on the hotel's photos. I feel like they could give a bit more effort keeping it clean given how small it is. Also while I really appreciate the late checkout, it was annoying how I had to go back to reception and re-validate my keycard again when I wanted to get back in my room past the normal checkout time. I got back to my hotel just a bit over 30mins till the 5pm checkout, and it was a bit stressful trying to get back into my room, but having to take the elevator all the way back down and wait to speak with a receptionist with the time constraint. Would be really nice for the late checkout to just automatically apply when I check in. Other than that, we were satisfied with our stay. Would come back again when I'm just looking for a no frills accommodation with a good location and proximity to the city.
