We came here as a team of 5 members. Initially when we reached hotel, at reception we came to knew our booking has not been confirmed yet as there was some communication gap being a corporate booking. However reception staff helped us in advising which rooms and which package will be more suitable. Overall stay was good, got good food nearby. Would like to thanks and appreciate "Tessie" the receptionist at front desk, she cooparated with us alot and whenever required did the needful for us😊👍🏻. Rest Ash, Adriana and team was also very suppprtive. We just had issues time and again coming to reception and asking booking mail recwived or not just because of travel agent miscommunication, leading to no bookings. We oirselves did not find this thing very good, as we also don't like to push hotel staff daily because of any 3rd person. Last but not the least, guys who are standing outside the parking guys, that guy came to our 16th floor and told me to go inside my room as i am disturbing others, however i had just came outside of my room and moreover i don't think so parking attendants are allowed to come to guest rooms first of all. I already communicated same at reception, that parking attendant guy his way of talking was very rude and he is not supposed to talk like that with guests, that too coming on their respective floors. At our floor other rooms were making too much noise, we can hear sitting in our room, but we did not complainted, we as a human being know, kids are playful. But this guy coming and telling me which is your room, go inside, this is not acceptable. Bringing it to your knowledge team. That guy mostly do night shift.

Location is good, nearby KLCC Front Counter staff is insufficient during pack of guests check in. Front counter staff have a good EQ when handling many guests check in at 3pm this timing. Room condition is good, super king size bed, blanket is not really keep warm. Better have own pajamas suite. Toiletorries just good for 1 night stay. They only provide 2 in 1 body n shampoo type. They have no supply separate body shampoo and hair shampoo. Pls prepare ur own hair shampoo and body shampoo if you not used to it Buffet breakfast, just nice. Normal Malaysia breakfast type, nasi lemak, Mee goreng, Coffee machine to make a good coffee, but full cream milk need to replenish fast enough otherwise guests couldn't enjoy good cappuccino or latte. Breakfast and Carpark is FOC if you stay in this hotel. Better clarify with front counter as we booked in business group. Overall is good, really quiet environment and have a good rest here.

What a blissful stay ♥️ I want to especially mention Tessie from the front desk. What an incredible person! She welcomed me so warmly and made me feel comfortable right from the start. What truly made a difference was her attitude—always smiling, soft-spoken, and ready to help without hesitation. That kind of service and care is something you never forget. Tessie, thank you for being the heart of this hotel. Your kindness added so much to my trip. Management should know they have a real star at the reception! Buffet 10/10 Breakfast was fabbbbb Rooms were clean 10/10 All on point So glad we stayed here

We booked this hotel through a tourism company as a group of four. Unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. The only truly outstanding advantage of this hotel is its prime location, right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, within walking distance to major attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants. However, our overall experience was disappointing. The lobby and front desk are constantly overcrowded, making check-in and assistance a slow and tiring process. Most concerning is the lack of basic luggage support, there’s no staff to help carry your bags from your car or to your room. This is a serious inconvenience, especially for families with children, the elderly, or guests with health conditions. Additionally, room service is severely limited, you cannot even order water, juice, or soft drinks to your room. The rooms are very small, and the bathrooms do not include basic amenities like shampoo or conditioner, which should be standard even in a budget hotel. In short, if you’re looking for location and nothing more, this might work. But if you’re expecting comfort, convenience, or service, this hotel falls short.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke English, which made communication easy. The check-in process was a bit slow since there was always a line, but everything else went smoothly. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with bottled water provided. They could have been a little cleaner, but overall they were nice. The internet connection was excellent and worked without any issues. One downside was the cleaning service—it usually came quite late in the afternoon, around 3–4 PM, rather than in the morning, which was a bit inconvenient. Another issue was the noise. You can clearly hear other guests in the hallway, especially doors slamming at night, which sometimes made it hard to sleep. On the positive side, the location is fantastic—within walking distance to the Petronas Towers and the city center. Overall, a good experience with a few minor drawbacks. I would happily stay here again.
