I had such a great experience at this hotel! The service is excellent the staff really take care of everyone and make you feel at home. The food is amazing, and the chef is honestly one of the best! We had a small problem during our stay, but the team handled it immediately and even offered us a lovely compliment, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everyone here is so kind and welcoming. The animation team is also fantastic, with two styles French and Egyptian so there’s always something fun and entertaining for everyone. The WiFi was perfect throughout the whole stay, which made everything even more convenient.

We had a fantastic stay at Iberotel Casa Del Mar Resort in Hurghada—its the perfect place to staycation after our tour exploring Egypt. The resort is clean, nice place, maintained beautifully, great staff and just a short walk to the beach, with a peaceful ambience that made it easy to unwind and chill. The rooms were big, pleasant, and clean, with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The pool area was enyicing and the restaurant offered a different variety of delicious food. I would also want to commend the excellent service provided to us—especially from the front desk. A big thank you to all the resort staff with special mention to Mostafa and Modir Karim at reception who went over and above to make sure to make our stay Superb. They were professional, friendly, and has been really helpful in assisting us with any questions or requests. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch that made all the difference. Whether you're stopping by after a tour or just looking for a relaxing beach getaway, Iberotel Casa Del Mar Resort is a fantastic choice. We would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Location: The property is perfectly located near Hurghada Airport, with a touristic promenade close by and all essential services easily accessible. Beach: The sandy beach is beautiful and well-maintained, with high-quality restaurants available on-site. Dining: The hotel offers one main restaurant in addition to an Italian restaurant, which requires prior reservation. There are also several beach snack bars providing a good variety of options. Staff: The staff are truly the highlight of this hotel. Everyone is exceptionally friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Mr. Mahmoud Al-Badry and Mr. Rafiq, from hotel management, for their outstanding hospitality, as well as Ms. cora from Guest Relations for her excellent support. Facilities & Rooms: The hotel facilities and rooms are very clean, well-maintained, and neatly arranged. Housekeeping services are consistent and reliable. Entertainment: The animation team is outstanding, organizing a wide range of activities throughout the day. Each evening features a different show, either at the hotel itself or at the nearby Jaz Hotel. Overall, this hotel combines excellent service, a prime location, and great facilities, making it a perfect choice for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Hurghada.

This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel and we loved it again. The staff and service is amazing, so friendly and attentive. A shout out to the animation team who all excellent and particularly Mr Socks on the animation team so friendly and fun. Also a shout out to Abdu at the hotel bar who looked after us so well and his service was excellent. We will be back for a 3rd time next year. The food in both restaraunts was excellent. We had numerous gifts from the hotel management for being returning customers which was a nice touch. We love the Iberotel Casa del mar.

We came late at night and was setup to get a family room, this was in 1st. floor so we asked to get a room on ground floor, receptionist checked this up for us and had 1 room available so we got this, room was spacious and clean comfy beds though the pillows was a bit hard to what we are used with. The guy that was cleaning our room was very helpful and made a good job on that, much appreciated! Bartenders at the pool and in the lobby made nice drinks for us. Food was overall good and the Italian Ala Carte restaurant had very nice food, also the beach restaurant had good food, so well done for the kitchen personal! We had lots of fun with the animation team from early morning to late evening, some good shows and various activity, though this hotel is mostly french peoples staying at they managed to include some norwegians aswell :) Also the hotel management team had some walks around checking up on the guests to see if everything was ok, i think that is a good way to make sure for the hotel that the guests have a good and pleasant stay. Pools were nice with 2 pool bars and i enjoyed participate on the water volleyball. The hotel is family friendly and there where some younger kids with families though mostly adults at this hotel. The beach was very nice and it shared the beach with its sisterhotel Jaz Elite. All in all i would consider to come back to this hotel again.
