Hotel provides a fantastic, relaxing getaway. The staff is incredibly friendly and the service is excellent. The hotel is very clean, and the food is delicious with a great variety. A Special the Animation Team A highlight of our stay was definitely the entertainment. The animation team works tirelessly to make sure everyone has a great time, from daytime activities to evening shows. We especially want to recognize. Karim’s energy and enthusiasm were contagious, and he made a huge effort to include everyone and make them feel welcome. He’s a true asset to the team! We highly recommend the Jazz Iberotel for a wonderful holiday.

The hotel is definitely a big plus – clean, well-kept rooms, tasty food with something for everyone. The biggest asset is the staff – really great people, always helpful, smiling, and kind. Thanks to them, the stay has a special atmosphere and you feel comfortable here. But the evening entertainment… well, that’s a completely different story. Instead of relaxing after a long day, you get a “show” that sounds like karaoke in a fire station. The off-key “stars” can easily ruin the mood and take away any enjoyment of the evening. On top of that, almost all the animations are only in French, which feels like discrimination against other international guests who are simply ignored. If you’re expecting peaceful evenings, you’ll need a lot of patience, otherwise it’s hard to endure. Had we known about these issues beforehand, we definitely wouldn’t have chosen this hotel.

Amazing place for a relaxing vacation! We had such a wonderful time here — the atmosphere was peaceful, and everything was perfectly set up for a truly relaxing getaway. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good selection of food. Rooms are a good size and clean. We are loving it. The only thing we are finding is there are a lot of French people here; which is absolutely fine of course, but they seem to get priority, and the entertainment doesn’t always get translated to English which can be a little frustrating. But the hotel are happy to try and listen and help where they can.

We went on vacation with my friends to this hotel, and to say we were amazed would be an understatement. First of all: the service is truly impressive! We arrived at night and were immediately treated to a delicious meal and drinks, after which we happily went to rest. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean. The bed is very comfortable, there are plenty of towels, and the air conditioner cools the room quickly and effectively. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the taste of the drinking water, but we had no issues after drinking it! Room cleaning is done daily, and we really appreciated the quality of this service: after cleaning, everything was spotless and dry, we were greeted with towel sculptures every day, and one day we even received a fragrant bouquet. Wi-Fi works perfectly throughout the entire hotel! That was another pleasant surprise for us, as the internet even worked on the beach. The whole area is clean and very beautiful! The only downside was the specific smell of the water used for watering the greenery — we understand that such lush plants need fertilizer, but if there were a way to eliminate the smell, it would be perfect! The food at the hotel is delicious and varied. I will especially remember the shrimp — the tastiest I’ve ever had. We’re from Ukraine, and we were pleasantly surprised to find delicious borscht — a traditional Ukrainian dish — served for lunch on our first day. The alcohol and other drinks were tasty and of good quality. I also have to mention the coffee — it was incredibly good! The staff weren’t just friendly — throughout our entire stay we felt like VIP guests. We couldn’t believe such treatment truly exists! Now for the entertainment. In the morning by the pool — our favorite water aerobics, and every evening brought something new and exciting: pool parties, beach parties, various dance styles, contests, live music… It’s impossible to be bored here! We’re already planning our next trip to Iberotel Casa Del Mar because this turned out to be our best vacation ever! Huge thanks to the entire staff for making our stay so comfortable — we’ll never forget our time with you!
