From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcomed. The staff are polite, attentive, and always ready to assist. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, making the stay very relaxing. The food quality was excellent with many options to choose from every day. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back again.

I had an amazing stay at Iberotel Casa Del Mar. The hotel is clean, comfortable and very well managed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived—reception, housekeeping and restaurant teams were all professional and always smiling. The room was spotless, cozy and cleaned daily, and the atmosphere of the entire place felt relaxing and welcoming. The food was excellent with a good variety every day, always fresh and well prepared. I also really enjoyed the animation team—they were energetic, fun, and made the whole stay more enjoyable with activities throughout the day and great evening shows. The pool area is clean and spacious, and the beach is close and well organized. The location is perfect too, close to everything and easy to reach. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, good food, and a fun, comfortable stay.

Such a lovely few days away celebrating my mom's birthday. 10 minute transfer from the airport and a very speedy check in. The pool was lovely and quiet at one end (where we mainly stayed) and lively at the other end with music and acrivities. The rooms very always very clean and gardens very well looked after. Hazem was very friendly and attentive on the pool bar keeping our drinks topped up. He made our days very relaxing! The food was varied but we found it to mostly be quite bland. Absolutely fine for a few days but not sure we would have enjoyed if we were here for a week+. For lunch definitely make your way down to the beach restaurant for a nice change.

Had the perfect holiday, we chose this holiday on a recommendation from a friend and I can understand why they did. Although catering for mainly French nationals, We where instantly made to feel so welcome by the staff and complimentary drinks on arrival, The hotel is a perfect balance of space and size. Sunbeds where always available without the feeling of being of overcrowded. What really makes this hotel stand out are the staff, they cannot do enough to ensure your stay is the most enjoyable and relaxing time possible, Hazam at pool bar is a true gem, very quick to see if more drinka are required, amazing service and barman. Yasser and mohamad Ahmed in the main restaurant have the best welcome in the morning, drinks on the table ready even before we returned to the table with our meal. Amazing gentleman with perfect table service. The little Italian restaurant is so cute and needs booking as soon as you arrive, it gets booked very quickly and easy to see why, , Ahmed Ali , again 5 star service and could do enough to ensure we where looked after. It was 50th birthday while being here, the hotel arranged a special table , with lovely decorations, the chefs made a special cake and staff made an extra special effort, singing happy birthday drum celebration to make it a truly memorable ( enjoyably embarrassing) time for us. Such a perfect holiday of relaxation and excitement of jeep safari, snorkeling and wacky races taxi rides to the marina. Absolutely loved every minute.

I had an amazing stay at Iberotel Casa Del Mar and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was well organized and the staff made us feel very welcome. Rooms: The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and the beds were perfect for resting after a full day of activities. Food & Drinks: The food was excellent with a wide variety every day. Everything was fresh, tasty, and well presented. The restaurants and bars were well managed, and the staff were always friendly and attentive. Facilities & Cleanliness: The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, and extremely clean. The pools, common areas, and gardens were spotless. There were always sunbeds available, and the atmosphere was relaxing but also fun. Location: Great location, close to everything you need, yet still peaceful and perfect for a holiday. Animation Team (Special Thanks!) The animation team was absolutely fantastic and truly made the holiday special. They were energetic, friendly, and professional, always smiling and involving guests without ever being pushy. The daytime activities were fun and well organized, and the evening shows were entertaining and full of energy. You can really see how passionate they are about their job and about making guests happy.
