We had a wonderful stay here for a family holiday. Food is great, rooms are spacious and clean, and best of all the staff are fabulous. We really enjoyed the entertainment (all day every day) and my daughter loved star camp - and having her face paint done every night by the talented Katy! Exceptional Experience at Iberostar Playa de Muro Dear Iberostar Playa de Muro Team, I just wanted to take a moment to express our heartfelt thanks for the incredible experience we’ve had during our stay. From the very beginning, Juliana at reception went above and beyond. Her kind, thoughtful, and proactive communication before we even arrived set the tone for what became a truly unforgettable holiday. Her advice and attention to detail made us feel so welcome and well looked after, and her exceptional service deserves special recognition. As someone who travels every few weeks for work and stays in many different hotels, I can honestly say that the team at Iberostar Playa de Muro is among the very best I have encountered. The warmth, professionalism, and genuine care shown by every staff member are truly outstanding. What stood out most for us as a family was the kindness and understanding shown toward our son, who is autistic. Traveling can sometimes be challenging, but the calm, compassionate, and patient attitude of your staff made a world of difference. We never felt judged or uncomfortable—only supported, respected, and cared for. That kind of experience is incredibly rare, and we are so grateful for it. Thank you for making our time at Iberostar Playa de Muro so special. We will absolutely be recommending this hotel to friends and family, and we’re already looking forward to returning in the future. We have stayed ( me and my family) in many Hotels but I have to say Iberostar Playa de Muro is one of the best we have been. Starting from very nice rooms they are well designed and you feel very well even during longer holidays (I love double sink). Rooms cleaned everyday , food is perfect, everyday you can special food all over the world. Lot of different delicious food and drinks. Every evening there is different special night with nice animations - we love Agnes from Poland 😀. Bars and pools are one the best we have seen, clean and beautiful with trees close to the perfect beach. Drinks are the best I had in hotels so far- made from original alcohol and lot of ingredients. If You are planing holidays in Mallorca I would really recommend this hotel.

Having a great tine here. Rooms clean and comfortable. Facilities are great. Really enjoying the tennis court. Food is super fresh and so much choice. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. They take time to stop and chat. A special shout out to David H. He made a special effort to look after us of an evening. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I spent this past weekend at the Playa del Muro Hotel in Mallorca and had a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable—right next to the beach, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea. The hotel is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, with a very pleasant atmosphere. What truly made the difference was the staff’s kindness and attentiveness. Everyone was welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. I’d like to give a special mention to Leticia, who constantly made sure that guests felt comfortable and well taken care of.
