Don't be fooled by individual reviews with poor ratings, or by talk of fake reviews, which is simply untrue. The hotel is cleaned around the clock, so everything is clean. There were a few minor issues in the room, such as a balcony door that couldn't be locked (sliding door). The refrigerator wasn't stocked and couldn't be turned off, which was a bit unnecessary. If you bring your own bike, you have to pay €5 per night for the bike cellar, but if you rent one from the hotel (Hürzeler), it's free. Alternatively, you can put it on the balcony... What definitely needs to be emphasized is the fantastic food. The selection is good and the taste couldn't have been better. I didn't expect that from a buffet restaurant.

Very nice location, the see is very clean and warm (end of September) rooms are little bit smaller but we spent all the time outside except for sleeping. The kitchen is also super, variety of choices, everyone can enjoy what he wants. All inclusive is possible to pay on site with discount (40 EUR adualts, children 20 EUR, 5 years old kid free of charge). Very nice pool and tobogans, kids were very happy.

I do not recommend this hotel. The food is a plus. The rest is a definite minus. The rooms are poor, small and worn. The towels are dirty and brown after washing, I don't know why. There was an ant infestation in the room one day. I really don't recommend it. I don’t have good memories of this place and Majorca wasn’t a good holiday for me because of this hotel. I understand everything and I’m not picky, but the hotel is really weak

This hotel is simply exceptional. I don't usually write reviews for hotels, and I rarely enjoy staying in them. However, I was really impressed by this accommodation. The service was phenomenal! Everyone was super friendly, especially the guest service team! On the first day, I had a small complaint about my room, and the entire team immediately took care of it! There's plenty to do at the hotel, even in bad weather, since it has a full gym and an indoor swimming pool with a sauna. It was important to me that the hotel offers a bike storage room, which is accessible 24 hours a day. This is a huge benefit compared to other hotels, which close their cycling storage rooms after 8 pm. There is also a concert or some kind of entertainment at a live stage every evening. In the afternoon, the stage is used for children's entertainment. I really enjoyed breakfast and dinner. The buffet was very diverse, and everything was extremely fresh. Each evening, the food has a different theme, such as Asian or Mexican. However, Even picky eaters will find something they like! There's pizza and pasta every night, as well as nice salads and plenty of desserts. Unfortunately, I could not try the lunch option, but I will definitely do so on my next day at this hotel. This surely won't be my last day at the beautiful Iberostar Waves Playa De Muro. 😊 Thank you to the entire team for this wonderful experience.

Our stay at Iberostar Waves, Playa de Muro was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Everything exceeded our expectations — the rooms were spotless, the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the facilities were outstanding. What made our experience truly special was the warm welcome we received: we were greeted with Moët champagne and chocolate, which was such a thoughtful touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional throughout our stay. I would like to give special thanks to Juliana at the reception, whose kindness and helpfulness made us feel at home right away.
