Having a great tine here. Rooms clean and comfortable. Facilities are great. Really enjoying the tennis court. Food is super fresh and so much choice. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. They take time to stop and chat. A special shout out to David H. He made a special effort to look after us of an evening. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Just had a fantastic stay at playa de Muro. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a welcome drink, checked in and our bags taken to our room. The hotel facilities were perfect for our needs. The girls spent a lot of time playing in the kids pool sliding down the bouncy pillow . The indoor pool was great for doing lengths and relaxing in the hot tub. The star camp Kids club was ideal for some additional activities. We also used the tennis court and gym too . Special thanks to Leticia and Mike for their effort during the week entertaining us and the kids especially at the cooking demonstration. Also thanks to Martha who kept our room so clean and tidy. We will certainly want to stay again next time we come back to Mallorca for a holiday

We had an excellent week staying at Iberostar Waves Alcúdia. The food and entertainment were brilliant. We have four children and they were very well taken care of. The kids disco was a daily highlight. We took part in lots of activities. Agnes came with us on a walk to the nature reserve and a trip to Alcudia, Agnes was very friendly and perfect with our kids who were arguing over who could hold her hand. Thank you Iberostar and Agnes for a wonderful stay.

Just want to write a review to say how amazing our stay was at the Iberostar waves Playa de Muro. The rooms were great. They were very clean and tidy at all times. The house keeping staff really went above and beyond. The catering was absolutely fantastic given the scale of the hotel. The quality was always great. The waiting staff were lovely, attentive and polite. Mike and Leticia were amazing at being front of house and great hosts for the entertainment. Great with children a have converted me to having a lovely for BINGO....

I picked an Iberostar brand hotel to ensure that we had a hassle-free and enjoyable holiday. I’m glad we did! The service from the reception, housekeeping, restaurant and bar staff was superb. Every single staff member would always go above and beyond to make sure we were taken cared of. We really do appreciate all the attention and smiles. David H. particularly took great care of us. I was also impressed by the delicious food options at dinner. Thank you very much!
