Our stay at Iberostar Waves Playa de Muro was absolutely amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the entire team made us feel truly welcome. The service was outstanding – every staff member was exceptionally kind and attentive. The food was of the highest standard, offering a variety and quality that felt truly luxurious. A special mention goes to Leticia, who went above and beyond in helping us prepare a wonderful birthday surprise for my sister. Her support and kindness made the occasion unforgettable, and we are deeply grateful for her efforts. This hotel not only met but exceeded our expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Great hotel, really good food selection - fantastic variety and excellent service. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. Facilities are clean and well maintained, always lots of room in the pool and plenty of sunbeds. We were all inclusive and a range of drink selections were included. Great variety of entertainment each day and night and fantastic face painting each night by Katy - a real highlight for our daughter. A fantastic hotel, brilliant location (beach is on the doorstep) and great staff. We had a brilliant stay.

Absolutely amazing experience here!!! Delicious food, amazing scenery and views, staff are excellent. Pool is clean and maintained, rooms are clean. Customer service is spot on and everything about this hotel is just perfect. Our first family holiday abroad and I’m glad we chose here. Will definitely be back!!! The only con for our trip was other guest leaving towels on loungers all day which means no one can get a seat around the pool which is a shame.

Katy, one of the children’s entertainers, who patiently attended to our children’s nightly random face painting requests was so lovely, kind, warm and friendly. And an excellent face painter! We also liked Bea, so friendly and warm and lovely with the children. A very child focused hotel with lots of space and facilities for families. The staff are so friendly and accommodating.

I highly recommend this hotel. We were sorry to leave and not stay longer. Everything is spotless, staff is friendly and the food is delicious and diverse. We took the half-board option and it was totally worth it, as the options were better than the restaurants that are nearby. The beach in front of the hotel has sand and smooth sea entry. The water is clean and the color is beautiful. Bonus points if you have kids, they have plenty of activities for them. I also tried the spa - feeling light as a feather when I finished the massage. 🧘‍♀️ 💕
