Everything was beautiful! Much larger resort than expected! Fatima was wonderful! Loved playing bingo and dancing at the pool party with her! Victor was great at keeping all the activities rolling! Franc, our swim up bar tender always had our glasses full! Excellent service all around! Definitely would recommend!!

I had an excellent stay at the Iberostar resorts! My room was spacious, had a gorgeous view and a rainfall shower (which I loooved!) The view was breathtaking and the staff were polite, fantastic and wonderful people. My room was always cleaned very quickly and i found the resort very clean. The animals were an added bonus! I had a great time and enjoyed all of the activities! Special shout out to Armand who was our hype man! I would absolutely come back to Iberostar in Mexico.

Best atmosphere and surroundings of any resort I’ve been to so far - the nature and trees and multitude of wildlife around the grounds are so wonderful and a pleasure to experience! We have found our room to be very comfortable and nice. Favourite restaurant so far has been La Hacienda!! So so good. And I could go on and on about the amazing coffee at breakfast. All the staff we’ve had interactions with have been terrifically welcoming and friendly, and incredibly helpful and accommodating. Special mention for our Concierge Ingrid, in the Beach lobby! She has been very lovely, kind and helpful :) Also to Mauricio and Manuel at the concierge in Beach lobby, who have been so warm and friendly, always stopping to chat with my elderly parents and asking if there’s anything they can do for them. They are all such lovely, sweet people! I would recommend Paraíso Beach resort to anyone, and would definitely return.

We enjoyed a family vacation at Waves Paradiso Beach With our kids and grand kids. This property is so picturesque. There are numerous lit walkways that wind through "jungle like " setting , running from the beach to the lobby. If you don't feel like walking, there is a golf cart service continuously running along the length of the property. The rooms are spacious and clean, the service was excellent and the food selection in the restaurants was very good for both kids and adults. We'd like to give a special mention to Brenda at the concierge desk . She was extremely knowledgeable about the resort, efficient, and always pleasant. She answered ALL our questions, helped with booking restaurants, activities and made lots of suggestions of activities for all members of our family. In the words of my young grand kids.... "best place ever" .
Aim
We thorougly enjoyed our stay at this resort. We have stayed at super luxury to budget resort and we both agreed that this was our favorite. We love to walk and because this is a complex with the most beautiful grounds and wildlife all around we loved walking everyday and enjoyed every bit of the experience. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. Our only complaint was the staff at breakfast. We are used to going to resorts and being catered to the entire time. We come ready to tip for good service. We would sit down for breakfast each morning and no one came to us to even fill our water. When we went for lunch or dinner staff went out of their way. Otherwise everyone else was great the entire stay. If you are on the fence make the decision and go! You will not regret it!
