The resort is very spacious and allows you to walk around and enjoy nature, with different animals throughout the property. The beach and the sea were very clean most of the time, which was definitely a highlight of the stay. Most of the staff were friendly and genuinely tried to help whenever possible. Special thanks to Joseph at the towel station, who was always making an effort to call and find someone to assist me. On the downside, the room air conditioning was not cooling enough even during winter, as we could not lower the temperature below 22 degrees, which makes me concerned about how it would perform in the summer. The shower water flow was very weak and disappointing. The bed was uncomfortable, with a stiff mattress and very flat pillows that made sleeping difficult. The concierge service at the pool and beach was not consistently available. Since they are responsible for seating guests, this caused frustration, as you often had to figure things out on your own. There were also not enough seats available at either the beach or the pool. Food options were quite limited, with most meals focused on carbohydrates and salads, and very little protein unless there was a special event such as Christmas or New Year celebrations. The internet network was only moderate and not very strong. One important warning is not to fall for the promoted 500 dollar gift voucher, as it is misleading and feels like a trap. Overall, while the resort has beautiful surroundings and some very kind staff members, several comfort, service, and dining issues significantly affected the experience. One last comment entertainment at night was very not entertaining!

We booked this all-inclusive resort through Air Canada in late October 2025, and everything exceeded our expectations. The airport transfer was very well organized and seamless. The hotel itself was excellent in every aspect — spacious, clean, well maintained, and efficiently managed. The staff were extremely polite, professional, and always willing to help, providing outstanding service throughout our stay. The beach was clean and beautiful, with only a small amount of seaweed that did not affect swimming at all. The temperature was perfect; both the swimming pools and the ocean were very comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience and would absolutely recommend this resort.

This was my families 5th time at the resort. The weather was great. The food was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and kept clean. The activities team did a great job as always. The beach was nice and clean. I would come back again for a 6th time. Always a good time. See you again soon I hope.

Excellent Stay and Outstanding Staff Mike and many others but I forgot the names. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making my stay very pleasant. What truly stood out was the staff — everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and taken care of at all times. I truly appreciate their kindness and dedication, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

We stayed at the Waves Paraíso Beach hotel and it offers activities and shows which make the experience so much better. In specific Jocelyn, Jesus, and Armando were really amazing the whole time, super friendly and were super fun to be around. I would definitely recommend this to other people. Manuel was the person helping us with concierge and throughout our stay and he was amazing with his help and supporting us throughout our stay by going above and beyond. He helped us get tickets for the catamaran excursion and he went above and beyond to help make our vacation extraordinary. Jose at the Japanese restaurant helped us have a super amazing experience and the food was amazing. We also had some golf cart rides with Sergio and he was super amazing and friendly with us . Overall amazing and thank you to those who made our stay so great
