I had a fantastic experience during my stay at this hotel. One of the highlights was definitely the entertainment team—they brought so much energy and fun to each day. A special mention goes to Aranza, who was especially engaging and made sure guests felt welcomed and involved. She truly stood out! The food was also excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. Every meal felt like a treat. Our room was spotless and well-maintained throughout the stay. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything clean and comfortable each day. Overall, I had a great time and would definitely consider coming back again. Highly recommended!

I had my wedding here with a group of 12! It was perfect. This was our second visit and the first time I got engaged here. This resort holds a lot of special memories for me! The food, beverages, service and staff are all excellent. My daughter enjoyed her time here as well, using the baby area when she was younger then enjoying the pool more this last trip!

We arrived from Toronto on the second week of July 2025. This is a family holiday with a teen and a younger child - so it’s a foursome. Our concierge, Ingrid, has been amazing in making us feel welcome and helping with the planning and getting the most out of our time here. Tips for future vacationers: 1. The catamaran excursion was worth it 2. Get 2 rooms if you have older kids like us. 3. The restaurants are very good - we like all the restaurants we went to- Italian, Smoke House, French, Mexican. 4. Enjoy the tennis court and fitness centre We are no stranger to Iberostar and still find this particular site especially welcoming. Wish you all a great vacation. Leo

Great stay with the kids. The highlight was the service, especially the concierge Ingrid! She made excellent recommendations, was proactive in making suggestions and booked reservations for us even on her day off! The front desk and restaurant staff are well trained. And the speciality restaurants have excellent food. Chef Octavio was welcoming and chef Abigail also very friendly and shared their knowledge of the local cuisine.

I can’t say enough good things about the wonderful and hard-working staff at this resort. Each and every one of them went above and beyond to make our experience fun, special, and luxurious. The entertainment staff works so unbelievably hard and brought so much energy and fun to every single activity and day. Franco made our entire groups experience, we love him! Franco, if you’re reading this - Charlie, Teddy Bear, Patricio, and Sweater miss you!!!! (So do the rest of us). Awesome resort with so much to do.
