Paraiso Beach was beautiful! It felt as if you were in paradise. The staff was very attentive. Frank was our swim up bar bartender and he was absolutely incredible! Always friendly and fast! I can’t imagine how it is to bartend in the heat and humidity while your guests are cooling off in the pool. I am a bartender myself and I applaud Frank for his hard work and his positive attitude. He made our time there so enjoyable!

Had a great time. Family vacation with our 15, 17 and 19 year old boys. Gabriel was great and the kids loved all the activities he ran. My oldest enjoyed the pool parties (along with the Tequila 😉). We had adjoining rooms, and never any issues with humidity or smell. We did get locked out of the rooms the day before checkout, which was inconvenient, but not enough to not still give 5 star rating. Food was great, and we didn't have too hard of a time for booking dinners. Had to do most the day of, but we were able to get into all the ones needing reservations (even with 5 people). Pool was great, and enjoyed time at beach as well. A couple days were bad for sargasum but had a great time riding the waves coming in. Hard to believe our week is up...can't wait to come back next year.

This was easily one of the best vacations I have ever been on! My girlfriend and I arrived and were immediately upgraded to a (much) larger room for free simply because the staff is so friendly. The hotel is beautiful and the food was delicious, and we never ran out of things to do or see, even just on the premises. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples of all ages but especially for those who like the flora and especially fauna of this region. When the waves were calm, we even got to snorkel with a ton of cool fish at the hotel beach. And when it was windy we spent most of the time bodyboarding which was really fun as well!

Thia resort is beautiful. Rich in flora and faun, you actually feel like you're in paradise. The pools are many. The grounds arw always clean and well taken care of. The staff is amazing kind and helpful. We also appreciated the concierge Brenda. What a beautiful person who went over and above to help us. Thank you Brenda.
