Fantastic place. Staff incredible. I’ve been here many times in the past. The refurbished is fantastic. The complaints lady (very pretty long hair and glasses) was extremely helpful and kind to me. The staff looked after me when I wasn’t well and checked up on me the next day to make sure I was okay. Room 727 was brilliant the view was great. Thank you all so much for a fantastic holiday. Hopefully, I will see you soon. Xxxx😁⭐️💎

The hotel is nice and cozy, with a pleasant atmosphere. There are plenty of sunbeds available, so it’s easy to relax by the pool area (although I personally didn’t use the pools). When we asked to change our room because of the view, the staff did it without any problems, which we really appreciated. The personnel are polite, helpful, and always smiling. However, there are some downsides in the restaurant area. Quite often we had to change plates and cutlery because they were not properly washed, which was disappointing. In addition, the selection of meat dishes was rather limited. Overall, the stay was comfortable thanks to the staff and the hotel’s cozy environment, but improvements in cleanliness and food variety would make the experience much better.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming from the moment you arrive. The activities team keeps the energy high every day, and I have to give a special shout-out to Simon — one of the best animators I’ve met. He’s friendly, talented, and genuinely knows how to connect with guests. Thanks to him, every activity felt fun and memorable. I’ll definitely come back!

Had a great time here. This is our third time here and has everything you need. Staff are so friendly always smiling, kids club is great and the staff are so good with the kids. Evening entertainment is always great and the entertainment team put a lot of effort into it. Soi always gets the party started. Alba is great for all your fitness classes and never stops smiling.. Eunice, Saray and Dana were great with my little girl at star camp. Sad to be leaving again. From all of us in Scotland Shymoan, Mr David says bye

My wife and I had a great time here. It was definitely off season, and not much to do for activities or performances, but they still had some. The room was simple and clean. They had a safe, and refrigerator in the room which was very convenient. The room did not an iron or iron board. The food was good, and they had multiple options from local cuisine to simple burgers and fries. The only downside while eating was the staff came through and asked for us to fill out a review while we were in the middle of eating. They handed us a tablet wilhich probably was not sanitized or wiped down from anyone before us. Overall the resort was very well managed and the grounds were well kept. Iberostar is a good chain and we may visit again in the future.
