Well what can we say other than what an amazing holiday. I know alot you ask lots of different questions me included. So I'm going to try and post as much information about everything we did. Weather - Never believe the App and Never believe the screen in the Lift.. each one gives you didn't information, which was always fun to look at. Pool - Yes the pool are a little deep but actually our little boy had fun just playing on the steps and also had fun the in the baby pool even though some adults were complaining about splashing around the pool, I do think some people forget they are set very close to the pool and expect not to get splashed lol. Kids Club - Our little boy is on the spectrum and behaviour is not always perfect but I did love how honest the staff are and were happy to tell me he had been a monster lol 😆 we are used to it, but I know some parents struggling hearing the truth lol. Lots of different activities for the children and children were always happy. Day time entertainment - Wow what can I say what fantastic opportunities to join in different activities, things which I would of never done at home, Painting a Tote Bag, Making Resin Earrings, Painting a Fan, Making a Beauble. honestly the list was endless Cocktails - Yummy Yummy Yummy!! It was lovely having different drinks each Morning of Smoothies, at Dinner time there was always a drink for the adults and a alcoholic free one to the children. Food - I'm a fussy eater and I can honestly say I didn't go hungry lol 😆 Lots of different varieties and also loved the different theme nights, Also found them to be very good it you have a food allergies. Water - It was amazing to have a glass bottle in the room and each landing had two water machine which we used each day. Trips - We booked our trips with Tenerife First Excursions and OMG I can honestly say they were amazing from the time I booked the trips before even getting into Tenerife to then meeting staff whilst in resort and also at the ChillBox Tenerife! Lora Park is a decent and long day out but worth it, our beautiful little boy loved all the shows. King Buggy were a fab company on our sunset tour and made sure that we had lots of photo of our family which he took on our own phones. Walking around - I know alot of people are posting about Pickpockets ect and we can honestly say we didn't see anything and also never felt uneasy, but we only took around 100 Euro with us, our phones and kept everything else back in the safe. Lucky-Lucky Men - found as long as you are to the point with them and say No Thank you they are happy to leave you alone, We learn our little boy to be to the point too, Due they seem to go to the children and try and place shades on them or light up items, Our little boy got good at saying NO. Photographer in hotel - The Photo are amazing don't get me wrong and we actually brought them, but found that they are quite pushing when it came to buying them, Also don't pay the price they tell you, as you can get some more knocked off. Foam Party - Honestly this was the highlight of our holiday, we really enjoyed this as a family and loved that it had such a family atmosphere! Rooms - Rooms are clean, Not the biggestest we have stayed in, but who needs a big rook when you only sleep in it. Santa - Anyone thinking of coming out for Christmas 2026 I would definitely book it, we had an amazing time and the children had fantastic presents off the hotel! Honestly we can not fault this hotel and we have been to many hotels! WAVES LAS Dalias is not just a hotel it's like a little family atmosphere!

We visited one week before Christmas in December 2025. I had low expectations when my partner booked this resort, cos all-inclusive is usually pretty average. But oh wow, this resort is absolutely fantastic! The food is top! There’s a huge variety of food available with different themes every night. They were so delicious we had stomach ache because we ate so much 🤣 The amenities also great, although the pool is definitely deeper than 1.50m (maybe 1.55 instead) and gets deeper when you go inside so be careful with that if you don’t know how to swim like me. We also joined the fitness and sports activities, which were really great to keep you active and to pass the time. South Tenerife is definitely touristy, but it’s beautiful regardless. Hotel was also kept clean 24/7, the hygiene level is amazing for a resort that size and a good number of guests. Overall, highly recommended. Wouldn’t mind going again. Great job to all the hotel staffs!

Great hotel with great food and service. Even for ppl without children. Staff is very polite and helpful, bar staff can prepare great things . Many activities for everyone and very communicative animators. Time before Christmas was great time spend in that hotel. Only cons were some of guests (from other islands) which show up totally lack of culture and in general these people should not belong to such a s lovely kind of place, but they are specific things on Canary Islands in general unfortunately.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming from the moment you arrive. The activities team keeps the energy high every day, and I have to give a special shout-out to Simon — one of the best animators I’ve met. He’s friendly, talented, and genuinely knows how to connect with guests. Thanks to him, every activity felt fun and memorable. I’ll definitely come back!

Robina Swift

A great hotel, something for everyone, a great range of food , activities for the kids and two stages for shows. The staff go above and beyond to make this a great stay. Breakfast, lunch, casual dress, for dinner men have to wear a t-shirt or shirt , but can still wear shorts , not a problem. Sunbathing area for everyone and a part just for adults with jacuzzi and you'll be pleased to know sunbeds can't be saved for more than 45 minutes. Beds comfortable, handheld showers, but can be put into a slot for normal. I would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again
