We’ve just come back from the most amazing week at Iberostar Waves Dalias. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed – check-in was smooth and we were offered a refreshing welcome drink which set the tone for the rest of our stay. I’m usually very cautious with all-inclusive holidays as I’m coeliac, but this hotel completely exceeded my expectations. Every meal had numerous naturally gluten-free options, and staff were more than happy to prepare me gluten-free pizza, pasta, and even desserts. Every dish was clearly labelled with allergens, and I felt safe and relaxed eating here for the first time on holiday. A lovely touch was the themed dining each evening – we were even offered different drinks on arrival at dinner to match the food theme of the night, which really made it feel special. The entertainment was incredible – the team are genuinely talented dancers and performers, and the evening shows were brilliant. During the day there were always fun activities like water polo, aqua fit, and the water carpet. Dana and Carlos in particular deserve a special mention – they were so fun to be around and did their upmost to ensure we were having a great time. We did have a small issue with our first room on arrival, but reception handled it perfectly and moved us straight away to a refurbished room with an amazing balcony view. The room was spotless and cleaned to a very high standard every morning. Every single member of staff we met – from cleaners, bar staff, and waiting staff to the entertainment team and photography team were professional, friendly, and really made our stay memorable. Could not recommend Iberostar Waves Dalias highly enough. We’ll definitely be back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Fantastic Stay at Iberostar Las Dalias! We’ve just returned from an amazing stay at Iberostar Las Dalias in Tenerife, and I can honestly say it exceeded all our expectations! The entertainment was absolutely brilliant – there was always something fun going on for both adults and kids, and the evening shows were top quality with so much energy and variety. The food was another highlight. Every meal had plenty of choice, always fresh and delicious, and the themed nights kept things exciting. Whether you like local Canarian dishes or international favorites, there’s something for everyone. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to the beach, shops, and bars, yet still peaceful enough to relax and unwind by the pool. Overall, Iberostar Las Dalias offers everything you could want from a holiday: great food, amazing entertainment, friendly staff, and a perfect location. We can’t wait to come back! 🌴☀️

A fantastic place for kids. The entertainment staff are amazing and have seemingly endless energy, making sure the kids have fun during the day, but mostly in the evening with the kids disco. The restaurant staff are also really lovely. Our girls loved it. Highly recommend for families.

One of my first reviews ever but had to do ... They had 2 rules, displayed in elevator and hall and ...: no swimsuit in restaurant and "no towel on sunbed leaving"rule both big disappointment!! There were not enough sunbeds, lot of hotelgasts were complaining. Talking to other guests they had to put their towel at 6.30. I had to explain my kids to not wear swimsuit on restaurant , yet half of guests were wearing this.

From the moment we arrived, our experience at this hotel has been absolutely incredible. The team went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. One of the highlights was the amazing photo shoot we had during our stay – the setting was perfect, and the staff made sure everything ran smoothly. The photos turned out even better than we imagined, and we’ll treasure them forever. A special thank you to Jack, who was outstanding throughout our time here. His warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out and made us feel so welcome. In fact, every member of the staff has been amazing – friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They created such a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel at home from the very first day. This hotel isn’t just a place to stay – it’s an experience. We couldn’t have asked for anything more, and we can’t wait to come back again. Highly, highly recommend!
