Despite arriving at Tenerife South without our luggage - which was very upsetting - this hotel made our stay absolutely wonderful. The staff was incredibly helpful every day, constantly trying to call Menzies (who never answered the phone) on our behalf. The weather was 25°C in February, which was unbelievable for us coming from a cold and snowy country. Although the ocean was too cold for swimming, the hotel had a heated swimming pool that we absolutely loved. The best surprise for us was discovering that our accommodation consisted of two large separate rooms connected by a door. Our children had their own separate room and bathroom, while we had ours as well - what a comfort! I particularly enjoyed the powerful shower, which was perfect for cooling off after long sightseeing tours. Another pleasant surprise was the cold water dispensers located throughout almost every corner of the hotel, where guests could get free cold drinking water whenever they wanted. The food was excellent with an incredible variety to choose from under our all-inclusive package. Most drinks were also included for all-inclusive guests. The staff ensured that everyone received exactly what they wanted. There are shops right across from the hotel where you can buy almost everything you need - this came in particularly handy for us since our luggage was lost. The hotel is also conveniently located not far from Siam Park which is another large shopping center. The entertainment was fantastic, and we danced most of the night. This hotel is an excellent place to stay and comes highly recommended.

We had a fantastic time during our December stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always made us feel welcome. There were plenty of activities for all age groups, and the entertainment each evening was lively and fun. The heated pools were a big bonus during the winter months – perfect for both relaxation and play. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes. We never got bored of the options available. The rooms were a bit outdated in decor, but they were cleaned thoroughly every day, which kept everything comfortable and tidy. One suggestion for improvement: it would be great if there were more visible access to first aiders and first aid kits around the hotel. While the resort is very well-equipped in most ways, having quick access in case of minor accidents would really enhance the sense of safety and care. Overall, it was a wonderful holiday, and we’d definitely return!

5/5 stars with everything. All animation team / kids staff were so so lovely. Very very kind, welcoming and respectful! Lots of activities for my daughter, the first time she’s ever gone to a kids club without me and she was so happy upon leaving. Shows are fabulous and thought through for the kids— the discos were fabulous. My daughter loved the music and shows- evenings were very entertaining. All staff were brilliant. Especially Paula who my daughter connected from day 1. Although it’s evident throughout the staff that they are all loving, caring individuals!

We had an amazing family holiday at Iberostar Waves Las Dalias. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome and well looked after. The hotel is absolutely perfect for families – everything you could possibly need is right there. The food was excellent with plenty of variety to suit all tastes, and the quality was consistently high throughout our stay. The entertainment team were brilliant – fun, engaging and inclusive of all ages, making sure there was something for everyone to enjoy. The overall atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for more. We’re already planning our return – thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Just got back from a fantastic week's holiday. This hotel ticked every single box for us. We had our 2 year old granddaughter with us & she loved it. We payed less for a group of 5 for all inclusive than some nearby bed & breakfast & half board. Great location & decent food with a good mix of nationalities. Only slight disappointment was our room which was pretty basic, had no view of the pool area as it was obscured by the block in fronts roof. This had no real impact for us & when we come back in the future,which we definitely will, we'll book a pool view room. Big shout out to the animation team, great for the kids & had some very good nights including a Tina Tuner & Beatles tribute who were both excellent. Another thing was the service, never had to wait at the bar & the reception & waiting staff in the restaurant were lovely, particularly with our granddaughter . As I said , we'll definitely be back
