Had a fantastic holiday. The hotel was great from check in to check out. The room was very comfortable, air conditioning worked great and the complimentary shampoo/conditioner/shower gel were a nice touch and saved on suitcase weight. The entertainment was amazing from morning to night, the whole entertainment team worked so hard. The kids club was a hit with our 6 year old and made her holiday. The food and restaurant was very good, massive selection all day, every day, something for everyone and the staff turned tables over so quickly and the cleanliness was exceptional. The location is a short stroll to the beach, across the road is Mercadona, and a shopping plaza. Over the road is another supermarket and Pharmacy. We walked to Las Americas and was a lovely stroll with many bars and restaurants. The only one downside to note were sone inconsiderate guests, arriving back after a night out and putting music on and dragging furniture over the tiled floors which the reception stopped as soon as it was reported. We were a family of 3 with my parents and we all had such a fantastic holiday, will 100% be returning!

The entertainment team were absolutely amazing! So friendly and skilled entertainers. Hotel was amazing! Food excellent and again something for everyone and different food every night. Wrist bands issued when you check in with a chip installed on a tag so super easy to get in your room without the hassle of a door key! Definitely coming back!

The hotel is nice and cozy, with a pleasant atmosphere. There are plenty of sunbeds available, so it’s easy to relax by the pool area (although I personally didn’t use the pools). When we asked to change our room because of the view, the staff did it without any problems, which we really appreciated. The personnel are polite, helpful, and always smiling. However, there are some downsides in the restaurant area. Quite often we had to change plates and cutlery because they were not properly washed, which was disappointing. In addition, the selection of meat dishes was rather limited. Overall, the stay was comfortable thanks to the staff and the hotel’s cozy environment, but improvements in cleanliness and food variety would make the experience much better.

Me and my girlfriend had a very good experience with this hotel, this was my first time and Tenerife and her 5th, both of us were very happy with the hotel and agreed it was the right choice. The animation team are amazing, always keeping a good atmosphere, talking with you, playing cards etc, we enjoyed talking with Arda and Valisu. They put lots of effort into the evening entertainment, practising dances for Michael Jackson tributes, grease and mama Mia nights, you could tell they really care about the entertainment. There’s a lobby bar with live music every night and a pool bar with entertainment every night, music, dances, karaoke etc so there’s something to do every night. There’s plenty of activities throughout the day to keep you busy. (Pool volleyball, ping pong, pool table games, shuffle board, bowls etc) All hotel staff were nice, on arrival we receive a welcome drink, when I asked for an iron for the room i received it straight away, room was cleaned everyday to a good standard. The food was very good, there was plenty to choose from and always tasted amazing. The room was perfect for us, I would recommend a pool view room, the views are amazing and you can watch the entertainment from your balcony if you want an early night. The only thing that we found was the air con being slightly weak in the room, it wasn’t bad but it did get very hot when getting ready for dinner.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming from the moment you arrive. The activities team keeps the energy high every day, and I have to give a special shout-out to Simon — one of the best animators I’ve met. He’s friendly, talented, and genuinely knows how to connect with guests. Thanks to him, every activity felt fun and memorable. I’ll definitely come back!
