We, a Dutch couple with 2 kids, have spend Xmas and New Years in this hotel. We spend many holidays with Iberostar in other countries/cities and yet again we loved this place. The food is absolutely delicious, even better than the 5-star hotels we often stay in. And our room very spacious and comfy, directly next to the pool. The pool itself was wonderful, clean and our kids enjoyed the slides and bouncing castles a lot. Very much worth mentioning: The customer service is the very best. You really feel well treated, from the first contact at arrival until the departure. Jessica who is responsible for customers relations does a fantastic job of making sure of that. All and all we had another fantastic experience at Iberostar. Many others to follow.

Great place for families, our 4 year old had a blast. We were away for her birthday and she was treated with gifts, a birthday card and dessert in our room which made her really happy! The kids clubs and activities were fun and gave us parents a break. Overall facilities were very good and we’d be happy to go back again.

This is a perfect hotel for Families with Kids. The Animation Team is not easy to benchmark somewhere else. Very nice people from different parts of Europe. All of none german and english people speak that good german an english that they communciate quote well so communication is easy. The program they offer is well organized and enjoyable. The buffet is excellent, with a great variety and frequent changes—from Chinese-themed dishes and BBQ to local and Spanish cuisine. The pool area is very nice, and the walk to the amazing beach is short and easy. The Recepción Staffel.... amazing Service I can highly recommend this hotel. PS: THERE IA ALSO A DOCTORS OFFICE on the campus!!

I love their resort, there is a lot to do for children. Everything is very clean. The staff is very friendly. The only thing that I would improve is in the restaurant where there is a buffet that the employees come and pick up the old plates more often but that’s really only the one point that I would try to improve. Everything else is very very Nice and excellent!

We recently spent another wonderful holiday at Iberostar Waves Playa Gaviotas. We have been coming here on and off for many years now, and it remains one of our favorite hotels. The staff plays a big part in this; friendliness is all-over the hotel. Although it’s a large hotel, the atmosphere is personal. The restaurant and bar staff deserve a special shout-out as they make our stay extra special because of their friendliness, chats and jokes. Also, the staf at the reception is always helpful to provide tips and suggestions to make a stay at Fuerteventura pleasant. The food is of great quality, fresh and with a lot of variety every day. The all-inclusive wines (Iberostar) are not of a very high quality, though. But the rose cava is nice and you have a really nice bottle of wine for €11 extra. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped and clean. In the past, the entertainment team used to play loud music and was very present, but during our recent stay, we were happy to notice that the music was less loud and the entertainment team was less visible. Still on a level that people participating in the activities can enjoy themselves, but the people not participating can also enjoy their stay. We hope that this remains in the future. The re-use point for swimming pool and beach utilities is a great initiative, making our stay more pleasurable, both in the sense that we could borrow some useful beach utilities, but also that we could leave some of our beach utilities at the re-use point, ready for a second life. In one word: impressionante!
