Our first trip to Morocco and a fab hotel with everything you need for a week relaxing and being entertained. ALL staff from reception to restaurant , kitchen & chefs, lifeguards and the entertainment staff are extremely polite, welcoming and helpful and all work very hard. The entertainment team in particular are so energetic and there is always something going on for all ages eg darts,yoga, aqua gym to name a few. The souk is worth visiting - don’t forget to haggle (which is expected) and pay with Morroccon Dirhams. A 45 minute walk from the hotel will get you to the marina with a handful of shops and some restaurants (these restaurants do not serve alcohol). A 10 minute walk gets you to a couple of restaurants and a further 15 a handful more (these serve alcohol). But absolutely nothing in between. The hotel restaurant has kids corner, gluten free and vegetarian options. Plenty of other choices. If you’re happy to go all inclusive and stay in the hotel and get involved in the entertainment then I would recommend. Special mention to 2 of the animation team : Ismael who is very friendly and approachable. Khalifa very funny and entertaining. From The Arnold Family. :)

Yassine (manager) and his team at this hotel have been exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and treated with kindness and respect. The hotel is well maintained, and its location couldn’t be better. There’s plenty to do in the surrounding area, and the hotel’s entertainment was fantastic as well. Overall, we were very pleased with our recent stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Fantastic staff and an inviting reception leading onto a great large pool area with the beach directly outside. Great rooms large and comfortable. Downside is a a repetitive evening meal buffet which is fine if you love pizza pasta and Moroccan vegetarian dishes. Very very limited lifts to a large sprawling complex so beware if you have any mobility issues because even with baggage delivery the trek to your room. 4* accommodation and facilities 3* food

We absolutely loved staying here! The hotel itself was stunning, the room was spacious & the balcony was lovely and big! I can’t put into words how lovely and kind the staff were, they made us feel so welcome. The food was delicious & the drinks were great! The pools and everything else were just amazing. The area is lovely with so much to do & the locals are very friendly. Entertainment was very good too and there’s a kids club that my son really enjoyed, a big thank you to Samia who was so incredibly lovely and so good with my little boy! We landed early hours this morning and we are already missing this place so much! We will definitely love to come back!

Hotel was amazing! Service from all staff was fabulous. Rooms were massive and cleaned to a very high standard. Food and drink was lovely, with lots of choice. Entertainment was first class, Michael Jackson show was my favourite, but all shows were brilliant. Area is very good for excursions or relaxing at beach. No complaints. Brilliant holiday.
