We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the very first moment – the welcome and check-in – we felt like VIP guests. The staff made us feel genuinely appreciated and taken care of. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. Although you can see that they are not brand new, everything was clean and in good condition, which made our stay very comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious – varied, fresh, and beautifully prepared every day. Another thing that really stood out was the greenery around the hotel. The gardens were extremely well maintained, and we could see gardeners working on them every single day. It made the whole resort feel fresh and vibrant. The real game changer, however, was the heated swimming pool. It made a huge difference to our stay and allowed us to fully relax regardless of the weather. There were only two minor downsides. First, the ventilation in the rooms could be improved. In the mornings, condensation would run down the windows and sometimes create small puddles on the floor. Second, when entering the main restaurant, a waiter would sometimes show us to a table that had just become available, but it wasn’t yet set with cutlery and napkins, so we had to organize those ourselves. Overall, these were small inconveniences compared to the excellent experience we had. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return.

From the moment we arrived you could see that the staff prioritise the English/European guests. I had seen this on reviews before I went, but didn’t think much of it. Rooms on arrival were dirty, stains on the bedsheets and dusty floor. We had to request a clean several times. When the cleaners arrived, they only did 1 of our rooms(we had interconnecting rooms) even though we had pointed out that both rooms needed cleaning. We had to wait till the next day. Sofa bed was filthy and not fit to sleep on at all. Ants in the room too. Reception staff were mostly dismissive. Food was good and lots of choice especially nice to see a lot of vegetarian options. Pool bar and restaurant staff were polite and friendly. Used the Hamnan which was nice, however they should provide towels and gowns without us requesting. The hotel was nice overall and nice location.

My mum and I spent a week here recently. We loved the hotel, very comfortable, nice room, lovely shower. Lots of sunloungers and direct access to the beach and promenade. Lots of choice for food as well as traditional Moroccan dishes being served and fresh cooking behind the line. The staff were super friendly, happy and helpful which was lovely. Would definitely recommend this hotel. I think we will visit again next year. 😊

Totally loved this hotel. We were here in the first week of Nov 25 and the weather was hot about 25ish over the week with no rain or clouds. The pools are superb, 1 heated 2 not. The poolbar was brilliant, all the free drinks and food was so nice, so much choice for a Coeliac. The beach was about a 2 minute walk from the pools, lovely sectioned off area for the hotel, a few looky looky men but they do not pester you which is lovely and you can take drinks fro he poolbar to the beach with no issues. The rooms are so spacious with the best shower ever and cleaned everyday with fresh towels. The restaurant is so well stocked with such a range of local and non local cuisine with an amazing selection of desserts and so much gluten free stuff I was never hungry. Breakfast was my favourite as we had fresh prepared omelettes every morning with cereal and fruit. The staff are the best on the island, and we tipped at the end of the holiday, 100DMs for our staff that we thought worked hard including the cleaning staff. Less than an hour transfer, lots to do, we went on a coach trip and the land train stops right outside every hour or just under. only 1 issue, the flipping wifi, they need a bigger router, other than that, just an amazing place to stay.

We had a great time at this hotel. The food was fantastic, the pool great and the staff were very helpful. The only downside is the bathrooms have poor ventilation so mould builds up quickly. I think the hotel is currently just painting over it in between guests but they really need to sort it out properly. However, I still recommend this hotel.
