Totally loved this hotel. We were here in the first week of Nov 25 and the weather was hot about 25ish over the week with no rain or clouds. The pools are superb, 1 heated 2 not. The poolbar was brilliant, all the free drinks and food was so nice, so much choice for a Coeliac. The beach was about a 2 minute walk from the pools, lovely sectioned off area for the hotel, a few looky looky men but they do not pester you which is lovely and you can take drinks fro he poolbar to the beach with no issues. The rooms are so spacious with the best shower ever and cleaned everyday with fresh towels. The restaurant is so well stocked with such a range of local and non local cuisine with an amazing selection of desserts and so much gluten free stuff I was never hungry. Breakfast was my favourite as we had fresh prepared omelettes every morning with cereal and fruit. The staff are the best on the island, and we tipped at the end of the holiday, 100DMs for our staff that we thought worked hard including the cleaning staff. Less than an hour transfer, lots to do, we went on a coach trip and the land train stops right outside every hour or just under. only 1 issue, the flipping wifi, they need a bigger router, other than that, just an amazing place to stay.

We visited the hotel during Easter holidays. The children loved it and we was really lucky with the weather. The beach is right outside the back gate which is perfect and on a hot day the breeze was welcome. The children loved the kids pool but the other pools were too cold and one was very deep. Would probably be great in the heat of the summer as a welcomed cool down. The staff are lovely, the hotel was clean. If you arrive at thr restaurant just before opening we used to like sitting in the outdoor balcony area next to the restaurant. There was plenty of choice and the kids loved the fruit options. The wine was lovely and is in a bottle rather than a machine so it was nice to pour your own, we were all inclusive. Spacious room and the cleaners do a great job. They were very appreciative of our tip. Also tip the bar staff if you can they look after you very well. We went on the little train that runs roughly every hr outside of the hotel, nice ride around near the marina, my children enjoyed it. We got our own private transfer from the airport and was much quicker for the children. We hope to return one day. I have also recommended to friends and two have since booked a holiday here which is great.

Had a great stay in this hotel. Rooms spacious enough. Nicely cleaned on evryday basis. Music and dancing finish after 11pm which was absolutely brilliant for us. Bars opened till midnight. Only one night been quiet noisy as one company celebrated birthday. But it was ok. Staff working really nice in all departments. They make you feel very welcomed and as part of the family really. We liked swimming pools arrangement with grassed palms islands. Grass, trees and flowers maintenence is top 👌. Beach part maintened by hotel fine. But public sand would have to be sifted.

Nice hotel, lovely staff, spacious rooms, great food, the hotel grounds are well maintained and good facilities. 1 heated pool and an indoor pool which is open between 12-14:00 each day. The gym is small but well equipped, there is no sauna and you have to pay for the hammam (steam room). Plenty of sports activities to do on sight. You have to pay a city tax, there is cashpoint in the lobby, and the reception desk can help you with changing larger banknotes. The hotel is located approx. 40 mins walk from the Marina where there are restaurants, arcades, pool tables, ice cream etc, it’s a nice walk or a 10 min cab ride (approx. 50 dirhams). Small points for improvements…check in could be a little smoother, and would be helpful if you provide guests with a small info leaflet detailing the restaurant opening, entertainment timings etc. The staff are really nice and friendly, remember to tip them as they do a great job!

November 2025 was our first (and last) stay at this hotel, and the following is a breakdown of our findings... Check in - Unnecessarily confusing, time consuming and chaotic. Room - (1122) with nice pool and sea views was large and functional but very tired. No towels initially and floor dirty. Two single chairs are a little bashed about and the sofa has many stains. Ripped wallpaper above the bedhead. USB point not working. Bedside light damaged/missing. Bathroom sink damaged and shower screen leaks over onto the sink unit. We found the mattresses very firm and uncomfortable. Internet - always connected (even on the beach), but actual Internet access was hit and miss. Hotel grounds - really nice and very well kept. Sunbeds - towels were put out very early to snap up the best positions and on occasion not enough to go around (including the beach). Restaurant - bright, clean and plenty of tables. Food was tasty, well prepared but virtually the same every day and never hot. We also fell foul to a money grabbing waiter who moved our drinks and personal effect to another table whilst we were selecting our food from the buffet so that one of his 'favoured couples' could have it, and waited on them personally. Whilst for us it was completely self service. However the same waiter would frequently push in front of guests to get drinks for his 'favoured guests'! This made us feel uncomfortable and most unwelcome. We'll definitely not book this very average hotel again in the future.
