Halfway through our family vacation and all we can say is WOW. Booked the full board package for a family of 3 and nothing but stellar. With 3 meals plus snacks provided throughout the day, we had no need to go and search for food. There was a little bit of everything for everyone's palate. From European, Italian, American food and let's not forget this place caters to kids even for meals. By far, the breakfast is TOP NOTCH. Only 1 block away from the beach and a short €15 (3 people) bus ride (A2), and the stop is right out in front of the hotel. The outdoor pool is massive, although the indoor pool could stay open a bit later for the little ones. We did have a leak in the shower, which caused water to leak across the floor but have no fear it was fixed within minutes. A MUST STAY AND BANG FOR THE BUCK!!!!! JuanLo, wow what a wonderful part of the staff. Very energetic and always with a smile. Happy to serve us which is always great for guests. Top Tier Service!!!

Amazing stay at this hotel. Overall great! The mattresses are on the harder side for those wondering. The facilities are great with an outdoor and indoor swimming pool, gym, spa, playground and a lot of activities for kids and adults. The outdoor swimming pool is veeeery cold. Would be great to have the temperature more enjoyable. The reception staff were super friendly when arriving. They speak multiple languages which is great. At the buffet there is a wide variety of options. Special thanks to the following staff: - Antonia for the amazing animation and beautiful smile. She played Elsa in the kids show Frozen and it was wonderful. All the kids loved it! - Jorge at the buffet for taking care of the cooked steak and eggs! - Juanlo at the outdoor bar next to the pool for always taking care with a kindness and great service on the drinks! And also for letting me practice my Spanish - Aitor for delivering always a big show and a smile on the kids faces. - Kyara for the great activities and the dance class! - the cleaning ladies for being so kind and helping out with extra pillows. - Everyone has been amazing! Can’t remember all the names but the best about the stay is the service of the staff. Thank you for the great holiday.

Absolutely marvelous. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, always stepping up to help, and even when we were too British to understand Spanish, they made sure to get the message across. Top quality service. The room was beautiful and spacious, cleaning staff always on hand and doing a great job. The balcony was lovely to sit on of an evening, very private with a near soundproof door. Food was fantastic, a huge spread that changed everyday with specials and desserts. The chefs deserve all the praise they can get for keeping up with the rush, constantly correcting and refilling bowls. Or standing for hours at a time cooking at a grill nonstop! All in all it really made the holiday, and smashed out expectations. Couldn't praise them enough, don't listen to the negative reviews they're either entitled, beligerant, or just daft. Oh and Mallorca was nice, long sandy beach with nice views of the bay and all the windsurfers and boats. Watching the planes come and go was fun too. Thanks to all the staff at Cristina.

Danny in the bar is a happy, very helpful man who couldnt of done any more for us. As are the entertainment staff who went out of their way for our daughter, husband and I. Lucas and the 'star friends' were ALL incredible every day, incredibly attentive, beautiful humans!! Our daughter cried when we had to leave due to them being amazing. The housekeeping staff were polite, prompt and made sure our room was spotless with towels replenished daily too. Management responded to our only complaint of the aircon being on winter still and because I get hot they made sure a fan was put in our room within an hour. Food was faultless as were the restaurant staff. A lovely holiday and we will be back.x

Food is fantastic. Great fresh food of good quality. Facilities and location are very good. However, Staff were average or below in general (with one or two exceptions). Staff service at reception and bar was slow, and while it was polite it wasn't friendly. There were also extra charges for facilities which at most hotels are included (tennis court use for one hour, and indoor pool towels). The tennis court charge we were never told about until check out. A bit odd.
