We have just spent a wonderful week at Ciudad Bianca! The service here is fantastic. The staff are so friendly and professional and will do anything for you. We are a family with allergies and The chefs were brilliant at talking us through the buffet and making special food - especially the vegan chocolate cake. The entertainment team work so hard and have boundless energy and enthusiasm. Plenty to entertain everyone; from pool parties, water carpets, and outdoor cinema - to cocktail making, live bands and lots of sports. Our room was very clean and staff are constantly cleaning the hotel or gardening the grounds. A fantastic perk having direct access to the beach. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. Everything was great! The staff, whether at reception, in the restaurant, or elsewhere, were all professional, polite, friendly, and always helpful. The beach is right next to the hotel, and both the sand and the sea were clean and beautiful. I really enjoyed the food and drinks everything was of good quality, and I appreciated the variety, including both local and international cuisine. Breakfast was especially excellent. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a stunning sea view. And everything was in order and working very well. I highly recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Gracias!

Great hotel for families with young kids. The food is amazing, great quality and variety. The staff are brilliant, they go above and beyond every day, especially enjoyed bingo with Andrei. Coeliac is well catered for with great gluten free options and knowledgeable staff.

Excellent hotel staff can’t do enough to make you welcome and your stay as good as possible. The food is the excellent there is something for everyone and different varieties throughout the week. A shout out to the bartender (LOBO) for his excellent service and he is always on the go making drinks and bringing them over to you but all the staff are great extremely helpful and pleasant. We would definitely stay again loved the hotel and Alcudia. Great family holiday.
