Currently here for our honeymoon and pleased we hose this hotel... Rooms getting a little tired and adequate but for prestige rooms could do with an upgrade. Other wise very clean. A turn down service was not provided but again this wasn't that big an issue just don't see why its in the right up and not provided. (Yes I can turn my own sheets of a night) Location is great but isn't for people with walking issues or asthma, apart from that a great location and views are amazing. Now the good bit...this hotel is great. The staff cannot do enough for you and super friendly. Entertainment has been pretty good. The food is really lovely, plenty of choices. Drinks are plenty and so strong but overall this is a great hotel and we will return. Well done bouganville playa.

Amazing stay at the Bouganville, Tenerife! We had an incredible holiday at the Bouganville. The service was honestly outstanding – every member of staff was so friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. They always go above and beyond. A special mention to Lorenzo on the front desk, who was always so cheerful and welcoming, and to Juan and Danny at the bar, who made every evening fun, they are so friendly and great at their job. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with stunning views and a brilliant location. The outside seating area is lovely, and the food is fantastic with different specials every night and fresh cooking stations. The waiters are brilliant too – they constantly check in, offer to bring drinks, and make you feel really looked after. It’s been an amazing holiday, and we would definitely come back. You get so much for your money here. Highly recommend! 🌴✨

Absolutely loved our holiday here. Stunning Hotel, clean and very well maintained. This was my first time staying at the hotel and it certainly won’t be the last. The staff were amazing. So helpful, attentive, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. They cater for any dietary requirements which I personally benefited from massively. If you haven’t visited then you 100% have to! We can’t wait to come back and will be booking again asap ☺️

Stayed here for a week with a 2.5 year old and really enjoyed it. The staff are all phenomenal with kids, everyone from the kitchen staff to the reception staff all knew how to make the kids feel special (in particular Brahim at the buffet, the crepe man, and Abril/Valeria at kids club). Great selection and quality of food at the buffet, family rooms are great (tv and balcony in both rooms, however beds were not very comfy and they did not have option for bed rails for kids). Pools are great for toddlers (lots of slides), and they have a pool toy reuse area where any toys left at the end of the day are placed for kids to borrow. The lifts are a nightmare, I don't know if they are just old but seem to be programmed wrong (I was on -1 waiting to go up, there were 3 lifts on 0, but instead of one of them coming down one came down from 10. One thing I thought they are lacking is additional facilities for kids. They have a play area in the restaurant (with one light up wall toy that requires parents help to play), there is a playground adjacent to the pool but all climbing frames would only suit 6+, there is another play area by the bar, and another beside the reception, but there is little/no toys for kids (just an area for them to sit basically). Maybe there was toys at one point and kids took them over time, but these could be filled inexpensively, or some wall mounted toys. Also the kids club schedule seemed to change daily, activities would be scheduled and then randomly would not be on (but again the staff were great). Note: there apparently is a games room on site but it is under renovation

Fantastic hotel and the staff are exceptional in the way they look after you. The food is top quality freshly prepared and such a varied huge choice, very very good. The only small negative would be the rooms need an upgrade they’re not bad just a bit tired. We went as a group of twelve with 5 children and they absolutely loved it the amenities from the aqua slides to soft play for them and to the fitness classes and gym were first class. We would definitely come back.😊
