We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff are truly lovely and incredibly friendly, especially with children. They were so playful and attentive with my little one, and they have made her first holiday such a special and memorable experience. It really meant a lot and has left a lasting impression. A special mention to Eidel, who is an exceptional member of staff – extremely welcoming, warm, and an absolute pleasure to be served by. His kindness really stood out and added to our overall experience and the crêpes are definitely a must. My daughter loved her peppa pig shaped crêpe. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again in the future

My family stayed here for a long weekend in January. The staff is so kind. Our room on the 8th floor had a comfortable king size bed and a large pull it for our 7 yo. The room had an amazing view. The food was good and very fresh. The chefs were nice and attentive. Everything was clean. The pools are great. The slides, playground and kids area are so fun! We loved the all the activities for adults and children. They had daily and nightly performances. We loved staying at this hotel and will be back. Hopefully soon.

We have stayed at 7 or 8 hotels in Costa Adeje over 9 years or so. One of our favourite has been Iberostar Sábila nearby. This year we tried Bouganville Playa for a change and we are so glad we did! We stayed on Star Prestige B&B on top floor room 1075 with fabulous views. We found the quality of breakfast to be exceptional. We sat at the rooftop area during the day where we had soft drinks and beer and sparkling wine available. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and easy to access all areas by walking in either direction. We would definitely come back here.

Great experience, lots to do for kids and can’t fault the facilities and the food was a real highlight. Fab hotel overall, would definitely come back. The animation kids team were fantastic, lots of energy and kids disco brilliant! Shout out to Sandra, April and Valerio, my son thoroughly enjoyed the Star Camp and activities. Hotel is in a fab location with the beach on your doorstep and water parks. Lastly I’d like to mention Eidel, for his creative energy and patience making character pancakes in the buffet. My son’s face lit up with his Spider-Man and superhero creations.

I cannot stress enough how amazing this place is. We have stayed at many hotels on the island including Hard Rock, Fantasia etc and this hotel is better in so many ways. The rooms are quite basic but very clean and comfortable. The location is second to none, a short walk from restaurants, the beach, cafés etc. The food at this hotel is the stand-out feature. The variety is incredible with something for everyone. Quite possibly the best all inclusive buffet I have ever experienced. The staff all friendly and helpful. 10/10 for me and my family. Bravo 🤝
