My favorite hotel ever, great service and super friendly staff. It's a beautiful place with very pretty rooms and good food. I love walking through the mini jungle and seeing all the animals wander around. I would definitely recommend scuba diving!! My siblings and I went scuba diving with Gabby and she was such an amazing teacher! I can't wait to go back again

This is our first time here and are truly impressed. The service has been absolutely top notch. Cesar at the front desk has been wonderful and has been there to answer all of our questions. He has helped us plan our day trips and given us lots of helpful tips for the area. The service and maintenance around the hotel is exceptional. The food has been great too with lots of variety. The rooms can use a little freshening up. Beach is great. So glad we chose this hotel.

This hotel is very beautiful and it is a small walk to everywhere from the reception to the pool and restaurants. The night shows is by far the best part of the hotel. The main host Israel and Nare always have different shows each day and make a great vibe. Israel always has a lot of energy and a great host. He is Great in talking English, Spanish, French, and Italian! I was here with my parents and it was great for any age. Great dancers and singers. The food was great and a great variety as well from Italian, Japanese, American and of course Mexican. I would say to have more normal sodas instead of mostly diet soda. The rooms were simple but clean and the hotel is not luxury for the most part. We’ve been here for 12 days and enjoyed every part of it! Highly recommend!

My friend and I had excellent Memorial Day vacation in this hotel. Beach is probably one of the best in Mexico. Food was good for the most parts. We loved Japanese restaurant but did not care for Mediterranean or Mexican. Breakfast was amazing. Staff is super friendly. I complained once about not having sushi in the buffet . Next thing I know sushi were available for lunch and dinner. I would love to come back one day!!! Thanks a lot guys!!!

Not worth your money. The service is less than pair, the communication is poor, and the shows in the theatre are not great. Fire show and white (apparel) show were the best ones. Furthermore, the management team is not here to make each person’s experience exceptional. I would recommend any place but here. Save your $$. Book at Excellence - they are 5 notches above. We had bugs in our bed - booked two rooms and all 5 of us had massive bug bites. Ended up having to sleep on top of the sheets. Don’t get me started on about the animal noises that start at 5:50-6am every morning. It would like a monkey mating call. Also, if you are unfortunate enough to book here, make sure and read all the fine print. Best of luck. I wonder if the owners from Spain even care about the sub pair leadership here.
