I really liked this place ! For the price range it met almost all of my needs. The food was nice for an all inclusive. Thank you to Ivan the concierge for making sure my stay was good! and thank you to all the other staff working extremely hard to make this place beautiful. It’s very nestled in nature with SO many animals. I get bored easily and found walking around the resort was extremely entertaining due to the landscape. This place is not anything crazy and the rooms are dated but you get the bang for your buck. Only comment I have is to put more outlets in the room, having one outlet nowhere near the bed sucked haha. I’m off to try the next Iberostar but I hope we get to meet again !

A very good place for a vacation! I enjoyed every day! The location is very good, the rooms are cleaned every day, and towels are changed! The grounds are very comfortable and beautiful! I especially want to point out the food; there is a lot to suit every taste and desire! There are a lot of animals on the grounds, which I like! The ocean is clean and the beach is magnificent! I recommend this place! We were satisfied.

Allan (along with all the rest) from the entertainment team were top notch in making this vacation fun! Their energy was palpable. Overall, a great family resort. The rooms are a bit dated but nothing to complain about. Animals literally come right to your balcony for a visit. The beach was great, clean and the sand was so soft. Luis at the pool bar kept the vibe high, and the drinks flowing!

The resort is very environmentally friendly. There is amazing wildlife roaming the grounds like peacocks, coatis, iguanas and agoutis. They also have flamingo, turtles and monkeys. The fitness classes are world-class with Sergio and Omar. Julio remember us and had a table ready with our beverages. My only negative is the rooms. They are very dated with stucco and no drawers to put your clothes way. The housekeeping is top notch we would go the gym for a class and return to a clean room! Overall great experience!!!

Overall we had a great time here. The food was good, snack bar by the beach had great hotdogs and burgers. We really enjoyed the restaurants. No complaints about food at all! We travelled with an infant and felt safe. When we arrived, there was no crib in our room as requested multiple times. I requested it when booking and I also called 3 days in advance to make sure since this was very important to us. The front desk first told us this was not possible anymore and to wait until the next day. I was panicking as we cannot sleep with an infant in our bed for safety purposes. I was still able to make it happen eventually but it took some convincing. Drinking water was easily accessible on each floor, they had a water filter where you could get water refills. This helped since I had to wash baby bottles with filtered water and didnt have to request multiple bottles of water. We stayed in the #21 block, close to the beach and pool. I preferred this as it was close to everything but it is further from the lobby. It was a really cool walk to the restaurants everyday through the jungle. The jungle part of the resort was a unique experience that I never had at other resorts. The pool was deep! 5.5 ft all around but there was a separate section/pool area for kids that was not deep. The problem with this is if you wanted to just relax in the pool without having to swim you could only do so in a small area. Other than that you are constantly swimming. Beach area was huge and no seaweed! Very clean and was one of the best beaches I’ve been to. Entertainment mainly finishes at around 10pm and the resort becomes very quiet after that. If you’re looking for a relaxing and “no party” vibe then this is it. Overall I would highly recommend this resort for the food, jungle feature and beautiful beach. It’s a good family resort for people with babies/infants. It was exactly what we needed and was looking for.
