My favorite hotel ever, great service and super friendly staff. It's a beautiful place with very pretty rooms and good food. I love walking through the mini jungle and seeing all the animals wander around. I would definitely recommend scuba diving!! My siblings and I went scuba diving with Gabby and she was such an amazing teacher! I can't wait to go back again

My friend and I had excellent Memorial Day vacation in this hotel. Beach is probably one of the best in Mexico. Food was good for the most parts. We loved Japanese restaurant but did not care for Mediterranean or Mexican. Breakfast was amazing. Staff is super friendly. I complained once about not having sushi in the buffet . Next thing I know sushi were available for lunch and dinner. I would love to come back one day!!! Thanks a lot guys!!!

Not worth your money. The service is less than pair, the communication is poor, and the shows in the theatre are not great. Fire show and white (apparel) show were the best ones. Furthermore, the management team is not here to make each person’s experience exceptional. I would recommend any place but here. Save your $$. Book at Excellence - they are 5 notches above. We had bugs in our bed - booked two rooms and all 5 of us had massive bug bites. Ended up having to sleep on top of the sheets. Don’t get me started on about the animal noises that start at 5:50-6am every morning. It would like a monkey mating call. Also, if you are unfortunate enough to book here, make sure and read all the fine print. Best of luck. I wonder if the owners from Spain even care about the sub pair leadership here.

Hello everyone, we are family of three people and I want to leave a positive review to this hotel. We are staying in Iberostar Tucan. We love the place, amazing jungle vibes, room is wonderful too, food is great. But what I like the most it how we were treated by Caesar. Caesar explained everything to us about the hotel, restaurants, excursions and gave us best deals what we can get in this beautiful place. We enjoy out vacation here. We were in Barcelo Palace couple years ago and we weren’t treated same way how were are feeling here. Thank you!
