Money theft from the room!!! I am here on vacation with my wife and two kids. The location and food is great. Very beautiful place to stay. However we had a pretty bad experience with the service. We kept our money inside the safe, one day realized that some of it went missing. (All of the large bills) Spent half of the day looking for it in the room, then I reported it. Immediately the staff sent security to search the room, did not find anything, left everything all the suitcases and beds in a huge mess. We came back later on that night to find out that no room service put the beds together. Then next day the manager caught me in the lobby at 10pm to show some papers with logs of locked door and security box to prove that it was not the hotels fault. Since I was tired and it was time to put kids to sleep, i asked him for a copy. Which he refused, telling me it is “sensitive” information. No report was provided to me, they just gave me back the paper i filled out my self. I tried to reach the manager at the lobby the next day, but they never showed up. So overall I feel like no actual investigation was done, other then tearing the room apart and flashing some random print outs in front of my face. No actual report was provided. Just the guy told me that “it is not on their end”. On another note. Usually took three times to get the house keeping to come fix problems with the room. Some of the lamps were broken. The toilet kept clogging. It costed us 45$ per night to switch a room because they said that the concerts happen close to the house we originally were assigned to, only to find out that the concerts from the hotel next us were right into our window in the second location. So yeah, I will be writing to the head office about all of this. I know I won’t get the money back, but just wanna make sure other people who come to this hotel will consider this!

Amazing resort. The monkeys and peacocks make every walk an adventure. Food was spectacular. So much selection and very tasty. Joan and Angel made our visit so enjoyable. They gave us great tips and advice. They and all the staff go out of their way to make your trip fantastic. Shout out to all the housekeeping staff in building 16!!!

Honest review, still at the resort. Overall 3.5/5. Lowered from 4. The resort next door blasts music until past 11pm every night. Makes putting kids to bed pretty difficult. Sound is way louder then my white noise machine. Rooms: we upgraded to what they call the renovated rooms. This was 300$ extra for the week but we wanted to be closer to the beach and they said the AC would be great. The AC says it’s pumping on 20, but the room has been 23-24 the whole day. Reception said they will send someone they didn’t. We’ve been in Mexico a few times this is an average room but the lack of good ac is a problem when it’s 35 outside. 3/5. Location: if you’re a beach person this place has the best beach we’ve been to in Mexico. Water is good temperature and no weeds. Finding a seat is an issue and you basically have to be down at 7am to put your towel down otherwise good luck. Pools: there is one main pool and a few smaller ones. No complaints but it would be nice if the one with a swim up bar was part of the main pool with activities. The swim Jo bar is in a small shaded pool that’s quiet during the day. Entertainment team in the main pool was great. Kids activities and for adults. The bar at this pool always has a line, but the ice cream hut makes up for it. 4/5 Food: buffet is not great, but restaurants are awesome. They are first come first serve. Total food experience 4/5. Entertainment: at the pool 5/5 in the evening 3/5 there are way better productions in most hotels we’ve been too not an area of focus.

One of the best all inclusive resorts, located on a township well protected, on the beach side sharing a bunch of other resorts., Very well maintained huge pool that's friendly for kids / adults and can take in as much crowd but still very open to swim., Great food options (ateast 5 to 7 restaurants) and a good variety of options for veggies., staffs are so kind and very helpful. The rooms are pretty good but old structures, but the wouldnt be a big concern., have great ambience overall, a forest type theme and lot of peacocks to grace. Will give a 4.5 star out of 5 and definitely feel like visiting this chain again.

Great resort. Joan made us feel like family. My kids would have rather been in star camp than with me. The staff is amazing with the kids. Entertainment staff for pool and beach games were amazing. We ate heading back in a few weeks.
