Excellent hotel, arrived late evening, reception staff couldn’t be any more helpful. The hotel is kept to a high standard of cleanliness, well done the hospitality staff. My room was lovely, lots of personal touches, robe & slippers, coffee machine, free mini bar, snacks, even an iron that you didn’t have to pay for. Spotlessly clean and well turned out daily. I’ve had the best nights sleep, mattress and pillows are lovely! Dinning room, the food is excellent, lots of choice for all, well presented, the staff are friendly and can’t do enough for you. Overall the dinning room experience was calm and a pleasant atmosphere, well managed, well done to the chef's and their team for all their hard work. Pool area is well managed and maintained, the cleanliness is to a high standard, the staff work hard to keep it pristine. The life guards do a fantastic job, very friendly and helpful, no job too small. Sun-bed reservations are the way forward, this is a brilliant idea, the lovely Carmella was on hand to assist you and couldn’t do enough to make sure you were happy. Entertainment team, what a bunch of energetic, friendly characters they are, you will be entertained, you will laugh and have fun! Overall, 5 stars given to this hotel from me, the staff are here to make sure you have a lovely holiday and you will be met with a friendly smile. Location is great, right near the beech and bars!

This was the best hotel I ever stayed at!! Everything was exceptional, from the facilities and services to the staff. The staff, including the animation team, is absolutely amazing. I never felt so welcomed. They did everything to make sure my stay was perfect. The food was always of best quality and of great variety. I never had a dull moment at this hotel and I will for sure come back. Thank you Iberostar Selection Sabila for your amazing hospitality and services!

Absolutely beautiful place and the hotel itself is wonderful. Carmela from the staffing team is very helpful and efficient when it comes to booking your sunbeds. Santiago is also very helpful too. Tommaso from the photo team is also very personable and helpful. We also made our own glass necklaces through one of the workshops here at the hotel, which is completely free by the way and Rosie who instructed the glass is amazing also! Definitely going to return without a doubt

This is a fantastic hotel. Great service, great food, clean and very friendly and helpful staff. I love and I mean love their sun bed reservation system. You can book up to 2 days in advance and it prevents all the sunned hoggers placing their towels on the beds and not using them. I wish more hotels did this! Thank you Carmela for looking after us!

We stayed for the first time in October last year and enjoyed it so much we booked again for May this year. Great location, 2-min walk to the beach, 5* food, drinks and hotel facilities and this year you can book your sun beds, so much more relaxing in the mornings. The service and staff are 5* too. At the pool Carmela & Santiago, and in the bar Frederico and the team, provide a first class, friendly and personal experience. We will definitely be booking here again
