Stunning hotel. Fantastic location, very central. Loved that you could book your sunbeds a couple of days in advance, so there were no sunbed wars at 7am, and you could choose where you wanted your sunbeds. Although you do have to book quickly as soon as the booking system opens each day to make sure you get the sunbeds in the area that you want. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. My only criticism, and it's only a very small one, is that none of the ice machines were working throughout the hotel. But you could get ice from the hotel bar. We had an amazing break here, and will definitely return again.

Stayed here in June for a week on B&B basis. The breakfast buffet was amazing and so much choice. Absolutely fantastic hotel, the staff cannot do enough for you, from reception to the lovely pool staff. Booking of sunbeds is a brilliant concept and something other hotels should do. The whole hotel is stunning and smells incredible. Will definitely be back x

Excellent hotel, arrived late evening, reception staff couldn’t be any more helpful. The hotel is kept to a high standard of cleanliness, well done the hospitality staff. My room was lovely, lots of personal touches, robe & slippers, coffee machine, free mini bar, snacks, even an iron that you didn’t have to pay for. Spotlessly clean and well turned out daily. I’ve had the best nights sleep, mattress and pillows are lovely! Dinning room, the food is excellent, lots of choice for all, well presented, the staff are friendly and can’t do enough for you. Overall the dinning room experience was calm and a pleasant atmosphere, well managed, well done to the chef's and their team for all their hard work. Pool area is well managed and maintained, the cleanliness is to a high standard, the staff work hard to keep it pristine. The life guards do a fantastic job, very friendly and helpful, no job too small. Sun-bed reservations are the way forward, this is a brilliant idea, the lovely Carmella was on hand to assist you and couldn’t do enough to make sure you were happy. Entertainment team, what a bunch of energetic, friendly characters they are, you will be entertained, you will laugh and have fun! Overall, 5 stars given to this hotel from me, the staff are here to make sure you have a lovely holiday and you will be met with a friendly smile. Location is great, right near the beech and bars!

Great stay. This is the second time we’ve stayed here. We have really enjoyed it. Everyone is very helpful. Santiago, Carmela and Oscar were fantastic at the pool area and managing the sunbed reservations. Their customer service was excellent. I can’t thank them enough for their help. Hotel is lovely and clean. The room was cleaned to a very good standard and you got sent a notification whenever it was done. The breakfast buffet has any type of food you could want. We only one issue throughout our stay where something was charged to us by mistake. Within 30 mins of reporting this it was all resolved and we were given a free lunch as compensation. We couldn’t have asked for any more. Overall, we had a great holiday.

We stayed here 3 years ago and loved it, so came back this year. The location is perfect and very close to lots of restaurants, beaches and amenities. The staff are all super friendly, helpful and welcoming! There is a variety of activities and entertainment within the hotel, definitely something for everyone. Would highly recommend!
