I recently stayed at the Iberostar Selection in Ibiza and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is beautiful, with excellent facilities and stunning views of the Mediterranean. A special mention goes to Mr. Jhonatan, whose exceptional service made our stay even more enjoyable. His professionalism and friendly demeanor were outstanding. He truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

We had the pleasure of celebrating two wonderful birthdays within a week at Iberostar Selection Santa Eulalia Ibiza, and it was an unforgettable experience! The team was incredibly attentive and caring, making our stay extra special. Their efforts in making our celebrations memorable were truly appreciated. However, I have to deduct one star due to a couple of minor issues. Firstly, the breakfast coffee and cappuccino quality could be improved as it was much better the last times. Secondly, the beds in the rooms are quite basic; instead of a double bed, there are two single beds that tend to drift apart during the night. This definitely needs some attention. Additionally, it became evident that more staff are needed in the service areas. The current employees seemed very stressed and overwhelmed, and some even expressed this to us. Improving staffing levels would greatly enhance the overall experience for both guests and staff. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with a few areas for improvement. Many thanks to the wonderful team for their dedication and hospitality!

This is a lovely hotel, staff are really helpful. We upgraded to Star prestige as we much preferred the rooftop area than the main pool. So with that we got a better room, they aren’t massive but they have everything you need and are clean and modern. Hairdryer in bathroom is annoying though. We are only bed and breakfast so can’t comment on day/evening food, but have ventured out a lot and there’s some lovely places around. Location wise is nice and quiet but you’ll need a taxi/walk/E bike to anywhere. Breakfast buffet is great.

Our stay at Iberostar Santa Eulalia Ibiza was an overall pleasant experience. From the moment we arrived, Carlos at the reception made us feel welcome with his kindness and eagerness to assist with any of our requests. The welcome prosecco was a delightful touch that set the tone for our stay. Diana from the animations team was a highlight of our trip. Her humor, kindness, and helpfulness truly enhanced our experience, making each activity enjoyable. The service at the hotel’s dining facilities was commendable, thanks to the friendly and forthcoming waiters Jonathan, Pamela, and Petra. They ensured our dining experiences were pleasant and memorable. While the food was generally okay, we found the pizza to be less than satisfactory. However, the Spanish croquettes were a standout – absolutely delicious! Additionally, the drinks were very reasonably priced and well-made, adding to our enjoyment. As a group of four who have been visiting Ibiza 1-2 times a year for the past eight years, we found the hotel’s location to be a bit inconvenient for accessing Ibiza Town and other areas, requiring a taxi or car. Despite this, the hotel offered a tranquil atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The pool area was fantastic, and the breakfast menu was diverse and satisfying. In summary, Iberostar Santa Eulalia Ibiza provided a relaxing and enjoyable stay with excellent staff service and amenities, despite a few minor drawbacks in the food and location. We would consider returning for the welcoming atmosphere and great hospitality.

We had a really good stay at this Iberostar hotel. The employees working at the reception were very welcoming and making sure you have a great time. It's an adults only place so no kids running around. What really was a nice gesture is that at some times at the pool they have away free drinks and ice screams. The pool was great and heated, even in the early season (may) the pool was at an perfect warm temperature. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
