Excellent service throughout the hotel. We found all staff to be willing to go the extra mile to accommodate our needs.A little problem with air con in the room. They supplied a fan which is fine . Food was excellent morning , noon and night. Always fresh and varied. Daniella served us drinks around the pool and was very friendly and courteous at all times. Her drinks knowledge is impeccable. A credit to your team. An all round excellent holiday choice.

Great and clean hotel. Came back a second time cause we loved it so much. Amazing service. Special thank you to Jonathan for knowing my go to order by heart and always making me and the family feel welcome. Also special thank you to our "neighbour" (sadly didn't get his name), who worked very hard (like all the other staff as well), and always welcomed us to the restaurant with a smile and a joke about us being his neighbours in the hotel. All the staff is very friendly and go out of their way to give you a great holiday. Would love to come back another time! Only downside is the prices for a last minute this year are quite high (looked in to coming back the day we left, cause we enjoyed our time so much) but as expected with a great hotel like this ;) Hopefully next year!

The rooms are clean, bed sleeps well, nice shower! The staff is so friendly! especially Johnathan! Great support at the pool, delicious cocktails and he did everything to made our holiday great! Thanks for your smile and super service! Hotel is close to the biggest hippie market, in a quiet neighbourhood, adults only with a relaxing atmosphere. The food is delicious! Every diner has an other theme and all the food is fresh cooked and enough for everyone. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Stayed in June 2025. Incredible experience, stayed on all-inclusive plus with access to exclusive roof terrace. Beautiful setting, pool and rooms. Fantastic mini bar in the room too! Self serve alcohol and soft drinks on the roof with endless snacks. Great restaurant.

Absolutely fantastic hotel and the staff are incredible! Only thing I would say is it's quite a trek round to es canar or Santa Eulalia but it's a nice walk and the hotel is so good you could really spend the whole time you are there without leaving the hotel. Food was amazing - good selection of different cuisines. We paid the extra for star prestige and I would highly recommend for access to the roof pool alone, it's so peaceful and you don't need to fight for sun loungers because there's plenty of beds for everyone. There's also a kitchen area that's well stocked with beers, wines, spirits and soft drinks and a coffee machine and snack case that they keep full of different pastries and ham and cheese sandwich. You can take as much as you want as often as you want and it's all included. There was construction going on next door but to be honest we rarely even noticed and our room was facing on to the site itself. Once you are by the pool which is on the other side of the building you can't see or hear anything. Even when we sat on the balcony there was hardly any noise and the other side faced on to the sea which was beautiful at sunset every night. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone thinking of booking here. I would go back just for the staff alone as they were all so friendly and helpful. We even got sweets from one of the women who was cleaning our rooms. Again we were star prestige so we also had a fully stocked mini fridge with a mix of beer and soft drinks, there was also champagne and wines in our rooms. We got fresh towels and bath robes every day and even fluffy blankets left in a lovely arrangement of love hearts and other things.
