Excellent service throughout the hotel. We found all staff to be willing to go the extra mile to accommodate our needs.A little problem with air con in the room. They supplied a fan which is fine . Food was excellent morning , noon and night. Always fresh and varied. Daniella served us drinks around the pool and was very friendly and courteous at all times. Her drinks knowledge is impeccable. A credit to your team. An all round excellent holiday choice.

We had a wonderful stay at the Iberostar Santa Eulalia. The hotel and pool area were absolutely stunning, offering a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views. Our room was decent, though we did experience some issues with the electricity cutting out and the air conditioning not working properly. While it wasn't too bad in April, it did get a little stuffy at night. A big shout-out to Kevin, the young server who was exceptional—so friendly, attentive, and always made us feel welcome. Most of the staff were great, though there was one instance with a staff member who seemed a bit moody when I asked for mayonnaise and never brought it to me. It’s also worth noting that there’s a bit of a difference in treatment between half-board and all-inclusive guests. There is ongoing construction on both sides of the hotel, but it didn’t really disturb us. The complimentary cocktails every few hours were a nice touch! While the rooms could use a slight upgrade, they were still comfortable and met our needs. I also wanted to mention another young lady, possibly named Arabella, who was incredibly efficient and friendly. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning!

The staff at this hotel are exceptional, especially Rafael on reception and the Petra & Adriana on the entertainment team! Nothing is too much trouble. The food was very good and good choices available each day. The pool is lovely and access to the beach is very close. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Amazing service on the whole! Greeted by someone to take our luggage and a welcome drink. Disappointed to find that we paid for a room with a pool view but were overlooking the empty chill bar and couldn’t see the pool. We were on the side of where the pool was which had afternoon sun so we didn’t complain. WiFi signal is fantastic anywhere in the hotel. Air conditioning not very good which led to an uncomfortable nights sleep. Service is amazing except housekeeping who came to do our room at 5.30pm and didn’t refresh the cups or glasses in one occasion, but tended to come later in the day when we had already come back from the pool . Breakfast was very good and dinner wasn’t to my taste but plenty on offer. Would we come back yes we would. On the whole the service was top and staff super friendly. Beware of the star prestige upgrade. We declined it as for €600 was a bit steep to only have access to a room which isn’t that much better to a normal room and roof top sun loungers which only includes drinks and snacks up on the roof. It doesn’t include everywhere - so we wouldn’t use it as not worth the cost which was already a quite expensive holiday. Quiet location and clean hotel with good view. Worth the money for the service and extra touch which was nice.

High above, in the exclusive Star Prestige pool and lounge area of Iberostar, we experience a kind of tranquility that is truly rare. The sun reflects off the water, a soft breeze brushes against the skin, and the view over the endless blue is simply breathtaking. The service is exceptional – attentive, warm, and always present without ever being intrusive. Freshly mixed cocktails and delicate, well-prepared snacks are brought right to our lounger. Everything feels effortless, perfectly coordinated. These quiet, luxurious moments are what make the experience priceless: a cool drink in hand, the scent of the ocean in the air, and the feeling of being completely taken care of. A day not easily forgotten.
