Been to Ibiza lots of times but first time at this hotel. It has been amazing. We have rearranged a booking we had next year at another hotel to come here again. The staff have been amazing!!! The food has been lovely and the all inclusive drinks were top brands including pink gin! We had a penthouse suite with our own pool which was fantastic! They’ve thought of everything, even a beach basket to take towels and books etc around the pool/beach area. Great location offering walks to other lovely areas. All in all excellent!

Beautiful place, staff are so attentive, helpful and friendly. We were only half board as wanted to experience other restaurants. Breakfast has so much to choose from, we had dinner one night in the hotel, again lots of choice and good quality. Rooms although not huge, were clean and had all the facilities you need! Pool area was fantastic, there was also evening entertainment in the chill out bar area. We can not recommend this hotel enough, we definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful stay. The service was excellent hotel staff very friendly and happy. One staff member In particularly stood out to us, Maria, was always happy and smiling and gave excellent service she created a positive atmosphere. Food was outstanding. We loved staying in the Star prestige however maybe some music would be nice by the rooftop pool something other than the same soundtrack playing on repeat quietly every day. Very little atmosphere. Rooms were very small, would have preferred more space.

Great service and people ! The buffet for the night and the breakfast was perfect, lots of choices and variety every day so we eat good and enjoyed the views. We took premium rooms so we had our private jacuzzi in the terasse it was nice. Will come again highly recommended

We had a nice stay at Iberostar Santa Eularia this august. We had a lot off fun, so big shoutout too Diana for the entertainment and the nice welcoming feeling. She is kind and verry motivated. She even came too same bye. Verry personal feeling. The food, especially breakfast and diner, where good and a lot too choose from. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Shoutout too the nice lady Regla at the frontdesk. The pool and beachservice was good but sometimes we had to wait a bit long. The rooms where cleaned everyday. Only remark, the tissuebox was not restocked in the bathroom. We where with four in two rooms next to eachother. We noticed that one room was a bit more taken care off then the other in terms of detailling. Sometimes we got mixed information about what was included and what not and about the activities. But when we had a complaint, managemant came with a solution. I did not like that private parking was an extra cost of 15 Euro a day.
