Santiago helped me to swim with confidence and within 10 minutes he restored my confidence. He was very kind and supportive and challenged me too. An absolute gem of a hotel. Super modern, super luxurious, amazing staff and an excellent location. We are staying five nights all inclusive, with a beach front room with an extended outdoor terrace which is fantastic. From the moment we checked in we knew this was a special hotel. Can't recommend it enough, and this is being written by someone who really doesn't like holidaying in Spain. I thought I'd been converted with the excellent hotel, staff and facilities, however outside of the hotel is not what we want to holiday around. Can't recommend the hotel enough though. The staff, the quality of the food and services, including the amazing spa staff are second to none.

We really enjoyed our stay.
Food: Probably the best buffet we’ve ever had. Especially the Italian station with pasta to order and endless variations of really good pizza. I also really liked the dessert station. Every guest gets one dinner at the gourmet restaurant. Drinks at dinner are not included for non-all inclusive guests
Rooms: rooms are cleaned every day, fresh towels every day (even though we did not asked for it). We had a quiet room on the street side, which is fine. At 23:00 the music from the hotels quiet down. A smart tv would have been nice and guests really should be quieter in the hall at night and early morning, the loud bang of doors woke me up every morning.
Staff & entertainment:
Really friendly and hardworking staff, everything was up to standard. We enjoyed aqua fit (really fun), yoga and spa:
Pool:
Very clean, enough sunbeds fur everyone, enough parasols. Unlimited beach towel exchanges. Guests do leave their beds unattended for >2 hours, not so nice.
Overall:
The area is very commercial and loud with many hobo’s and street sellers, which is not our thing. We rented a car and went hiking, there are really beautiful trails! If you plan on those, do take some mountain shoes, as sneakers don’t quite cut it. We rented a car with Avis, as partnered with the hotel. Do look into the prestige package the offer, we didn’t know about it and it offers access to areas and services you otherwise wouldn’t have access to.

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at this stunning hotel. From the initial welcome and efficient check-in, until the end of our stay the front desk staff were friendly and professional. The rooms are clean with plenty storage space and super comfortable beds. All of the foods we ate were delicious with an added unique dining experience The Gourmet Market, boasting sunset views this is a must, a big shout out to all of the chefs and servers! The pool area was peaceful with plenty of coctails and food to try. There really is so much to enjoy at this hotel which boats style, cleanliness, and on the doorstep to anything you need to experience a 5 star holiday. I would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable holiday and we look forward to return in the future!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Iberostar Sábila for the second time, and once again, it was an outstanding experience. The staff are exceptional, always going above and beyond to help with any request. The rooms are stunning and modern, equipped with an excellent sound system that enhances the overall comfort and enjoyment.
The location is fantastic, with everything you need nearby and the beach just a couple of minutes away.
I highly recommend the Star Prestige rooms for a truly elevated experience.
