If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, buffet style, served in the main restaurant & some specialty restaurants. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served throughout the day (except during meal times). Premium cocktails or bites at the pool, and a wide variety of activities, Star Camp kids activities program. There's also water sports or guided activities. And at night? The fun nonstop with professional entertainment shows.

This hotel is great. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Our kids loved the animals that walked around and the family suite. Beaches and pools were lovely. Service was exceptional, everyone is so nice and accommodating. There are so many activities for the kids to do between the water slides, lazy river, playgrounds and pools and shout out to the yoga instructor, Isabel. We did a couples massage at the spa that was awesome. Our family would definitely visit again.

My family and I had an amazing 7 day stay at Iberostar Selection Paraiso Maya Suites! The staff were absolutely phenomenal – attentive, friendly, and always went above and beyond. The food was delicious with tons of variety, and there were plenty of activities to keep us entertained throughout the trip. The grounds were meticulously groomed and there was lots of wildlife around the property. That said, the room felt quite dated. The jacuzzi tub didn’t work (and wouldn’t even fill), the sinks were broken, and for vacation smokers like myself, it was tough finding a designated spot to enjoy a cigar or cigarette. Even with those issues, I’d still love to come back – the experience overall was great, and the incredible staff made the trip truly memorable. 4/5 stars!

Pros: Amazing pools, great for kids and young adults, very safe place, location is great, staff is friendly, buffets are nice, entertainment is fun and interactive. Cons: pools close way too early (before the sun goes down), room service was horrendous (super cold food, limited menu, limited hours),paying for tubes is weird, shuttle system for getting anywhere on the property is broken! You wait anywhere from 15-40 minutes for a ride anytime you want to go eat, there were several item in room broken or not working properly, tv remote missing, wasn’t able to book any reservations for either of the nice restaurants the have (I’m not sure if they were nice, I wasn’t able to get in). Overall if you have young kids and your standards aren’t super high this place is great my 18 year old dnd 11 year old thought it was amazing!. If you’re an adult couple looking for luxury and to be treated like royalty you might want to go somewhere else.

Alexei made our vacation truly unforgettable! His incredible talents as a circus performer, dancer, and show entertainer blew us away. From breathtaking performances to fun interactive moments like Pictionary, he brought so much joy and excitement to the experience. What really stood out was how engaging and personable he was. Alexei made everyone feel included and turned each moment into something special. His energy and passion were contagious — it was impossible not to get caught up in the fun. He made our trip even more memorable and was definitely a highlight of our stay. We can’t recommend him enough and would love to see him again on a future vacation!

We had a great time. The staff was friendly and the service was good. There were plenty of pool and beach activities for all ages. The water bottle fill stations were nice. I would recommend bringing some extra reusable water bottles as the rooms only have two.
