If you choose to go all inclusive, the programme generally consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner, buffet style, served in the main restaurant & some specialty restaurants. During meals soft drinks, beer, water and wine are usually offered. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, wine, soft drinks, beer and spirits are usually served throughout the day (except during meal times). Premium cocktails or bites at the pool, and a wide variety of activities, Star Camp kids activities program. There's also water sports or guided activities. And at night? The fun nonstop with professional entertainment shows.

The rooms are outdated and I wasn’t a fan of the bedsheets. It was only a bedsheet, no comforter and it was uncomfortable to sleep in. The service was good, decent for what you’d expect at a resort. Location was great and the beach was clean with beautiful waters. The pool temperature was very cold. I was in Paraiso Maya when the temperature was around 75-80 and it was a bit unbearable to hang in the pool. I stayed there for a friend’s wedding and they did a good job and we had the wedding in a private location, but if you choose to have a beach wedding speak with the coordinator about having a more private spot. I witnessed a wedding on the beach right in the middle of where everyone was tanning and going in and out of the beach. It wasn’t very private at all for them. There were many restaurants to choose from but concierge would say “there aren’t any bookings” yet when you get to the restaurant there are a lot of tables and chairs open. The Miami Vice was delicious, I loved the chicken tenders and burgers. The gym had a lot of equipment, I was pleasantly surprised that they had a hip thrust machine. It’s a huge resort you are sure to find yourself walking a lot

We had a great time. The staff was friendly and the service was good. There were plenty of pool and beach activities for all ages. The water bottle fill stations were nice. I would recommend bringing some extra reusable water bottles as the rooms only have two.

Amazing experience! We had our wedding here with 51 people. It was so easy to plan and was absolutely beautiful. The food and drinks were great. Staff was very friendly. We will definitely come back! Look for Alexei! He will make sure you have a ton of fun!

The resort and rooms are beautiful. Alot to do for the kids, and the entertainment team were incredible. This 3 star review is specifically for the Concierge people. If you plan to come here with a large family, then do not expect to get any reservations at any restaurant. It was highly impossible to get any reservations. As per the staff, they take a high preference on members. You get alot of conflicting information from each Concierge member. Their solution is to sit down for 45 minutes with their member services to hear their "deals" and you will get free massages , reservations, and alot of peeks. But I should not be wasting my time to sit and hear them sell me a time share to get these perks. It's tough to just eat buffets the whole time there or get a reservation for dinner at either 530PM or 930PM. If you are a small family you shouldn't have an issue. This is for large families only. Again, it's a beautiful resort and beautifully decorated.

The resort is beautiful and very clean/well-maintained. Very good variety in food options and all delicious. The property is expansive with a lot of activities. Bar service was top-notch. Our room was comfortable and clean. When we did have an issue (no fault of the resort), staff went above and beyond to help. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but I'd like to give extra kudos to the following individuals: Raul, Maria, and Irene at the concierge desk. Ferdinada in Public Relations Santos at the swim-up bar I highly recommend this resort and hope to visit again soon.
