Had the worst welcome to a hotel I have ever experienced. The receptionist was so brash and aggressive in her manner I felt like leaving! We were not offered a welcome drink as other guests had.. why? We were not given a map , informed of the hotel app or any given any other information about the facilities. I had no idea the impact of a poor welcome could have,but,it certainly tainted a holiday I was looking forward to. Hotel room was satisfactory, broken mirror, cracked bath and the carpet was filthy so do not meet 5 star rating in my opinion . Towels were hard and well worn. Excellent choice of food at breakfast and the staff were very friendly and super efficient . thank you..you were amazing! The rest of the reception staff were very polite and helpful. The cleaners and other staff were very friendly and made you feel very welcome. Hotel is luxurious and modern, lovely lounges , very stylish .excellent pool area. There’s a board walk to Lagos marina , 30 minutes away. Ubers cost €3.0 from Lagos town.

The hotel view was amazing and me and my husband had such a beautiful time exploring the town of Lagos. The outside pool is stunning and the hotel is seconds from the beach. However, the reception ladies at the front desk were the cherry on the cake! Rita and Zainab, always with a smile on their faces. They were so welcoming, attentive and just fantastic. And the lobby people were all so nice and polite. We had some relaxing days and want to thank all the hotel staff for their effort.

Can’t complain with to much with this place. It was great. The buffet was over the top good. My dislike if you select half board you do not get any drinks at dinner( not even tap water) they wanted to charge us for a glass bottle they poured water into. Highly recommend staying here. Rooms were small but nice with a great view. I didn’t care for the up selling when we checked in. We couldn’t book a single bed as they were all double beds. The only was to do so is when you arrive, but they wanted to up charge me for it. I wasn’t to pleased about that.

Best trip we’ve taken. The staff were amazing and took care of us from the moment we arrived. They quickly learned our drink choices, too! The rooms were clean and spacious. The views and atmosphere absolutely breathtaking. Food was great as well! The location is stunning and also a close ride or bike to downtown Lagos. Loved every minute of our stay!

What an absolutely gorgeous hotel, and even better, what a stunning set of people here! The staff made me and my kids feel so welcome, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Specifically, I'd like to mention Tatiana, Mario, Victor, Rute, Manuel and Rita who went out of their way daily to ensure we had the beat stay possible. Thank you all and I hope to see you again soon!
