Absolutely love this hotel. The view is the best we’ve ever had in any hotel we’ve been to. We stayed bed and breakfast and loved every minute of it. The buffet breakfast was fabulous and plentiful. The room was huge, the beds were huge and spotlessly clean. We stayed on star prestige which is a separate area with jacuzzis, Balinese beds and a gorgeous terrace. Throughout the day, cocktail samples were brought around as well as sandwiches, cakes, fruit and flavoured water. It was a nice touch to keep you going before dinner. We walked into Santa Ponsa most nights and to be honest it wasn’t our favourite resort but we’ve booked for next year again purely because of this hotel. A few evenings we came back to the hotel early and sat in the bar and listened to the hotel entertainment which was pretty good. The staff are amazing, very professional and always had a smile. We love this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

We have had the best time on our honeymoon! The staff have been amazing, very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our room is very nice and a good size, big bed, large jacuzzi bath and the balcony looking out over the water is perfect. The food has been awesome and a great selection of different types of food, something for everyone. We have been stuffed every day from eating so much 🤣 It has been so cool to sit at the balcony having dinner watching the sunset! We have also enjoyed the spa and both outdoor and indoor pools and are still to try out some of the daily classes available. Would definitely recommend

Absolutely incredible resort. Pool staff 10/10. The event team Marc & the female are incredible. She truly is the best at her job. Her passion and drive for things such as the pool exercises is amazing. Deserves a pay rise. Overall great place. The resort is starting to need some upgrades due to cracks etc.

5✨😎 A fantastic stay from start to finish! The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety to start the day right—and the views from our balcony were absolutely breathtaking. Huge thanks to Justo and Merina from the breakfast team: so kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The poolside bar was a highlight! Juanma made our afternoons unforgettable with top-notch cocktails, great service, and his fun, professional energy. He truly goes above and beyond. Highly recommended—this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely be back!

We wanted a week of relaxing, no pressure, no agenda, no stress. This holiday delivered and more. From the friendly midnight welcome (late flight) with Cava and a smile the holiday scene was set. Fantastic a la carte breakfast with acres of choice, mid afternoon snacks by the pool from the pool restaurant to the incredible a la carte evening meals. We also eat out at the local town ( we were B&B ) and found good food and friendly service. The pool area is clean, safe and well supervised by bar staff and pool staff. The sea laps up to the rocks and is a soothing backdrop and you can dive, swim and paddle board from the comfort of your poolside base. Paddle boards are free, as are snorkels and the sea is clean. There are free activities which are aimed at being fun, which they are. As I write this I am next to the pool waiting for the afternoon pick up for the airport with our bags safely with the reception and 4 hours of sunbathing left. Perfect. Going out? Walk round the bay an easy 5 mile walk. Busses are frequent and cheap so Palma is 40 mins away and the stepping off point for Soller and Puerto Soller which are well worth the trip. Down sides? I’m having to think hard, even the breeze was good as it cooled the strong sun. Best thing? Too many but if I had to choose it would be the hard working, friendly and helpful staff in all departments from housekeeping to management there is an ethos of teamwork and attention to detail (eg, the yoga instructor sweeping up empty plates from the poolside bar as he left the session) no fuss.
