I’m lucky enough to be staying here for three weeks as a solo traveller, and one week in, I couldn’t be happier with my choice. I booked a Star Prestige room, which I’d definitely recommend. The exclusive pool area and bar offer a wonderfully peaceful spot to relax throughout the day or evening—though if you prefer a livelier atmosphere, the main bar is always an option. There are plenty of sunbeds, with padded ones available in the Prestige section, and fresh towels are provided as often as you need. The room includes a complimentary minibar, and the balcony views are absolutely stunning. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, and the themed dinners in the restaurant have been consistently excellent. Most of all, it’s the staff who make the experience truly special—they’re always friendly, smiling, and genuinely keen to help, going out of their way to ensure your holiday is memorable. Thank you to everyone for making my stay so special!

What an amazing hotel and the people who work there are the best I've ever encountered. Special mention for Ricardo who surprised us with a nice rose and plates for our wedding anniversary and special flower decoration on the bed. The views are incredible and the star prestige upgrade was worth it. The reception even let us keep our room on the last day until 8pm which was really appreciated and made sure we can truly enjoy our last day. We will be back next year.

This was our second stay at this hotel—and we actually chose it for our honeymoon, that’s how much we love it! Everything about it is just perfect: the amazing service, the delicious breakfast, the beautiful surroundings, and the pool. Personally, I love that the ocean is just steps away—it’s perfect for a quick swim whenever you feel like it. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming—they even remembered us from our stay two years ago, which was such a nice surprise!

This was my second stay as a solo traveller and I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are seriously spacious, the buffet plentiful and varied (with a different theme each night), lovely staff who take care of you so well and fab facilities. I went Star Prestige this time and the exclusive pools and beds with bar service were definitely worth the extra.I was half board but didn’t miss having ‘lunch’ each day, the Star Prestige bar does free snacks each day from 11-12 and 4-6, this always included sandwiches and wraps and cakes and biscuits so no need for lunch! There are a couple of supermarkets and a pharmacy within 5 mins walk for any extras needed and the Santa Ponca pier is 10 minutes walk - this is where the Cormoran Cruise boat trips go to and from - also highly recommended! As a ‘returner’, on arrival there was a bottle of sparkly in the room for my ‘anniversary’ at the hotel, and some very special towel animals in the bedroom! A lovely touch, and just epitomises this place - highly highly recommended, either solo travellers or couples, groups etc. You won’t regret it!

Absolutely fantastic!! If you are looking for a great get away vacation this is the spot. Everyone at this hotel is amazing. Shout out to Oscar, the host at the buffet who went above and beyond. The rooms in this hotel are also great, with a beautiful view of the sea and super clean. The location could not get any better. It’s right in front of the Mediterranean Sea with a beautiful, well kept, really warm pool. If you are thinking of staying here, this is the best spot in Mallorca.
