We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Mallorca. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome with complimentary welcome drinks, which was a lovely touch. The staff at reception were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We experienced a small issue with the electricity in our room, but the team responded immediately and had it fixed in no time. Their professionalism and willingness to help really stood out. One thing to be aware of is that room service is not available after 10:00 PM. Fortunately, the reception staff went above and beyond to help us find a solution so that we could still have something to eat. Their kindness was greatly appreciated. The views from the hotel are absolutely incredible and were one of the highlights of our stay. We also enjoyed the live music at the bar in the evenings, which created a wonderful atmosphere. Another great feature is the direct access to the sea, making it easy to go for a swim in the crystal-clear water. The only downside for us was that all the jacuzzis are located very close to each other, so there isn't much privacy. However, the stunning views more than make up for it. One additional thing to note is that the jacuzzi maintenance staff access the balcony area in the morning to clean them, so make sure to close your blinds if you're getting changed. Overall, an amazing hotel with exceptional staff, breathtaking views, and a fantastic location. We would happily stay here again

Great room (junior suite). Views fantastic...pool area very good and well kept with enough sunbeds for everyone... Breakfast choices to serve everyone's tastes and evening choices just as plentyful and varied. Special thanks to Moutse who looked after us at meal times and made our stay so enjoyable. Enjoyed our week so much we plan to return in September but for 10 days instead of 7. Room no 1310 Mr and Mrs Richmond

A warm welcome and chilled glass of cava set the tone for a wonderful 5 nights. Room was spotlessly clean and bed very comfortable. Shower good and view magnificent over the bay with sun from sunrise till the afternoon. Juan at the bar was friendly and professional. Marc and the entertainment team put on some interesting and alcoholic activities. Poolside was kept clean, and pool was exceptional when you needed to cool down. Best of all was the Spa, Mariye was incredible my treatment was relaxing and my skin feels wonderful. The whole team are a credit to the hotel.

Easily the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. We spent 4 nights here and each day was great. The views, scenery and atmosphere here were the best we’ve experienced. The staff, from the reception team to the chefs, were the kindest and most welcoming we’ve ever been served by which was really pleasant and added to our experience as a whole. The food was also the best we’ve ever had on a hotel buffet. It tasted fresh and of high quality, there was great variety throughout the week and we looked forward to eating each day. We upgraded to Star Prestige which offered tasty snacks in-between meal times, as well as access to both an exclusive lounge area and outdoor lounge area, and access to a heated pool and jacuzzi overlooking the bay. Finally, the location of the hotel was prefect. It’s a short walk from nightlife but when you’re at the hotel you can’t hear an ounce of noise which makes it relaxing all day and night. It’s around a 20 minute walk to the main beach which consists of a pleasant boardwalk by the sea. We will definitely return to this hotel at some point and are looking forward to when we do.

We have had the best time on our honeymoon! The staff have been amazing, very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Our room is very nice and a good size, big bed, large jacuzzi bath and the balcony looking out over the water is perfect. The food has been awesome and a great selection of different types of food, something for everyone. We have been stuffed every day from eating so much 🤣 It has been so cool to sit at the balcony having dinner watching the sunset! We have also enjoyed the spa and both outdoor and indoor pools and are still to try out some of the daily classes available. Would definitely recommend
