We had an all inclusive Star Prestige stay for 3 nights. Hotel was first class. Our bedroom was spacious, clean and had balcony and separate roof terrace with a heated whirl pool and a view to die for! The staff were without exception warm, friendly and professional and went out of their way to make our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. The food was amazing and they even made special efforts to add menu options for our vegan son. A fabulous stay and a wonderful hotel we will certainly be revisiting!

Wow! What a memorable week my wife and I enjoyed at Iberostar Jardin del Sol. Brilliant staff, so helpful and friendly. The suite was clean and comfortable, and included everything we needed. The restaurant is first class, great food and service. A special shout-out to Juanlo in the bar, he went out of his way to ensure we felt hugely welcome, and had everything we needed. The views from the hotel are simply spectacular. Keep doing what you’re all doing! You’re super amazing!

Me and my partner have had a wonderful relaxing time at this hotel. Rooms a clean and lovely, the food services it’s delicious and lots of choices. The pool service from Juanlo has been exceptional, he is very attentive and make sure your glass is always filled. Entertainment from Carolina was fun from the exercise classes, to the cocktail master classes. She is very friendly and we left with some self made souvenirs. :) Would recommend everyone to come.

We stayed for a week and the whole experience was nothing but amazing. Room was bigger than expected and each morning it was refreshed to a great standard. The service at pool bar was fantastic everyday, especially Juanlo, who was very attentive and made our holiday relaxing and stress free. We loved getting involved with the fitness, yoga and classes taught by Carolinela. She was fantastic and made us feel special even when few people showed up for classes. I loved our 1:1 yoga class by the seafront and I didn't have the heart to tell her my name was Ricky not Richie! but I didn't mind. She was great nonetheless. We have enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will happily return. Thank you for a great experience.

We just stayed April 22-24 2024. We booked seaview suite with ocean view . Room was very nice . Few things to complain 1. No parking help from front desk . Guy said “ you can only park and unload for 5 mins “ Now you figure out what to do with your rental car ! In my opinion they could be little more helpful and sympathetic 2. Our mini bar was empty No Alcohol and after repeated request no one filled it during our stay 3. Our telephone was not working and front desk person thought I was making it up ! 4. The major complaint- only one buffet restaurant was open ! Food is below our standard and same breakfast everyday and same lunch and dinner ! This is real bad ! 5. In all inclusive even “ Bloody Mary” Tequila of any kind was not included ! Alcohol was watered down so badly it was no longer alcohol Pros - all people server bartenders are extreme nice helpful friendly and decent .
