Our stay was fantastic. Beautiful sea views, top-notch amenities, and an intimate ambiance created an unforgettable week. Juanlo's personal touch made it even better, absolutely love the man, bar staff are amazing 10/10 would recommend. Montse at breakfast was a delight, such a nice waitress. Staff in general is amazing at this hotel. However regarding the basic rooms, the jet tub appeared unclean, which deterred us from using it, and the shower drained slowly. The rooms would benefit from an upgrade. We weren't in star prestige.

Hotel was absolutely stunning rooms incredibly clean and spacious on the standard all inclusive package the, service amazing! Marco from activities was incredibly friendly and reassuring when doing paddle boarding! Food was of wonderful quality and variety each day from breakfast lunch tea, even round the pool the service was perfect! We had a wonderful stay all in all and would absolutely come again and reccomend to others I found the hotel was more for older couples as very quiet and entertainment was very “calm” but beautiful also! The hotel is a 10 min walk from the bars which was perfect for us for one night! But for a relaxed holiday it cannot be faulted

Very bad experience. The attitude of the front desk receptionist is very perfunctory, appearing impatient and not handling issues seriously. We asked the receptionist to call the taxi half hour before we leave and the receptionist said I should talk to her 10 minutes before. So I did. And then we waited in the reception for 30 minutes and no taxi is coming! The receptionist is not responding and saying there’s nothing they can do. Then why should they call the taxi half hour before??? The So frustrating and we are late for our boat trip (200pounds not refundable).

We had an all inclusive Star Prestige stay for 3 nights. Hotel was first class. Our bedroom was spacious, clean and had balcony and separate roof terrace with a heated whirl pool and a view to die for! The staff were without exception warm, friendly and professional and went out of their way to make our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. The food was amazing and they even made special efforts to add menu options for our vegan son. A fabulous stay and a wonderful hotel we will certainly be revisiting!

A lovely hotel, rooms lovely view, very clean, love the big bed and the bath, view amazing from room, dining room and the pool area. So many activities to do, Carolina was great really friendly and engaging :) staff lovely in general. Food and drinks all very nice too, nice range. Lovely location.
