Our experience with this hotel was not great, even though the staff was always very friendly and we appreciated that. We chose this hotel because the photos on Booking.com – the first 10-20 pictures – make the outside area look amazing, with beautiful luxury pools and terraces. That’s why we thought it was worth paying a bit more. But when we arrived, we found out that all those nice outside areas are actually only for premium guests who pay a lot more, and that the rest of the hotel doesn’t match those photos at all. It felt misleading. We were happy to be able to leave the same day and get a full refund, but in the end, we had to ask for written confirmation multiple times and come back three times because they didn’t do what they said they would. They just kept telling us to trust them, which didn’t feel professional. It’s really a shame because the friendly service didn’t match the way they actually handled the situation. If you’re thinking about booking, make sure to carefully check what’s included in your package – most of those great outside areas are only for the premium rooms.

My wife and I visited for a long weekend. We loved this location. We did all inclusive and stayed in the star prestige sea view penthouse suite. It was well appointed, extremely clean and very comfortable. The view is flawless. We loved the large shower and comfortable bed. The rooftop private plunge pool and day bed were lovely too. This place is quiet and relaxing. We used the Turkish bath daily and swam in the sea. There is an awesome diving platform and ladder to exit the sea easily. We found the food to be good but not exceptional. The staff however was top notch. They were always friendly and approachable. They do absolutely everything to make your stay the best it can be. My wife and I did wish that they offered food service to the rooms. Short of that we absolutely loved this resort.

Fantastic service throughout my whole trip! The bar staff were professional yet personal which made the experience very warming. I was welcomed whenever I entered and thanked whenever I left. These details made me feel as though the staff truly care for their guests experiences. To name a few; Juan, Santi and Jonatan were fabulous! Servicing wonderful drinks and producing excellent customer service. Thank you to all of the bar staff and the rest of the staff for making a great get away.

We had a lovely stay here this week, this hotel has a lot of lovely touches. We stayed in the prestige section with 2 pools and an amazing vista. But you can use the rest of the hotel where there is another pool. We stayed half board and the selection of food on offer each night was impressive. The staff are all to a person cheerful and helpful. A special mention to Montse who works in the restaurant and is a real asset to the hotel. She looked after us each morning and night with a smile and great chat. I highly recommend this place for a trip, amazing views, great service, comfort and brilliant staff.

This is a wonderful hotel. We had a junior suite overlooking the sea which was spacious and clean. Note though, we were in the 3rd floor, the main restaurant is the floor above and you can hear the scraping of chairs quite a bit. The pool and pool area is picturesque with the sea right in front of you and a jetty with ladder to go for a swim. Staff have all been amazing. Free drinks and nibbles most days by the pool too. The downside for us is the town and local amenities area. Without sounding like a snob, a lot of people are what stereotypes of Brits Abroad are made of, not our kind of people.
