The best part of hotel is animation team , especially MilkyWay . Always checking on us and make sure that we are doing great ! As well as management team , Daniuska And Gabriella make our stay super easy and comfortable! They all go way above and beyond! Beach is very nice and clean .

If you’re looking for an amazing beach with beautiful well kept grounds look no further. Great coffee shop which is open 24 hours. Check in with Jazmin was smooth. Resturant reservation and membership were worked on by Lemorin who was very professional and nice to work with. Overall great time

The rooms are pretty nice, clean, and well air-conditioned. The bed could’ve been a bit more comfortable, but I really have no complaints about the room itself. The grounds of the hotel are absolutely beautiful. The hotel itself is nice and the beach and pool are nice. The issues that I had was the cleanliness and quality of the food. It seems they don’t take food safety very seriously as I witnessed bugs and hair in the food multiple times. The food quality is also awful. It was hit or miss whether or not the staff was friendly. Certain staff were friendly, other staff were rude. It also isn’t very relaxing on the beach when they are blasting music all day long, and it’s awful trying to find a lounge chair that has a view of the water, and it’s impossible to find a lounge chair without cigarette butts surrounding it. This hotel cheaps out in a lot of ways for how expensive it is. Definitely not an 5 star experience. All in all it was an ok vacation but I would never come back.

The resort was recently renovated so was in great condition. The grounds are beautiful to explore. The beach is excellent. The resort is family friendly but there weren't many activities catered to kids. Especially in the evening, there was no kids show and the regular shows started pretty late for kids. The food in restaurants for dinner was super good. The food in the buffets for breakfast and lunch were okay but not great, so I was looking forward to dinner. The worst part about this resort is that there are no plastic bottles. To get water, you have to use the provided glass bottles and refill them in the public machines. I found this unsanitary and would have preferred to have plastic water bottles available.

Nice hotel with a beautiful park. Good food and friendly staff. We are frequent guests for more than 20. Years. We would like to have tablecloths in the evening again, which reduces the noise in the main restaurant,where the music now is rather loud. The main pool needs more shadow as the sunbeds cannot be moved because of plants .
