An amazingly relaxing stay. One of the best breakfast spreads we've ever had. Hotel has large grounds and multiple pools, however people were reserving sunbeds from early morning and not turning up to use them until the afternoon which seemed unfair when there were signs saying only 45min reservation allowed but no staff were enforcing. Few ants in room one evening but this was sorted immediately. Would be useful to offer a vanity kit in room. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to more Iberostar holidays in future.

When you first arrive you are greeted by an impressive lobby, wonderful service and a glass of Cava. What more could you ask for. The rooms are well appointed. We had an adjoining room which was perfect for our teen daughter we were with. We had a view of the mountains and ocean from our balcony. They have a number of different pools so no need to fight for a sun chair and they had plenty of umbrellas in case you want a little shade. Breakfast was incredible with every type of food you could think of. The hotel is close to many fabulous restaurants. We will return for sure.

The staff are all amazing and truly made our holiday. From the moment we arrived to the attention to detail with us and our children throughout our whole stay. We only left the hotel for a meal on the first evening as the selection and quality at the hotel was perfect. There was a great selection of events for both us and the kids. The kids camp was also great and the kids loved the staff. We have had a wonderful stay and would have no hesitations about returning again.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay. If you are into fitness, I would highly recommend checking out the fitness classes at the gym with Andrea. There is a good range of classes from boot camp, to LBT and fit core etc. It was a great way to start the day and Andrea was very knowledgeable. The best gym and classes I’ve experienced on all my holidays. We were lucky to have a white party on while we were there, it was such a fantastic night! We cannot wait to return!

Fantastic hotel,with fantastic staff. Always on hand, polite, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Special mention to Marcel at the pool bar and Inès in the lobby bar superb excellent service.( I will miss my vanilla iced lattes and Baileys coffee.😉) A great location, always room by the pool and great entertainment. Only one downside, no inflatables allowed in the pools. Miss being able to lie on a lilo and relax! bit I soon got over it the place is amazing!
