Probably one of my favourite hotels I have stayed in so far. The minute you walk through the doors you smile. It’s huge, it’s welcoming, it’s immaculate, it smells beautiful & the staff are very nice, nothing is ever too much to ask. Rooms are modern, very clean and very comfy! We stayed in the Dafni building which is the furthest away from reception but the closest to the main pools so that was a bonus for us! We stayed half board. Breakfast was lovely and lots to choose from. The pools are so warm it’s like walking into a bath they are clean and really well set out for all children of all ages. Staff walk round and occasionally give out free ice lollies. Just the right amount of entertainment round the pool … not too loud and not annoying like some hotels. Kids club is incredible! The separate pool area for this is well thought out & staff are brilliant with children. A few minutes walk to local beach. A few minutes walk to local supermarket, bars and restaurants etc. Entertainment at night is pretty good. I cannot fault this place at all! I would love to return.

We stayed in a duplex apartment as a group of three friends, and it was absolutely spotless. The hotel itself was beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. The breakfast selection was extensive and of excellent quality. The pool area was immaculate, with very comfortable, thick sunbeds that made relaxing a pleasure. A special mention goes to waitress Miriaw and bartender Yonisber, who did a fantastic job keeping us refreshed and hydrated throughout our stay. We haven't even left yet, and we're already planning to book again for next year!

The hospitality here is exceptional. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Anna from Guest Relations, whose attentiveness and care made our stay truly unforgettable. The hotel features both a heated pool and an ocean water pool. Finding a spot/sunbed is never an issue. Having its own parking lot is a huge advantage, and the location is very central. The only downside is that it doesn’t have a direct private beach on the ocean; you have to go to the nearby public beaches yourself. Both the food and breakfast were successful and delicious.

We love this hotel; it's our second visit and will almost certainly visit again. We simply cannot fault it. The team here have thought of everything needed to make one's holiday both pleasure and memorable. Alejandro M at the Zeus pool bar is a perfect example of the excellent staff that are here to look after you. He's great; always on hand with a cooling drink and a ready and welcoming smile. Search him out if you’re lucky enough to come.

Right ive stayed here a week and based on the absolute brilliant reviews I chose this hotel. So this is my honest opinion when I compare my personal experience with other hotels against this one. 1. Rooms are standard and slightly on small side however the bed was very comfortable and one of the best ive experienced. However there are stains on the base of the bed so they need cleaning. 2. The corridors need a refurbished, carpets are old and stained and mirrors look very tired. 3. Food in the main buffet restaurant is of good quality and service is decent and very hit and miss. Some are really good and some of them just dont want to be there. Cesar is a major exception ive never seen a waiter work so hard and provide an excellent service at the same time, if he was my employee I would promote him, what a great guy! 4. Entertainment is average at best. 5. The food at pool bar isnt great at all only half decent choice was the hot dog. The service at the pool bar was exceptional both Marium and Abdul are very quick and pleasant. 6. I would recommend splitting the portifino restaurant in half as its always empty and Introduce a patisserie/cafe. 7. Swimming pools are great and nice and warm. 8. Location where the hotel is itself is awesome, everything on your door step from restaurants, bars and designer shops. Also the views are spectacular. 9. Reception service was very weak they could do more for you as they keep saying no to your requests and then eventually without a smile sort the issue out. Not all the staff but a few were miserable. Would I come back? Its a maybe but theres soo many other establishments around there that I would have to try them first.
