The entertainment was the highlight of the resort! Fresh, Finez and Skinny kept us entertained from competing with us in volleyball to the events that they hosted. Never a dull moment when they were around. The rest of the staff was also very amazing and personal. Especially the bartenders.
Be aware that there is no food available at certain times, so don't expect to wake up at 3 AM and think you are going to eat. The property could certainly be updated, but overall a great time!
The Teacher
This was a staff trip and I expected it to be more high end as described by the person in charge however, it was quite normal. I did not find anything unique about the property or the entertainment. The rooms should be updated with more sleek designs along with the buffet area. Please add more games to the game's room as well and a mini golf course would be great for guests. On the other hand, the Micheal Jackson show was the saving grace. It was superbly done. I must give a thumbs up for the hotel's venture to have a sustainable green-freindly hotel. The food too was not bad, it was standard hotel food with mostly hits than misses. I hope that this hotel will continue to improve.

I stay at the hotel for five nights. The customer service is horrible. I initially had my reservations for two and three days before my trip. I try to change it to one. I spoke to someone at the front desk about it when I checked in there was nothing resolved. They ignore me and pretty much gotten the air in my room did not work properly. I had to change my first room that they gave me was horrible. The only thing good about this resort is some of the staffs that were great. They also said that the Customer service is horrible. Also, they tried to help me as best as they could but there’s nothing they could. Do you guys need to work on the Customer service and the work front desk and guest relations they don’t do their job. There was no compensation. There was no refund. There was nothing. I could not wait to leave this hotel because I got so uncomfortable.

The entertainment was absolutely amazing! The crew at the pool had everyone involved in the fun one of the best entertainment I’ve had at a resort! Sparkles, cookies and Kay Kay were the best! Shout out to them for the best time!

Stayed at the Iberstar Rose Hall during our week long family reunion trip. It was great!
Rooms were spacious, comfortable, and we had an ocean side suite, so the views were incredible.
Entertainment was top tier. The hotel had a piano bar, where they had the most beautiful piano singer I’ve ever seen. It was mesmerizing, major highlight of the trip. There was also a violinist, who was phenomenal. The hotel also had some great shows that just lightened the mood. It was lovely!
Staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. I really loved the trip.
Location was great, the beach was beautiful, clean, and clear. Close to Falmouth, so it was nice going on a little adventure out in the community as well!
Would stay again 100%!
