Needs some updating and decor but overall a very pleasurable experience.
Rooms after talking to other guests need new mattresses. All very firm and feel cheap. While the rooms were clean, they did not have a relaxing feel. The lobby is big and beautiful but could use some decor. The beach was small but nice. I have been to Jamaica 3 times. This place was our least favorite, and I feel other resorts have more value.
Overall, it's very beautiful. Just wanted to give top of mind insight.

Overall the resort is nice.
Was greeted with 6 pour ups because it was 6 of us at check in…
the front desk clerk was very nice and gave lots of details about the resort.
The resort is really nice, everyone was friendly.
the food was GREAT…
the beach was nice but the pool side and swim up bar was AMAZING…
the night entertainment at the pool was always a vibe the entire time we stayed.
I would definitely stay here again but I just wish the furniture in the room was updated…very very old fashioned and outdated.
Our room was cleaned everyday which was a plus !
If I had to choose again I would, just need to work on that furniture because everything else was GOOD !

Entertainment team was the bomb....shout out to cookie from star friends she had the guest truly entertained from bowling to mini golf on the pool deck. Both senior parents took the game and won bottles of rum. Definitely a must be a part of♥️♥️♥️♥️

This was our first time in Jamaica and overall it was an awesome experience. The staff were the friendliest and most welcoming of any of our Caribbean trips. The staff genuinely appear to enjoy showing guests the hospitality that is the Jamaican way. The restaurants were pretty good and as far as the buffet goes it was better than most. The offerings changed a little day to day but on the theme days the theme foods(Mexican, Jamaican, Sunday roast day, Asian day, Italian day, bbq day) only added a small amount of new offerings with a mix of the regular dishes. The food quality was very good and would be appreciated by most guests. The rooms were very nice but as with most resorts there was some wear and tear mind you it wasn't something that would distract you from your vacation it's just time and use taking its toll. The resort is renovating some rooms and I would suspect that in time everything will be fresh like new.
The pools aren't massive but the are adequate provide plenty of space to enjoy a dip or games put on by the resort. The beach is very nice and much like most resorts you will find in Jamaica there are floating gift shops that are throughout your swim area. They will speak to you but are not overly a bother.
The bars throughout the resort have great service although at times can be busy. Watch out when ordering a drink as each bar seems to use different alcohol when making drinks of the same name so if you can't drink a specific alcohol make sure you check before you drink it.
While here we spoke to guests who have been to this resort multiple times and keep returning so that has to say something about this resort and the staff.

The Iberostar Rose Hall Beach was Spectacular for our vacation! Wonderful Staff, Service, Property, Activities and Food! Our Butlers Jaime, Valentine and Christopher made our stay so special as they were very attentive and kind. Bubbles is Amazing! Make sure to seek her out for activities and Marvalyn was an amazing Concierge. The breakfast buffet staff was spectacular especially the wonderful lady who makes the fresh smoothies and the young hostess! The food was amazing and endless! We can't forget the pool and beach staff, Treyoleon who was amazing as well as all of the attentive servers - I wish I could recall your names but you ladies were terrific!! Thank you to Karl who greeted us regularly with a terrific smile - Overall it was a great stay with everything you need on site and we really did not need to go beyond the property to have fun and relax!
