I don’t know where to begin. We went with 4 other families and had 10 kids between us all. An utter disappointment is an understatement. Staff was extremely rude as if we were bothering them being there. The beach was littered with trash. There are vendors in canoes blocking access to the ocean selling items and cat calling to get people over to them to buy stuff not to mention asking beach goers to get them food. The lady at the burger shack was extremely rude, always with a scowl on her face. We were ignored a few times trying to order food for the kids. The jerk chicken shack was delicious and the staff there were great. The buffet hall reeked of fish past its expiration date and fried oil. It was disgusting and very unappetizing. The food overall was mediocre at best. The pool area was super loud. Constant music or someone speaking into a microphone blaring through one speaker. I enjoy music by the pool, but the volume of it was unbearable. There were also no smoking signs everywhere at the pool area, but not enforced. A group of guys in their 20s were smoking joint after joint and there was no enforcement for them to stop. Not family friendly at all. The entertainment at night was in the open courtyard area and was so loud it seemed like they were right in our room. It was hard to fall asleep at night with all the noise. Not to mention the kids were up all night because of the noise. The rooms are in major need of an update. They are basically falling apart and held together by a bandaide of very noticeable caulk and plaster. Lipstick on a pig. I would not recommend this resort to anyone looking for a family friendly or relaxing vacation. There was no fitness center or spa on the property. I will say the grounds are kept very well and I appreciate seeing them mop down the pool area every morning, as well as never running out of towels at the pool area. Other than that it was not an enjoyable stay.

Concrete and V6 did a great job at entertaining my family and I while we were here. Im laughing at v6 antics while im writing this. Great time, great food, staff exceptional. The only resort we have ever considered spending our money on again on a future date. LOVE THE CAT SANCTUARY 🐈.

Rooms where dated, but overall location is good. Food is average but staff were amazing. Pool and Beach were also good, however finding chairs is a real challenge. You need to up at 6 to have a shot. Overall if you are looking for a smaller resort and location, pool and beach is your priority it's a nice place to go

Too Short made our whole trip fun and memorable. She was positive and full of energy which helped everyone come together. She always found a way to make the moment better. Because of her, the vacation felt for exciting and special, and it became an experience that we will remember for a long time.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 5 days. It was a small resort There were quite a few negatives. We were pretty disappointed with the vegetarian options at the buffet and food overall. They had events on the schedule, like morning yoga, which we got up at 6am for and confirmed with reception that it was on the beach. But there was no yoga going on anywhere that we saw. At night, events in the middle of the hotel would start around 9:30pm and were extremely loud, our room was furthest away and it sounded like they were right outside. A lot of the schedule wasn’t updated on the app and the staff didn’t seem to communicate with one another well. They were not very friendly overall. The concierges tried to scam us and harassed us almost daily to try to get us to go to a brunch and become a member of iberostar, literally yelling at us and waving us down every time we walked by, which was honestly the worst part of the trip and nothing I’ve ever experienced on a vacation before. For the positives, we liked the drinks especially the mai tais and daiquiris. The breakfast buffet was definitely our favorite meal. The smokehouse and the Japanese restaurant were very accommodating with providing vegan and vegetarian options. Our original room that we got had broken light switches and a clogged drain and they upgraded our room for free after we asked them a few different times to fix it, which we appreciated. We enjoyed the beach and the pool and pool bar. The game rooms were also a fun time. The events at the pool were cute and we got very lucky with the weather. Overall, we wouldn’t go back, but was nice for a shorter trip.
