When we arrived around 4 PM, there was no chance to get any food, as neither room service nor pool service was available. It was very disappointing. The air conditioning throughout the hotel, except for the reception area, was not working, making it difficult to eat due to the humidity. The rooms were old and not very clean, with issues such as finding hair in the bed. The food variety was acceptable, and free water was provided. However, the pool was extremely crowded, and there were long lines everywhere within the hotel. Basic amenities like a kettle, robe, or iron were not available in the rooms, and any requests required a deposit. Overall, the hotel was very inconvenient, and I would not recommend it. Definitely not a 4-star hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, and its location is perfect, offering great access to both the beach and the promenade. There are many nice restaurants within walking distance, adding to the convenience. The pool was great, and the kids loved the water park, which was a highlight of our stay. While I would have given a 5-star rating, a few aspects fell short. Some activities are only for adults, which excludes children, making it less family-friendly. Additionally, the beer and soft drinks are very expensive, costing twice as much as they do just 50 yards down the promenade. Overall, we love the area and might return to the hotel in the future.

What an amazing experience! Magnificently beautiful and tranquil setting- perfect for families and couples alike. The food is spectacular, the drinks are all branded, the staff are just fantastic and they cannot do enough for you. Although we don’t have children, the kids club and entertainment staff are great and have boundless energy. We will definitely be returning next year and cannot recommend the iberostar highly enough

A really great hotel, especially for families. The building alone stands out, as it is not an ordinary cube, but a colorful, intricate house with small roofs and balconies/terraces. The food is very varied and very tasty. There is always something for children too and there are many typical Spanish dishes.

A highlight of our family trip. With two under 4, it's hard to find the right balance of amenities for adults and kids, but this place hits a home run! There's a fun baby pool and playground for the youngest and an awesome water playground with three water slides for the older kids 3 and up. The pool is gigantic and there's even an indoor pool. Unfortunately the smaller indoor pool isn't heated and in April, all the water was frigid cold so no one lasted long in the water. But with a purchase of the all-inclusive package, we had plenty of fun poolside and attending the nightly entertainment. Kids were allowed to watch the musicians, magicians, comedians, and even the casino nights. We had a wonderful time and will be returning during future visits to the area.
