Fantastic family holiday couldn't recommend any higher. Rooms, staff and food were amazing. Stayed in 2 apartments in may 2024 for 1 week and was probably the best family holiday we have had. Kids clubs and pool staff went above and beyond around the pool they engaged and had fun with everyone with games and other activities. Hotel was secure and had plenty of staff on hand, it looked the part and stood out from the ones around and every day seen other holiday makers looking in wanting to see more but access was only by key card. Would go back any time and maybe again before the summer is over.

I’ve been here two years in a row with my family, including our 4 year old. I’ve never returned to the same hotel so I hope that tell you how good this place is. The location is great, with a nice beach just behind the hotel, the staff are so nice, the food is excellent, and there’s loads of stuff for kids to do.
My only slight complaint would be that the veggie options aren’t great. But it’s a small quibble. If you’re thinking about going here — do it!

When you have higher expectations for a relaxing holiday, stay away: Resort is dated (built 2003 with very "soft" renovation) and there is a mouldy smell everywhere, it is super crowded and they squeeze in as many guests as possible which leads to queues before food hall, overcrowded pool area and dirt (also because they have additional sunbeds in the lawn and guests coming from the beach). Staff is trying their best and many package tourists seem happy with what they get. A highlight is the quality of food for dinner and the seated terrace (most guests prefer to eat in the hall though where you cannot understand a word and face the annoying habits of kids watching movies while eating). And don't trust any of the hotel's feedback to reviews: the nuisance of reserved sunbeds continues and there is no efforts at all to educate guests. Also, guest relations is ignoring everyone who is not Spanish local and AI guest. There is little hope of improvement and we will not come back

We stayed 3 days all inclusive and generally liked the hotel. The food and variety was good. Room always kept clean.
However there was no enough sunbeds for all guest.
The pool and sunbeds are always full and you need to get up very early to reserve a place which I found very disturbing. I really do not get the people leaving towels at 7 am in the morning and show up 10 hours later ?

We stayed at this hotel with my family and it was an amazing experience.
I would like to highlight the work of all the staff, from the cleaning team to the management.
We had small inconveniences which were solved immediately and always with the best attention from the staff.
the food is highly recommended, a 9! And the rooms were always very very clean
I would like to highlight Cristina Planchadell who helped us to enjoy our stay.
