Very enjoyable stay, would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Tenerife. The facilities were fantastic no complaints. The pool was the highlight of the hotel along with the staff as they couldn’t be any more helpful in particular Carlos from Cuba who served us pool side everyday of are 10 day stay he was very friendly and helpful the free drinks every few hours were a nice touch too. Would definitely come back again.

I visited last year for my honeymoon and I loved the place! We had a beautiful and romantic room overlooking the canary patio and the service was wonderful! The pool has food service and an amazing view of the mountains, it truly felt like paradise. Breakfast is highly recommended, great value and nice restaurant area!

We stayed in the hotel for 10 days including breakfast. We had a really pretty room with garden view. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and really tidy. We loved the huge variety of the breakfast buffet with lots of delicious things including typical canarian food. The pool is super tidy and nice. The gym has plenty of good, new and neat equipment. The staff is well trained, very friendly and always on the spot but never pushy. We did not use the spa or the dinner restaurants.

We are here on a weekend break and have spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool. This was much needed and during this time we have been served by Carlos who not only took the time to speak to us and recommend drinks but was both polite and friendly. He catered to our personal needs and made us feel welcome. The hotel is in a prime location, walking distance to all the main areas with the main aspect of the hotel was the nature in which we were approached and cared for by all staff. It is a family friendly hotel but quiet and calm. We will be coming back.

Our first city break away from the hustle and bustle of the beach resorts and we have not been disappointed. Perfectly situated close to a lovely park and within easy walking distance of town centre. A totally relaxing atmosphere with friendly and attentive staff. All areas are accessible and dietary requirements catered for. Breakfast buffet is extensive, dinner is a la carte with chef specials to choose from, all well prepared, presented and delicious. Nothing is too much bother for the staff who, when they can, will share a wee chat with you. Lunch is an option in the restaurant near the pool and dining here is just as impressive. Already considering a return visit.
