This is a wonderful hotel with fabulous staff. The attention to detail is excellent. We felt relaxed and pampered. The rooms are huge and comfortable. The pool is warm. The umbrellas light enough to be moved around. The food is also excellent. The delightful breakfast restaurant for the Salome overlooks the sea. The buffet had a huge array of delicious food and several of the dishes are cooked in front of you- ensuring that they are fresh and hot. Its location is also excellent - there are a few steps leading to a promenade full of restaurants and shops. And from the front of the hotel, it is only a few hundred yards to a shopping mall with a large array of different shops.

We stayed for a birthday treat and what a treat. Thanks to Kim, Francisco and Jocelin for arranging and enhancing our stay. Wonderful hotel with amazingly comfortable rooms and a perfect sea view. But what makes it is the staff; we have been spoiled rotten and it's an absolute pleasure to meet people in hospitality who so very enjoy hospitality. Special thanks to Aramburu who went out of her way to look after us, and the whole team both at breakfast and during the day at the pool who are always friendly, always happy, always wonderful. We can't wait to return.

Our first visit and definitely not our last! We were expecting a luxury holiday and Grand Salomé exceeded those expectations! Such a restful location, amazing service everywhere in the hotel and brilliant food/drink options- especially as my partner is coeliac!

This was the first time I stayed at this hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel as it is simply perfect. Some of the best things are as follows:- 1. The views of the sea are beautiful and it is very relaxing 2. The staff members and butlers are so kind and professional. They go above and beyond for you and do it with a smile 3. The pool area is lovely, clean and with certain packages drinks are all inclusive 4. The breakfast is wonderful and can be eaten on terrace with a view of the sea. I have a gluten allergy and they accomodated so well. 5. The food in general is lovely! 6.The room is fully stocked everyday with alcohol and snacks (depending on what package you get) 7. The butler service is very good and they respond quickly at any time, butler service is 24/7 8.adults only making it even more relaxed 9. You can access ibero anthelia at any time , for the activities and gym etc but tbh it is so lovely in the salome area you won't want to. 10. The restaurants are lovely too, staff are attentive and kind 11. It is great for a solo traveller as the hotel accomodates well. I felt safe as a female travelling alone. 12. Its a short walk away from del duque beach, 10 min taxi drive away from Siam mall (a big outdoor shopping centre) short walk away from designer shops also. If you are looking for a peaceful relaxed holiday with a wonderful view, this is your place. I am definitely going again. It is pricey granted but it is worth it :) Hope you book this hotel as it is worth it :) Thank you for a beautiful trip. I will be returning❤️
