A Truly Fantastic Stay! From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded all expectations. The service was truly exceptional, every member of staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and cared for throughout our stay. The food and drinks were absolutely top-notch. Every meal was an absolute delight, and we especially appreciated Vickie’s thoughtful recommendations at lunch—each dish she suggested was spot-on and incredibly delicious. Now, a very special shout-out to Jessica, the very best cocktail maker I’ve ever encountered! I’ve had my fair share of cocktails over the years, but hers were in a league of their own, beautifully crafted, balanced and every single one absolutely delicious. She is a true artist behind the bar! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable and high-quality experience.

This is a wonderful hotel with good facilities and excellent staff. See below for greater detail. An excellent selling point is the adults only. The kids are restricted to the main hotel, so no inflatables clagging up the pool. Hooray! The pool area is pleasant with more than enough sunbeds for every one. A superbly clean area. One of the days there were guys in wet suits cleaning out the whirlpool pool. Highly recommended.

Currently staying for a short break at the JOIA Salome. Wow! The trip is nothing short of amazing. The facilities are all gorgeous and the staff could not have done more. Jessica in particular has been outstanding. Her cocktails are just incredible, honestly the best I have even had. Such a hard worker, she never stops and yet still takes the time to meet your unique requests. She goes above and beyond to make your day with expert execution and flair, all done with a huge amount of warmth, kindness and humour. The food has been equally amazing with a huge Thankyou to Vicky for making personalised suggestions and amendments the made our stay even better. After spending 5 days being treated like royalty, We would love to return as soon as we can!

Beautiful place, well maintained, a minute's walk from the beach. If you're going without kids, fully recommend this quiet, relaxing experience. Staff were always prompt, attentive and friendly. The food was delicious - muy rica! We went for our babymoon and had a truly special time. Thank you to everyone at JOIA Salomé for their hospitality 🫶

An excellent hotel. The room was comfortable, clean and tidied every day by pleasant and helpful staff. The sea view balcony in particular was a pleasure. Enough surrounding banana trees to offer privacy without totally blocking a view of the pool and sea. The meals were all good. Breakfast was in a room separate to the main breakfast area. Cooked breakfast was to order but you were free to pick up anything from the buffet next door if you preferred. Service and choice were first class. Dinner in all the restaurants (including the buffet) was of a high standard. All the staff (except one) were very helpful and efficient. The exception was a waiter in the Sea Soul restaurant who specialised in finding a reason why you couldn't do something. A good example was my wife asking for a boule of ice cream instead of the desserts offered. He just said no. He was programmed to do so in sharp contrast to all the others we met. The head waiter observed this and stepped in to organise it without demur. The waiter concerned also wanted to make it difficult to get a table even though there was no shortage. May be he was having a bad week. Incidentally the hotel app ought to include booking for this restaurant. It does for the others except the buffet where no booking is required. Anything we wanted/needed could be organised. Our "butler" for the time there was Francisco and hats off to him. It would be hard to see how he could have done more and more quickly. He made a good experience very good.
