Worth the money. The beach is a 4 minute walk from the pool! The waves were a blast. The buffet, room service, staff, everything was amazing. They make you feel so welcome, everyone is so attentive. You will have the best time here.
Loubma was amazing.

We went all inclusive and that is something I don't do very often as it's normally a bit of a let down. This wasn't.
The food was so good and plenty to choose from. 4 meal times so the food was in abundance too.
Drinks were good and the bar staff were a good laugh. They weren't stingy with measurements or orders.
Although we didn't get involved too much, the animation team were fantastic and very enthusiastic. Well done to them!
The only let down was the air conditioning in the rooms. It wasn't worth turning on so we just opened the balcony doors at night but that could be a bit noisy.
All in all a fantastic hotel with fantastic staff and great value for money.

TOWEL SCAM.
We had a good enough time but ended sour. Beware the towel scam. Here’s how they get you. We asked for 4 towels. They put us down for 5. Without telling us. No big deal right? Wrong, on checkout they demanded we proved we returned 5 towels. The first guy we spoke to was rude and a jobsworth . We were told to pay £10 per towel. I ended up paying £30 to cover the two I misplaced (probably ended up back where they belonged anyway) and one they made up. We were in a rush to catch our flight so I swallowed this con.
My brother didn’t even get any towels and he was asked to pay for two.
I think the guys who give the towels out use this to make fast money, because, apparently they are separate to the hotel and charge the hotel for lost towels. No one tells you when you get the towels. So make sure you get the right amount, confirm with them and keep them safe.
Seems stupid to be talking about towels but ending like this completely ruined our stay.
Between us, we paid for 4 rooms, 8 spa treatments plus a load of tips for the waiters. You’d think they’d be a bit more flexible. Maybe not charge us for the one towel that was made up?! Maybe even act a bit more polite, they were treating us like some towel thieves. It was all ridiculous. No appreciation for us. Will not be returning.

On 7 day golfing trip. Played first day. Most got early check in after lunch. Food is excellent and drinks are of a good standard. There is a meeting room to watch the football match playing that day.Swimming pool is large and there are plentiful sunbeds. Easy access to the beach and promenade. The best thing about the hotel are the staff. Very welcoming, cheerful and accommodating.

An adequate 7 day all inclusive!
It seems a lot of these 5 star reviews are from the staff sitting down with guests having a few minutes of small talk and then asking for a 5 star review. This comes over as very unauthentic.
✅ Food is great can’t complain
✅ Entertainment team are good
✅ Grounds of hotel are great
✅ Big rooms and a comfortable bed
Some drawbacks….
1) The cleanliness of the hotel isn’t up the standard I’d expect. Food and plates are left all over the place. Seems to be a lot of waiters and management telling them what to do but they aren’t efficient cleaning up tables. You find yourself trying to find a clean table during breakfast, lunch and dinner.
2) I found 70% of the staff to be quite unhelpful and unwelcoming, especially the reception staff.
3) The rooms whilst big are worn out, the bathrooms need a tidy up.
4) Cleaner left my door ajar after they had cleaned! They did not close my door where I had all my belongings
