A really lovely family hotel. Very busy by pool area and restaurant but managed well. We travelled as a couple and enjoyed the entertainment and pool area. My partner used the gym - which was basic and had seen better days tbh. The hotel is beside a walkway which leads to the beach and the path is the back of lots of other hotels but a nice walk. We got a taxi once and walked to the market - both easy enough. If you want to shop - haggle on the price of everything! There are bargains to be had.

We had a great week in October half term. All the staff were fantastic and the wine and drink options and outside bar area were the best we've had in Morocco and Tunisia. Yassine and Jet2 were fantastic at tracking down a rucksack my daughter left on the coach, thank you Mohammed for finding it and dropping it off. We loved the beach and indoor and outdoor pools. The Aircon is turned off in October and could have done with it at times but didn't cause a big issue. Also the kids club and mini disco in the kids area is definitely aimed at the very small so there wasn't heaps for my 8 and 11 year old but they enjoyed the play area and it felt safe to leave them as the back exit was manned to ensure children didn't go to the beach on their own. Would definitely recommend

We absolutely loved staying here! The hotel itself was stunning, the room was spacious & the balcony was lovely and big! I can’t put into words how lovely and kind the staff were, they made us feel so welcome. The food was delicious & the drinks were great! The pools and everything else were just amazing. The area is lovely with so much to do & the locals are very friendly. Entertainment was very good too and there’s a kids club that my son really enjoyed, a big thank you to Samia who was so incredibly lovely and so good with my little boy! We landed early hours this morning and we are already missing this place so much! We will definitely love to come back!

Had a great stay in this hotel. Rooms spacious enough. Nicely cleaned on evryday basis. Music and dancing finish after 11pm which was absolutely brilliant for us. Bars opened till midnight. Only one night been quiet noisy as one company celebrated birthday. But it was ok. Staff working really nice in all departments. They make you feel very welcomed and as part of the family really. We liked swimming pools arrangement with grassed palms islands. Grass, trees and flowers maintenence is top 👌. Beach part maintened by hotel fine. But public sand would have to be sifted.

Lovely hotel, right by the beach. Bedrooms very spacious. Housekeeping came every day with clean towels and bedding , even putting some lovely towel art on the bed. Safe you have to pay for of you want to use. The only thing I missed was having a kettle in the room as I do like a cup of tea as soon as I wake up in the morning 🤣🤣🤣 Restaurants . Buffet was really nice plenty to choose from We didn't go to the morrocan as we couldn't get a space so I recommend booking as soon as possible, there is also a fish Restaurant but we didn't go. The snack bar is open from 10-11 for a late breakfast. 12-3 for lunch with pizzas, pastas, salads, fresh grilled fish etc so something for everyone. Snacks 4-5 . Pools. You have to get your towel cards from reception if you'd like pool towels.Lot's of sun lounges, we didn't have a problem at all getting one. The pools are cold but really refreshing. We went to the beach and had a paddle in the sea which was really warm, the sunbeds could do with being refreshed here as they're looking a little tired, but that is all. Entertainment. There was a show on every night at the cassiopee show bar and round the pool during the day (darts, aqua gym, dance lessons,etc) if you want to join in. Unfortunately we couldn't have our room for late checkout, but there are showers and changing rooms on the bottom floor, which are spotless. The staff work very very hard , cleaning, the gardeners, writers, bar staff. everyone and they are all so very nice. Would we go again? Yes definitely, lovely hotel, lovely staff,
