My wife and I stayed with our four year old child for ten days and had a wonderful holiday. Nothing was too much for the staff to accommodate and the cleanliness was five star. The variety and standard of food was on a level you would expect from a five star. Our four year old was constantly entertained by the variety and activities provided by the whole star camp team. Also the level of kids entertainment surpassed our expectation. A big shout out to the whole team and especially Victor who Theo took a shine too. 5 star holiday. Would definitely go back again. Until next year!!

An amazing trip. Hotel was very clean, large pool with daily activities for all ages. All staff were efficient and could not be more helpful. Kids enjoyed Star camp and a special mention to Alex who always made the kids feel special. I was impressed by all management who very visible and readily checking if there was more that could improve our experience. Would definitely return.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. For me it is important to feel good in a location: 1. The bed I sleep in should have a mattress that is not firm because I have back pain after. I slept very well here. Plus the perfect pillows and quality linen on the bed added to my comfort. 2. The food: it was more than excellent. Diversified and tasty for both breakfast and dinner. My daughter, who is not quite a picky surprised me with how much she ate. In the morning in general she didn't even touch the food. This hotel had the best food compared to other locations where I have been. The juices were just as good, there was also soda and natural juices, fresh ones. 3. Coffee: it is known that in general the coffee at breakfast is not of good quality. Here I had a very good organic coffee. Thank you for this . I couldn't wait to wake up and drink my coffee 😊 4. The people: everywhere at this hotel I met smiling employees, warm people. If that was the case, they helped me with anything I needed. 5. Cleanliness: everywhere was clean, the room was cleaned daily, I received small attentions in the room: candies, a flower, some toys, bottles of natural juice. I didn't spend much time at the pool, so I can't comment on this side or the spa side. It's just that I saw all kinds of activities for children. The beach is very close to the hotel, the beach with fine sand and smooth entry into the water. The sunbeds are 6 euros each and if you want the umbrella, it's 9 euros. That seemed a little strange to me, the first time that money is asked separately for the umbrella. The rooms are ok soundproofed, we had families with small children next to us and we only heard them when they went out on the balcony. They used to wake us up at 6 in the morning because they left them on the balcony and there were screaming children there on the balcony 😊 Luckily they didn't keep them on the balcony for long and we managed to fall asleep again. In the hotel lobby on all floors there are machines with filters where you can get cold water. I have nothing to complain about this hotel, I don't know why it is not classified as 5 stars, what conditions it does not meet, but it is definitely a hotel that deserves these stars. I really recommend this hotel.

Before responding with the usual empty promises about taking feedback seriously, it's crucial to know that the hotel manager outright rejected our feedback multiple times. There was no kettle in our room, and despite several requests, they failed to provide one. As a caffeine addict, I had to constantly pay for small cups of tea. The shower sill was broken, causing the bathroom to flood every time we showered. My children slipped multiple times on the wet floor, injuring their head. Despite numerous phone calls and emails, the hotel staff ignored us, and the manager at the reception greeted us with a fake smile but no real help. We had paid for half board and wanted to upgrade to all-inclusive for the convenience with two kids. The app listed the upgrade price as €15, but the hotel demanded €45 per person. Despite having already paid for dinner, which is the main meal, they refused to offer a reasonable upgrade, even though all we wanted were a few soft drinks throughout the day. Their rude and unhelpful attitude meant we ended up spending around €20 a day on snacks and drinks, a cost we would have happily doubled for all-inclusive. Instead, the hotel lost our business due to their inflexible and unprofessional approach. On our first night, we missed dinner because of a late check-in. The hotel offered nothing but fake smiles and lies again, leaving us hungry. It's appalling for a supposed 4-star hotel, where we paid €4,000 for a week, to treat guests so poorly. Before replying to this review with more lies, consider the staggering arrogance and lack of intelligence displayed by your staff, particularly the lady manager we spoke to. The management needs a complete overhaul. You need competent, customer-focused people instead of the rude and unhelpful individuals currently employed. Given the current disdain for British tourists, which is another issue entirely, it's clear you don't care about providing quality service. Rest assured, you'll never see our money again.

At arrival past midnight, there were no lights left on outside the hotel and it looked closed and weird, there were 4 people checking in before us and we waited a good 20 min! I found the check in process a bit slower that other hotels where I stayed but in any case after that it was nice to find out that they left a cold dinner for us with drinks included! The first night we did not sleep that well as of the excitement but also because of the noises, room doors are not well insulated and you hear door slamming and people walking and talking at night! Some earplugs saved us the other nights, so bring those with you! The rest was fantastic, we loved the staff, the food and the evening entertainment!
