Our stay surpassed our expectations. The hotel managed to feel both luxurious (truly 4 star) and also family friendly. A well kept, light, airy hotel with lots of amenities, which we found easy to make use of (two pools, playgrounds, padel, tennis and football courts). Close to the beach. Brilliant activities programme for young children. A live show every night, which was really enjoyable for the whole family. The gym is not huge but is well equipped, clean and rarely too occupied to be comfortable. We were especially pleasantly surprised by the variety, freshness and quality of the food in the restaurant (we took half board). The green/sustainability committment is strong and visible throughout the hotel and its offerings (e.g. no plastic bottles). The staff were energetic, friendly and seemed to really care. They paid great attention to the kids. There were little extra touches, like spooky treats on Halloween. The spa is a lovely, quiet space for adults with lots of different treatment options. Carina is a very talented and intuitive massage therapist, so much so that I went back for a second massage before the week was over. We have already agreed that we will be back!

Can’t recommend this hotel enough. Staff are friendly and efficient. Hotel is very clean throughout with different chill out zones with a boho feel. Entertainment team are great. Lots of activities everyday which are non intrusive and can join at your own leisure. Variety of food changes everyday and is tasty and fresh. Free giveaways such as ice cream in the afternoon, face painting every night, paint a T-shirt/Spanish fans, which is a nice touch. Nothing is too much trouble. Filtered water stations on every floor with cold and boiling water. Spa was lovely. Anti stress treatment and facial provided by Carina was perfect! Slight cons: No bath for our 5 month old but we managed with the sink. Shower goes from a nice temperature to very hot. Outdoor pool isn’t heated.

Had a great experience, entertainment was 10/10. Staff are attentive. In particular, Lukas took extra steps to help us enjoy our trip and keep us entertained, it was unforgettable. His escape room was amazing. Food is very good (and varied), as is the transport. Bus stop going right to the airport is a few steps from the hotel, and the bus also takes you into the centre of Palma for €2 (stops at the Catedral).

Outstanding, a memorable stay! Excellent experience. Words can’t do justice to how amazing the food is. Such a huge variety, always fresh, thematic dinners, and so many things to choose from. It’s impossible to be disappointed, and everything is so tasty and cooked to perfection. I can’t stress enough how happy and impressed I was with the food at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I honestly was looking forward to the next mealtime to enjoy another delicious dish. We had Spanish tapas, seafood, Italian, Asian… I probably ate more than I should have, but I just couldn’t stop eating because I wanted to try everything. This is not your usual buffet food — I was positively surprised and amazed at how well meals and food in general are managed. Now, staff and entertainment: the staff is super well-trained, friendly, and go above and beyond. Everyone speaks multiple languages, and they are warm and make you feel welcome. There’s entertainment the whole day, and the evening shows are just great for both kids and adults. We found the all-inclusive to be a fantastic deal, and we feel it was worth it. There’s face painting every day, treats by the pool, and also during the shows. It was my first time in an all-inclusive resort, and this stay exceeded all of my expectations. It was a memorable stay, and there’s not a single negative aspect about it.

We stayed for a week to play padel on the courts at the front of the hotel with padel trips.com. Great location (one road back from the beach), good service (Omar and blanca very friendly and helpful) and fun family entertainment (killer queen band and 90s band). Carina the masseuse was thorough and very friendly, skilful techniques. Beds weren't amazing and bathroom didn't have a fan, but food was very good (lots of variety). Water very clear, and sunsets very pretty. Gym very good with lots of equipment. Morning yoga.
