Excellent hotel, very modern, very friendly staff, good selection of food. The only problem we had was to find sun bed near main pool. People seems to leave towels early in the morning to reserve beds and leave for good few hours. But other two pools are not as busy as main pool and have a nice relaxing atmosphere.

**Reception** The staff are kind and informative. **Parking & Security Guards** The parking area is too small, making it difficult to find a spot at times. The security guards at the gate are unhelpful and rude, offering no assistance and simply telling me to park my car to a small parking space where doesn’t have any space left. I eventually found an open space near the parking area myself. When I checked out, I wanted to drive to the hotel gate, but the guard refused to open the door. They insisted that my son and wife bring all the luggage outside. After arguing, they finally allowed me to drive in for a few minutes, even though I only needed a minute. **Pool** The pool staff are energetic and friendly, and the pool is well-maintained and clean. **Room** The room was clean, spacious, and newly remodeled. **Food** The food variety is quite good, and the staff are nice.

Overall the hotel is very nice. We have an all inclusive package. The food and drink is excellent. However, we were told upon arrival that we were ineligible to eat anywhere but the main buffet restaurant. This was because we were staying for less than seven nights. This was was not advertised. I actually can't find this stipulation anywhere on the jet2 website. For this reason I cannot recommend staying here. Stay somewhere that doesn't punish you for not wanting to spend a week here.

We stayed for 2 weeks in May. Gorgeous weather, loads of sun loungers available. 2 separate coves with sun loungers if you prefer to be by the sea rather than the pools. Beautiful gardens with even paths, and slopes everywhere for those with prams or wheelchairs. The Spa was amazing, although the treatments are limited to massages.

We stayed at Creta Marine Hotel for 10 nights just prior to the busy season really kicking off and we absolutely loved it. At first, we naively thought we would be staying in a standard hotel block like you find in all the tourist resorts but we ended up staying in a small building that had around 8 rooms total and it's own pool area - this was lush. The entire resort is filled with little private rooms everywhere and the bars/restaurants are in the central area by the main pool. You're simultaneously living a private villa holiday life while also enjoying the bustling resort. The room itself was spacious, bright, airy and well equipped with a safe, fridge, television and interactive lighting/air con controls. To top it off, we had a huge balcony space and a really comfy bed - is it bad that you look forward to going to bed on holiday? 👀 It was my partners 30th birthday during our stay here and I hadn't told the hotel as we don't tend to make a huge fuss but I'd slightly decorated our room for her with birthday banners and her cards. We left for the day to go out and have dinner etc and when we came back, room service had obviously been in and seen that it was her birthday and off their own back they had delivered a bottle of bubbly and a birthday cake. This was epic! Such a generous gift from the hotel staff and my partner was so appreciative! Like I say, I never told them it was her birthday and never arranged this - they did it out of their own kindness! Amazing. We opted for half board during our stay and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. There was a well varied selection at both breakfast and dinner but what stole the show for us was the desserts which were fresh and full of flavour. The only downside to the dinner service for me is that all drinks are chargeable at dinner, even water. During the breakfast there is complimentary tea, coffee, water and juice but nothing at dinner. A communal Water filter wouldn't go amiss. The pools and entertainment facilities were excellent, the staff did a great job of engaging with guests and running fun games and activities during the day and then also worked super hard to entertain guest both at our hotel and the adjacent hotel at the evening theater. These entertainment staff don't get enough praise for the hard work they put in every day. Finally, every staff member we encountered was super friendly and nothing was too much to ask. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would happily return. Last pointers - go enjoy the sunset, there's an incredible view at the west end of the resort and for the love of God, bring insect repellent. The mosquitoes are relentless in these parts!
