The staff throughout the hotel, from the reception, restaurant, to entertainment team are outstanding, incredibly hard working, friendly and amenable. Lobo in the lounge bar makes fantastic cocktails, and is a lovely man. The best show by far was Frozen, fantastic and funny! The pools were fantastic, my children absolutely loved the water slides. The food selection was great, and varied, my autistic daughter had lots of choice. The hotel is clean and well maintained. We didn’t care that the rooms were old fashioned, they were clean and comfortable. Thank you for an amazing family holiday, we will return!!

Lovely hotel & staff are so helpful. It is clean & has a beautiful marble effect with mirrors in reception. With pools surrounded by palm trees and gardens, it has lots to offer. A second time here and seems more busier this year being September. than last year when i went, but not overcrowded. Weather is hot this time of year, average 28- 29 degrees. Could recommend this hotel as its got lots to offer.

The hotel is very close to the beach. Overall it is clean inside and the service personnel is very friendly. Especially Manolo and Sadik were outstanding related to friendliness and professionalism. The offered food is very good and changes. The evening shows are good and varies. Disadvantage is the smell around the pool I. The evening. It partially smells like canalization. Overall it was good with some space for improvement.

Amazing hotel 😊 We just had the best family holiday in this super friendly hotel. It's situated near the beautiful beach. Plenty activities for the little ones,kids swimming pool with warm water was perfect for our son. Absolutely delicious food😋everyday freshly prepared , lots of varieties, different themes every night. Rooms clean Staff very friendly 😊😊😊 Highly recommended for families with kids !!

What a lovely hotel, every member of staff was amazing, friendly, helpful nothing too much trouble. We went all inclusive, 6 adults 2 infants, food was restaurant quality so much choice, meat, fish, salad, everything cooked perfect plenty of choice for the little ones. There was a chef every service cooking fresh omelettes for breakfast burgers for lunch meat/fish for dinner. The snack bar again great quality available most of the day The rooms, gardens, pool area were spotlessly clean with staff tending all the time. 3 pools, splash pool was great for little ones with slides etc, main pool was a walk in so not too deep which was great, the 3rd pool was away from main area so was great for a quiet swim/sunbathing, towel hire available changed every day. They also have a lost & found area for preloved pool/beach toys which is a great idea. There is a play area and a chill out soft cushion area. Our rooms were spacious and spotless, they have a policy that you choose how often the beds and towels are changed, the bathroom was well stocked with shower gel etc. air con worked well Entertainment staff worked hard to get people involved very friendly, shows really entertaining Poolside bar was open all day for drinks, lollies, ice cream coffee etc served with a smile The beach was literally 5 mins away again clean sunbeds 18 euros for 2 + parasol & safe
