The main advantage of this hotel, which outweighs all others, is the staff. From the reception desk to the friendliness of the bartender, cleaner, and waiter - everyone strives to make your stay comfortable. Yes, perhaps the rooms are not as fresh as some might like - nonetheless, they are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The cuisine was a bit more varied when we arrived compared to when we left, as the hotel reached full capacity quickly at the beginning of July. The beach access is magnificent. The pools and the entertainment by the animators are also great. We enjoyed our stay very much, and thank you for extending our room for a late check-out, no matter how difficult it was. P.S. The only thing we would like to suggest is the introduction of rules for tourists, particularly from Germany, who reserve all the sunbeds with their towels from the night before. These towels then "sunbathe" there all day, preventing others from using the sunbeds. This is very frustrating, but it's not the hotel's fault.

Outstanding experience from Carolina and her team 👏🏻 staff going extra mile, no requests here that can't be accommodated. It is quiet of a rare to see such a big effort in a 4 star hotel in Spain. Hotel is very tidy, food up to standards. Carefully selected Entertainment with friendly and professional people trying their best to keep everyone happy. 100% recommend.

In my opinion this is a quite good hotel but probably deserves more like 3 stars, focused on families and child-friendly (we visited with our daughter and most of the hotel guests also had children). Unfortunately, the rooms and decor are outdated and in high need of renovation. We had to change rooms due to an unpleasant smell and sore throats after the first night. The room also lacks a power sockets (one in the bedroom and one in the living room wasn't enough). The food is plentiful but of average quality, for example, the meat and seafood typical of all-inclusive resorts are more like fillers. We usually like seafood, but we weren't able to enjoy what the hotel offered. After a few days we decided to dine outside the hotel and we are glad we did it. In terms of children's activities it's a very big plus for this place, the location is also very good. We cannot complain about the staff either, they do their job well. However, I think that in this price range we could expect something a bit better, especially since the Iberostar hotel chain has a good reputation and we know their other hotels which are better.

The hotel was amazing and personnel great, very friendly, and customer oriented. Our room was spacious, super clean, with a great view to the seaside and a nice welcome message was waiting for us. Rhyane and Toni were both super kind and nice to us, their hospitality is so much appreciated! Swimming pools and infrastructure was great for children and in 2' distance there was a fantastic beach! The restaurant had a great variety of dishes , of a very good quality and breakfast was also really good! All in all an amazing experience.

The Iberostar chain has high standards and you feel and experience that every minute of your stay. I really liked the waste reduction efforts: there are glass carefes in the apartments that you can fill up with drinking water, reusable cups on various spots of the facility. Even if you only booked half board you can get sparkling or still water all day. The staff is very friendly and welcoming - you don't feel like you are just one of more than 1000 guests but like a valued individual. The buffet is offering lots of delicious food for every taste, waiters and kitchen staff are quick and friendly. The whole area is cared of, clean and barrier free. Only the smaller apartment houses don't have a lift but we asked for ground floor and our request was granted. The only tiny downside is that there are bathtubs instead of showers but for families with small children this might be seen as an advantage. It all depends on the viewpoint! There's a huge amount of animation and activities offered for young and old. Bus station and taxis are just next to the hotel. This Hotel is perfect for families but you can also find a calm spot in the shadows to relax. The Spa is something you shouldn't miss! Massages and facial treatments really earned their "anti stress" name, I went there twice. The beach is broad on this part of the bay. Overall I had a very pleasant stay, thank you very much!
