We used the Jet2 transfer coach which took over 2 hours from the airport, which with two young children was a bad idea so next time we'll select the private transfer which is around 50 minutes from the airport. On arrival, the hotel reception was lovely, the reception staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. We really liked the style and layout of the hotel, like a mini village. The rooms were more like chalets separated in blocks of 3 to 4 rooms. No one above you and the walls were pretty thick, not to hear outside noise, not that we had any to worry about. They have a tennis court, 3 pools and a public beach that really feels like part of the hotel. The food was good quality, delicious, clean and varied. We will be definitely coming back to this hotel in the future. We couldn't find a fault, not that we were looking for one.

We had a wonderful time here. The hotel and the service are really good. Every your need as a tourist is respected and any request we will be handled with needed attention.
The food and drinks for “all inclusive” are spectacular.
Unfortunately there was a lot of seaweed on the beach near the hotel but even that didn’t spoil the great time we had.
Also a lot of families with small children, so it can be loud during the dinner at restaurant.

Beautiful resort with delicious healthy and wide variety of food. All staff were lovely and friendly. We had a 5year old who loved star camp and was obsessed with the slides at the pool. Entertainment for kids at pool was brilliant. Only comment based on preference is I would have liked them to advertise that all inclusive doesn’t include mini bar in room which is empty a you had to pay for on arrival for them to top up. If your room/bungalow is far from restaurant like ours you had to leave the room to go get a drink if you wanted something other than water. Otherwise a brilliant stay!

We had a very nice stay.
The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean and the buffet was even better than expected. Of course, it is not an a la cart restaurant but the team makes sure throughout that the buffet is attractively arranged and does not look like a "battlefield". In addition, the dishes are cleared very quickly and the reservation management ensures that the restaurant is not too crowded in the mornings and evenings. This leads to a quiet, very pleasant atmosphere. A buffet restaurant almost doesn't get any better than this.
Due to the somewhat wider paths and slopes within the complex, our weight gain during the vacation was also very limited, which we liked very much.
If I had to look for something negative, it would be the fact that the toilet in our room was not separated from the rest of the room by a completely closing door, but only by a swinging glass door.

Loved everything about this place, spent 5 nights here with my partner. We were the last check in (didn’t get to the hotel until 1:30am on a Sunday morning) someone on reception ready to check us in and even offered us a glass of Prosecco & then we were then driven to our room which was a lovely touch. Key fob for rooms is on the all inclusive wristband which makes everything much easier.
We were often down at the lower pool & there were always free sunbeds up until about 11am and then got quieter again in the afternoon. Staff came round most days with either ice creams or coronas (all included) whilst sat around the pool which was again such a great idea.
Great range of cocktails and drinks (usually branded spirits like Gordon’s gin etc.)
Food selection was great different every night and then the beachfront Mexican restaurant you can book which also had a great selection.
Would 100% recommend for couples (I know it’s been mentioned about being more family based) but we found that there was just as much for adults. Overall best place we have stayed and would definitely come again, thank you!!
