This was a last minute hotel change due to a previous being overbooked but on arrival could tell it was a lovely place. Staff on reception were very welcoming and very patient with us. The room was clean and tidy, plenty to do in the hotel and also located very close to the beach and shops. Also relatively close to the night life if that’s what you’re here for but it’s not noisy if you’re trying to get some sleep. All hotel staff I interacted with were pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay again.

Pro:
All staff are really helpful and friendly.
The room itself is nice, nice balcony view.
The hotel has SO MUCH to do, 3 pools, gym, arcade, chill out room, spa, Jacuzzis and day/night time entertainment.
Food is INCREDIBLE. Huge variety and in the evening main buffet changed daily
Con:
The bathroom in the room feels a bit meh. Dated, shower head was leaky, feels dated compared to the room.
Family hotel so wouldn't recommend for adults for a quiet couples get away
Would highly recommend overall.

Beautiful place to stay. Breakfast, lunch and dinner all huge selection and great quality. Different themes every night. Worth taking all inclusive option for at least 3 days. Caramel sauce and fresh crepes amazing. Pools (4) and slides great fun. Lovely location. Good eco initiatives. Martina at reception looked after us like family. Highly recommend, good value!

My 4 children and I are on holiday for 12 days in this nice hotel. The food had a wide choice and the all-inclusive was very extensive, from delicious cocktails to ice creams.
The only downside was the sometimes long wait for the elevator. Otherwise only praise for this hotel!

This is a great hotel. This is our 5th time here. We stayed Star prestige which gives you access to the private area set back from the pool area. You get your own bar and comfy sun loungers. The food is plentiful and varied. There’s lots of choice for everyone and there is a different food theme each night.
The staff are excellent and friendly. If you get Fran then he looks after you very well in the Star prestige area.
The rooms are a little bit tired in parts and could do with a refresh, but all in all the Hotel just works.
