This hotel is lovely and modern with 10/10 facilities for both kids and adults. The welcome at reception was great all staff were beyond helpful. The pool area is really good for kids our son loved the kids slides and pool and you can easily keep them occupied here. The adult pool is also really nice and the aesthetic of it. The room is very nice, modern, large and spacious. Air con is great keeps you nice and cool (some places doesn’t work). The balcony is great with a lovely view of the sea. The food and restaurant is honestly really good a strong 9/10 there’s so much to choose from it’s all fresh lots of variety. Even a fussy child can find dinner pleasant.

Lovely hotel. The staff can’t do enough for you. Selection of food and drink is extensive and there is many entertainment options. Pool is slightly small for the amount of rooms, but there is plenty of sunbeds and never a rush for them. Rooms are cleaned to a high standard but the beds aren’t connected so move apart a lot. Really close to the beach but about a 20 min walk from all the popular bars and shops. Can be quite hilly too. The food is some of the best we have had on holiday and has such a good variety

After a lovely 9 day holiday, I’d like to mention a few names of staff that made our holiday extra special. Adriana on reception who was so polite and friendly and made a fuss of our daughter. She is an asset to your team! Also to Santi and Vanessa on the animation team. They really looked after all the children so well in the kids club and they work so hard. The food at the hotel was great and we never struggled to find something we all enjoyed. We stayed in room 736 and on arrival (Sunday night) there was a big party going on the beach nearby till 1 am which was really noisy so our first night our 6 year old didn’t get much sleep. The rooms are clean and well maintained but they are very compact ( you have to stand in the shower and close the bathroom door to get to the toilet) and there are no drawers or much storage at all. The hotel has so many activities on and the slides in the kids pool were a huge hit. I do feel that having no entertainment at the weekend is a missed opportunity though. Overall we loved the hotel and would definitely come back (just with less luggage to fit in the room!)

We recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and had a generally positive experience. Julio the porter greeted us with a smile and was incredibly attentive and welcoming. The rest of the staff were also very good, friendly and professional throughout our stay. While the standard rooms felt more like a 3-star level unless you opted for an upgrade, the excellent food more than made up for it. Juliet, one of the chefs, was a breath of fresh air, her positive attitude and warm presence made a real difference and she’s truly an asset to the hotel. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. With a few tweaks to the standard rooms, this would be a solid 4-star stay all around.

Initially came bed and breakfast- upgraded to all inclusive. Glad we did as there are no facilities in the rooms for preparing your own food. Other than that - this hotel is exceptional. The food is amazing! Plentiful and well presented. Pool area requires a little attention, never had to fight for a sunbed. All the staff are friendly and cannot help enough. The hotel is 5minutes from the beach - in the middle of many shops and restaurants. Is definitely one to add to the list for returning to.
