We spent 7 days in this hotel and I loved every minute. Food was really good breakfast and evenings lots of choice. The snack bar during the day was really good pizza burgers salads and a choice of fish or steak if you wanted it. Staff really helpful and friendly. Really clean and plenty of sunbeds. Excellent children's pool area. The only fault we felt was the adult entertainment in the bar was poor. There was sometimes entertainment at pool area but it lacked tables and people were having to sit on sunbeds.

Overall the hotel and staff are amazing, right from arrival to the end of the holiday.
The restaurant has an abundance of foods and caters for all, I heard chefs talking through the foods to some guests that has food allergens. It’s nice to experience foods from around the world and Canaries which you generally wouldn’t have the opportunity to try. There was also so many desserts..too many to mention for those with sweet tooth!
The rooms are very nice and have everything you need including a fridge with a glass decanter, that you are able to refill from the water dispenser that is on each floor. This shows positive sustainability to reduce plastic.
The hotel, pool areas and gardens are always kept so clean and there are many staff working in the mornings ready for each day.
As amazing as this hotel is and my husband and I have been twice, we honestly feel it is the staff that makes us want to come back each time. They work so hard to make this an enjoyable experience for everyone that comes through the doors. All the staff, cleaners, gardeners, reception, bar and restaurant staff and management are amazing and I would like to say thank you for making our holiday memorable. Particular staff we would like to thank are Ivan, Maksim and Dory for the good times and great chats and you are a credit to the hotel.
One suggestion we thought of is the staff having their national countries flag on their name badge, there are so many nationalities working within the hotel and it would be great to see where people are from, swap stories and celebrate the diversity of cultures.

We stayed here for 14 nights with 3 children (10 months to 4yo twins). It is an excellent hotel with a lot of variety for both food and entertainment. The staff make such an effort with the kids and they feel very involved. The location is excellent with immediate access to the beach and the surrounding boulevards. The slides have kept the boys entertained for hours and the tunnel slide is very fast for adults! The only downside are the lifts - there are 4 of them and, when you’re waiting with a pram, I have waited up to 10 minutes for a space to get the pram in. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Came here all inclusive for a week. Service on arrival and throughout the stay has been great, especially from Julio c at reception.
The hotel is always kept really clean, including the rooms that are cleaned daily.
Plenty of choice of food.
Nothing is ever to much trouble.
Would definitely stay again.

This is our second stay here with our boys aged 11, 8 and 6. This time we invited friends along too with their son. Always nerve wracking when you big somewhere up to others but yet again Bouganville delivered. The hotel is great, pool and restaurant doesn't seem to busy even in the middle of the summer hols. Food is great, a good selection of good quality food to suite everyone. Staff are the gems of this place. They are so friendly and kind, go above and beyond and are so great with the kids. Pools great, kids loved it. Plenty around the hotel if you do venture out. It's not the cheapest place to stay but you get what you pay for. We cannot fault it. Lifts are a little slow at peak times but we took the stairs or made it into a game with the boys trying to guess which one will arrive first. Highly recommend xx
