I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly, making our stay very pleasant. Our room was cleaned daily and sometimes even twice a day, with fresh towels provided each time. One of the highlights of this hotel was the availability of a water dispenser on each floor, offering both still and sparkling water at different temperatures, as well as an ice machine. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue on our first night when the shower door malfunctioned, causing water to leak onto the floor. This was an inconvenience, but the hotel staff promptly addressed the problem and upgraded us to a larger room on the same floor. The hotel also offers a wide variety of meals, with an impressive selection at both breakfast and dinner. Additionally, the swimming pool and facilities were impeccably clean. There is also a spa on-site, which adds an extra layer of relaxation to your stay. Furthermore, guests receive a 15% discount at the beach club restaurant located beneath the hotel, which was a nice bonus. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely return. I would also like to extend a special thanks to Pablo and Sylvia for their excellent service.

I was at the hotel a few weeks ago and despite my short stay I can absolutely recommend the place. It is a perfect combination of a wonderful place, the best services and the most remarkable thing is the quality of the people who are part of the team. Enjoying the pool was the best part without a doubt and even more so with the kind and attentive lifeguard I have met, Agustina, my family adores you! Thank you very much for everything.

The hotel is in perfect location over looking the beach, our room was beautiful with a sea view balcony we did upgrade when we arrived. The hotel staff are all so polite helpful nothing is to much trouble I would like to give a mention for Stefan and Yojhan. You have waited on us, brought us drinks had a chat, laugh and made our holiday one to remember. I would also like to add the cleanliness of the hotel is to perfection. I would like to reiterate that all yr staff are polite to many names to remember they are a credit to your hotel. Will be sorry to leave on Thursday but I’m sure we will be back kind regards Mr Mrs Cooper room 704

A fantastic hotel. Clean and modern. The hotel is located right on the beach front. Only the Palma strip separates the hotel from the beach. Only two negatives throughout our stay… 1. If you’re hoping for peace and quiet at the pool-side then you’re unlikely to get it because of the neighbouring bar, and also the local delivery trucks. 2. The rooms were very small. A double bed promised and paid for … but not given. Positives: The hotel is a 20 minute taxi ride from the airport. Approx €20. The breakfast and dinner food is amazing. The hotels beachside restaurant (Origin) is a great place to relax for sun-downers and people watch on the strip. The food there and the frozen daiquiri’s are amazing. A deposit can be left for towels (€20 per towel). You can have as many as you like. Deposit returned when you hand your towels back.

Very well positioned in a very nice part of the bay. Staff couldn't be any more helpful and friendly. Beach just over a quite road right at the back of the hotel (just watch out for cycles and scooters). Excellent buffet for breakfast and dinner, unlimited Tea, coffee and juice at breakfast. Free water from the purifying machines on each floor. Lots of shops behind the hotel and a great little Deli for filled baguettes right on the corner opposite Burger King. Staff come round the pool with treats every day, such as cocktails or ice cream. Little red road train goes all round the bay and stops at number 10 right outside the rear of the Hotel (buy tickets from the driver). Beach has lovely soft sand and the sea was warm enough to swim in in early October. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a daily maid service. Towels for the pool or beach available from the lifeguard at the hotel pool, leave a deposit at reception. The room had a minibar, safe, tv, hairdryer and air conditioning. Hotel is only 10 minutes or less from the airport. All the staff were amazing, especially Pedro and Gagan. We would happily go back 😊 Not a moan but had the following observations. We're asked if we wanted to pay an extra 35E per day to upgrade from the 2nd to the 6th floor and have better views. We declined and then were given a free upgrade to the 5th floor anyway. Main pool and rooftop infinity pools are very nice but not heated and we found them a little too cold in October, although other people used them occasionally. The Jacuzzis in the spa weren't overly warm. All drinks at dinner are chargeable, even still water, we shared a small bottle each night for 3.10E . Only English TV channel we could get was ITV3 ( not a major issue at all). No kettle in the room, but there was a nespresso coffee machine.
