Really nice hotel in a fantastic location just by the beach. The room was spacious and with great views of the sea. The service was great and all the staff were really friendly. The housekeeper that cleaned our room (Nieves) was great and it was nice to have a little chat with her about the city.

Couldn't have asked for a better hotel. We stayed for 4 nights, half-board. The food every day was delicious, far beyond what we were expecting. The staff are all lovely, very attentive and welcoming. The pool is amazing, always enough sun beds for everyone and it's literally a 15 second walk to the beach. All of the added extras, like champagne in the room, free cocktails and ice cream around the pool are what I would say should make this a 5*. Even though you're on the main strip, within the hotel it feels like a secret escape and you can't hear a thing. We can't wait to come again for when we need a moment of relaxation.

The hotel is in perfect location over looking the beach, our room was beautiful with a sea view balcony we did upgrade when we arrived. The hotel staff are all so polite helpful nothing is to much trouble I would like to give a mention for Stefan and Yojhan. You have waited on us, brought us drinks had a chat, laugh and made our holiday one to remember. I would also like to add the cleanliness of the hotel is to perfection. I would like to reiterate that all yr staff are polite to many names to remember they are a credit to your hotel. Will be sorry to leave on Thursday but I’m sure we will be back kind regards Mr Mrs Cooper room 704

All the staff have been truly amazing so far on our trip. They provided us with a refreshing drink on arrival and have even given us a bottle of champagne and chocolates to celebrate our honeymoon. Would certainly recommend

From the moment you arrive at this hotel you are made to feel welcomed On arrival at reception you are treated to a cool refreshing drink and a cool towel to wipe your hands and face whilst you are getting checked in.
Your cases are taken to your room by a very helpful porter who points out the safety features and asks if you need any assistance in operating the safe great attention to detail
Our room (333) was very spacious and spotless not to mention the brilliant sea view
Buffet breakfast was excellent as the choice of food was excellent something to please all pallets the same goes for the evening meals
I would like to say that all the staff in this hotel went out of their way to assist you in anyway they could ,nothing was a problem.
I would like to mention Christina,from the main reception area who was a great help to us on serval occasions.
As this was our third time staying at this hotel it goes without saying that we will be making a return visit
