Incredible location and loads of friendly and helpful staff. Buffet was good too and they made enough changes to keep it interesting the following day. The kids entertainment and programs were also superb. Especially want to give credit to the guest services managers Anastasia and Leidy who were always available to help planning and assist with even the smallest needs. The only drawback is that the rooms are quite basic and small. I appreciate that we stayed in peak summer time but you feel like you would get more for the prices you pay. It seems the bulk of that goes on the entertainment and food rather than the accommodation.

An excellent hotel in a great location right on the beach. We have previously stayed at an Iberostar hotel and were very impressed with the quality during that stay. This time we stayed at Alcudia Park and this was no exception. The facilities at the hotel are excellent and the hotel is evidently maintained to a very high standard. The staff are brilliant, and we found all of the staff that we spoke with during our holiday to be really friendly and helpful. We had a couple of minor issues with our room during our stay but a quick conversation with the reception staff and these were quickly dealt with and rectified. The reception staff are obviously the first port of call at a hotel and the level of service provided by the here was first rate, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The food was excellent, there is a large restaurant with evidently more than sufficient capacity to accommodate everyone even though we were visiting at a peak time. The range and quality of the food was very impressive and different things were on offer on each day alongside the core offerings. Elsewhere there are bars and area with a couple of food trucks. Again all of the staff were excellent, highly efficient and very hard working. Entertainment was similarly very good with a variety of shows in the evenings, I particularly enjoyed the guest band that played at the rock night but all of the shows were very good and the entertainment and PT staff again were evidently hard at work through the day to ensure everyone had a good time. I would highly recommend this hotel and would like to thank everyone that works here for a great holiday experience.

This hotel is perfect for the whole family, including seniors and children. The rooms are very comfortable, with separate living areas, and even two TVs, so you can choose different programs. Pool towels are free to use with just a deposit, and you can exchange them as needed. The hotel pool is great, with a children's slide that both adults and kids can enjoy. The coast and beach are just a few steps away, with fine sand and clear, shallow water, ideal for children to play in. There are many options at the buffet, and you can change your meal plan at any time, whether you want half board or full board. In short, this is the perfect choice for a family vacation! Highly recommended!

The hotel is divided in two sections, one building with a rooftop, 4 buildings for the rest. The four buildings all consist of family rooms which were standard double bed-rooms. They built in a thin wall to make a bed-room and in the remaining part there is a sofa bed. They show several room types like suites, but in fact is all the same, just with different view. On the website they don´t make clear that they cater for families with kids up to 8 years - only. Wanted to get two adjacent rooms for the kids (10 and 14) and us. Through the booking it was not possible, just got an email I shall check in the hotel. In the hotel they say I shall check with the booking. My partner speaks perfectly Spanish, nevertheless they cannot understand our wish to have real beds for all four people. All they could offer is the change of the family room to a double room in the rooftop building for EUR 60 additional per day and the kids sleep on the floor. Privacy: 0. There is no lock on any door in the hotel. If you forget to put the sign out with no disturb, the cleaners just walk in no matter what you say. There are nowhere near enough loungers at the pool and it is tight, I mean really tight. The beach is fantastic, there are a lot of people in summer, nevertheless, it is marvelous.

We recently stayed at Iberostar Waves Alcudia Park for a family vacation, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. We especially loved the family-friendly dining options and the special attention the chefs gave to our dietary preferences. The facilities were top-notch and truly made our stay memorable. The pool area was a hit with the kids, who spent hours splashing around and enjoying the water slides. Meanwhile, we appreciated the well-maintained gym and the relaxing spa. The kids' club was another highlight, providing a safe and fun environment for our children to engage in various activities while we enjoyed some much-needed downtime. Our room was very good, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The housekeeping staff ensured that everything was always spotless and well-stocked, and we appreciated the little touches like small daily gifts and the thoughtful notes left in our room. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. It was the perfect place for a family vacation, combining great food, excellent service, and fantastic facilities. We can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories!
