This hotel is perfect for the whole family, including seniors and children. The rooms are very comfortable, with separate living areas, and even two TVs, so you can choose different programs. Pool towels are free to use with just a deposit, and you can exchange them as needed. The hotel pool is great, with a children's slide that both adults and kids can enjoy. The coast and beach are just a few steps away, with fine sand and clear, shallow water, ideal for children to play in. There are many options at the buffet, and you can change your meal plan at any time, whether you want half board or full board. In short, this is the perfect choice for a family vacation! Highly recommended!

The hotel is divided in two sections, one building with a rooftop, 4 buildings for the rest. The four buildings all consist of family rooms which were standard double bed-rooms. They built in a thin wall to make a bed-room and in the remaining part there is a sofa bed. They show several room types like suites, but in fact is all the same, just with different view. On the website they don´t make clear that they cater for families with kids up to 8 years - only. Wanted to get two adjacent rooms for the kids (10 and 14) and us. Through the booking it was not possible, just got an email I shall check in the hotel. In the hotel they say I shall check with the booking. My partner speaks perfectly Spanish, nevertheless they cannot understand our wish to have real beds for all four people. All they could offer is the change of the family room to a double room in the rooftop building for EUR 60 additional per day and the kids sleep on the floor. Privacy: 0. There is no lock on any door in the hotel. If you forget to put the sign out with no disturb, the cleaners just walk in no matter what you say. There are nowhere near enough loungers at the pool and it is tight, I mean really tight. The beach is fantastic, there are a lot of people in summer, nevertheless, it is marvelous.

Great location beach perfect with great access. Ideal for families especially younger ones. Rest very unexceptional. Restaurant feels more like a canteen than 4 star. Very confusing system of wrist bands which was just annoying. We had a power outage and another day a lift failure. Entertainment very variable in quality. Acceptable rather than great. Edit: to be clear the lower rating for the room wasn't for the cleaning which was a good standard. The door fell off our wardrobe and some tile grouting and caulking needed renewing. Just generally needed a bit of care and maintenance. Any inspections should have caught these minor issues.

Absolutely one of the best times we've had as a family. The pool was full of sunbathers, but the pool was mostly empty. The water slides were fun and kept the kids busy. As for the beach, very warm water and very cool how far one can walk out. We would love to have a chance to come back one day.

Very nice interior and exterior of the hotel. Clean and big rooms. Drinking water dispensers are free and on every floor. Nice/Kind staff. A large selection of tasty food in the restaurant. Bar by the beach with a view of the sea😍. Near the hotel is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island with clear water. Large children's corner. Animation program several times a day and every day. I definitely recommend staying in this hotel.
