Absolutely fantastic place. They have been so good at supporting us with our child’s allergies. Every day the manager either arranges for separate food to be cooked in advance, or a tour of the buffet with the chef depending on our preference and allergy labelling is good.
If there were any negatives, it would be the pool which I assume is unheated so is absolutely freezing at this time of year, that includes the indoor pool and the kids club ratios were on the low side particularly for the younger age groups.
Other than that I could not fault this hotel. If you do not have all inclusive then the drinks package is good value. Rooms are clean and well presented. The beach is connected to the pool area. It’s literally 10 metres away.

There was a large group of us for a special family celebration. Everyone was so friendly & accommodating from the first minute to the last. Thank you to the reception & management teams, restaurant & bar staff, lifeguards & cleaning service ( and everyone behind the scenes!)
This is a wonderful hotel with great food beside a fantastic beach! It's easy to recommend this hotel.

What a fantastic place this has been for our holiday. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The food is brilliant and the staff cannot do enough for you. My boys have nut allergies and the kitchen staff and management really helped in sorting things out for us.
Many thanks to all the staff who looked after us

NEGATIVES-
We brought our grandchildren and not only did they slip badly around the pool we saw many accidents with all aged children around the pool.. It's like slippery ice when wet as the tiles aren't anti slip. 👎
Indoor pool like ice!
Struggled every time to find a table of 6 as I couldn't sit on the low benches with my disability. (Part of the restaurant is for Privilege rooms only)
POSITIVES- Best check in / welcome weve ever had travelling. ALL staff are super friendly and helpful .
Water machines on every floor
Food AMAZING QUALITY of Meat and Fish! Fresh squeezed juices.
Comfy beds. Great shower. . Great air con and WiFi.
Any issues were fixed pronto!
Entertainment is brilliant. Is outdoors so bring a jacket/cardigan.
I would return in a heart beat if they fixed the tiles around the pool.

Alright, let me put this first. Hands down, this is one of the excellent hotels that we've been to (with kids) BUT I would give this 10/10 if a couple of room issues could've been sorted. The aircon through the night is dreadful, it was a bit hot and only managed to get a good night's sleep after opening the door to the balcony and having a bit of a mosquito problem (literally my kids got a few bites marks and need to close the balcony doors but then had to endure the hot air circulation).
On the bright side, everything else is so fantastic. The food is fab, hands down this is one of the best-sourced quality meat and each night they try to serve a themed food (we loved Mexican tacos). The pool is cosy and our kids enjoyed it, there seem a couple of slippery accidents but otherwise well maintained, The indoor pool is slightly bit small but we had good weather, except for one day so pretty much used the outdoor pool and beach. The beach access is right outside and shallow enough for a good walk/swim with kids. A lot of people use the cycle store facility which is handy, as the hotel itself doesn't offer road bikes, but they can be rented from other shops close by and stored in the room next to the hotel lobby during the stay, not sure if there's a charge. Unfortunately, we had a bad agreement with the rental car hire company when we checked in but Fabian from the front desk put in a big smile and offered us champagne and sweets to calm down us a bit during the check-in process, absolute five stars to the service team, they were always courteous, polite and very friendly especially to the team working in the dining area.
Overall I highly recommend them and would certainly come shortly.
