We had an amazing time at HYB Eurocalas and would definitely come back again! The hotel is in a perfect spot — there are three beaches nearby, and the most stunning one is just a 15–20 minute walk away. Yes, there’s a shuttle, but honestly, we preferred the walk! You can take a beautiful path with breathtaking views of the sea and cliffs — absolutely worth it! 😍 The food? Simply delicious! Every day offered something new with themed dinners — there’s something for everyone, and the chefs did a fantastic job. The whole staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always with a smile. Now, a special shout-out to Niko from the animation team — he’s an absolute star! ⭐ His energy, positivity, and connection with the kids were incredible. You could instantly see how much they loved being around him. He truly has a talent for making children feel happy and engaged. Thanks to Niko, every moment at the mini club was full of fun and laughter. And the kids’ disco in the evening? Always a blast — lively, exciting, and unforgettable! Big hugs from Alisa! 😊 The rooms are nothing fancy, but they’re clean and comfortable — more than enough if you’re not too demanding. And the water park is a real gem! There’s something for kids of all ages, plus great pools and areas to relax. It’s the perfect hotel for families with children. One more special touch — the hotel staff made our daughter’s birthday extra special with a lovely surprise. These are the little moments that truly make a vacation unforgettable. 🥹🎉 Big thanks to the whole HYB Eurocalas team — we left with full hearts and beautiful memories we’ll cherish forever!

Great hotel, location is good - 5/10 min walk to city centre for shops / food / gifts with free shuttle service to a bigger beautiful beach. (3-5 mins shuttle ride) We travel 3 times a year - ignore the bad comments this hotel is very good for the price. Big shoutout to Melissa and Sofia for their amazing welcome and service at the front reception. Have a good strong team on reception makes the whole holiday experience wonderful so thank you! Lovely staff for advice for the local area and spot on recommendations. Food was good every evening a new theme, all day inclusive just does not stop, plenty of drinks / ice cream / food. Hotel rooms are good, they are clean and up to date. You’re not in Dubai your in Spain. Lovely staff lovely holiday - Hope to do another stay here in the future.

Positives staff who work there all work really hard on cleaning, cooking and organising. Lots to do for the children like the swimming pools and park. The slides are really fast! My lad loved these. Beds weren't to bad and the room had good air con. Negitives Even though there's signs that say don't reserve sunbeds, people get up really early to claim them all and umbrellas. So you'll be lucky to get one esp when its really hot. Its really busy around the pool! The food was very basic and not much variety but we ended up with food poisoning after 2 days. Lift door closes really fast! Bedroom was 1 room for 4 people and it's very small, wasn't actually cleaned just beds made and for the 5 days we stayed no fresh towels or room make up done. Wouldn't go again, been to better places.

I have to say when I first arrived to the hotel it was a bit of a culture shock when I compare to the normal hotels we would book but after a full day they I changed my mind. The bad…the rooms are quite tired and dated but the mattress was comfortable! On the plus side, the staff…I ah e to take my hat off to them. They were all excellent, reception, anytime I went for anything there were so helpful. The staff in the restaurant cleaning plates, work so hard but still always have a smile. The bar staff are so busy all of the time but so friendly and welcoming. The amenities for kids are just brilliant, if a child says they are bored on this holiday there is something wrong with them! So much for them to do all day and night and that’s the main thing as you would only come here as a holiday for the kids. For an all-inclusive I found the food excellent, different choices every day. Very fresh. Lots of salads and a different meant and fish option each bar at the grill. The location is great, there is not much in the town but it’s only a short walk away and does have more fun things for kids like karting (only €2!) trampolines and mini golf. The beach which is about 1.5kms away is so beautiful but does get very packed so I suggest to go early or late. For me I would recommend to a friend for a kids holiday but just remember it’s for the kids!!

Great stay at the hotel! Staff is very helpful and adorable. Shoutout to Sofia at reception, always smiling and helpful, to Said and Manuel at the bar: thank you for your warm welcoming and the good laugh! We had issues with the room (no amenities and not cleaned) but got sorted extremely quickly.
