We stayed here for 6 nights, all inclusive. The pools were probably the best thing about the hotel, great for all ages and multiple pools so not overcrowded. The food was mainly processed stuff, especially the snack bar. But for a few days we had some nice fresh dinner choices. There is an arcade area that was not bad, but it was extra money and half the things either took your money or didn't work. The entertainment could have been better. Some evenings it was great with various acts that were brought onto the site. But everyday the kids shows didn't start until 8:30pm, by which point my 2 boys were so tired as they normally go to bed at half 7 and had been in the pool all day. The beds weren't very comfortable to sleep on, and a duvet had to be requested. However despite all this we had a great time and the boys had fun. We got some great pictures from the site photographers (very friendly), the site was very clean, only a 10-15 minute walk into the town (20-30 for the beach), pools were great, sand park for the kids and various activities throughout the day. Overall I don't think I would go to this hotel again, but equally I feel I did everything I could in that area so I would go somewhere different next time. I hope this honest review helps people decide if this is the hotel for them. Thanks

The rooms are small for a family of 4. Someone had been sick near the bar and I told a barman and showed him. However the sick was still there 2 hours later!

Positives - perfect place for family holidays, lots of things to keep kids busy and entertained. Food was good, lots of options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, we were really happy with the offer. Staff very nice, helpful and available. Room are cleaned daily, staff always available for extra towels, toiletries.
Negatives - beds are hard, not the best sleep, no washing machines, which are handy to have in resorts.
But I would definitely recommend it and would come back in the future. Kids had fantastic time.

Overall we loved the holiday, we came here with two toddlers and a double pram, the whole resort was easily accessible and very family friendly. Food was lovely with lots of options available, it was also a lovely touch having the snack bar open all day. The pools felt very safe with a lifeguard on every pool all day. There was plenty to keep the whole family entertained for the whole week.
We have given 3 stars for location because it’s quite far from the airport and the local beach is very small and busy with not much to do whilst there (nowhere to eat and only 1 small shop). But with plenty to do on resort that is only a small factor plus you can get a bus to Calador if you want a nice beach day!

Fantastic Hotel and the staff are all great! A special shout out to the barman SAID, the friendliest and funniest man in the resort he really did make the holiday for myself, my partner and our little boy. Another shout out to the kids entertainment team especially NICO and GWENDOLYN, always happy and ready to help all the children. Food was good and changed everyday but kept the basics the same so perfect for fussy eaters! Night time entertainment was a blast for the kids too.
