Quick review: Location was 15 min or less from airport PUJ Beach entry was beautiful and it has the calmest waters and very manicured Staff and service was beyond pleasant and very accommodating Food was okay I think the specialty restaurants can do better in seasoning the food. The buffet was the best for what it was. The fruit was not sweet kinda shocking since it’s an island. The activities were great and the pools were amazing. Overall Dominican was such a beautiful island and the people made the experience beyond amazing. We did a family trip with 30+ people and it was a breeze to check in and out. The spa is a must!! Please ask for Augustine she has magical fingers and I got a massage and facial and it was amazing. Kids splash pad and slides were fun! So much to do and the resort is clean and amazing

Unfortunately, the hotel does have its shortcomings. The architecture and location are excellent. However, the staff often lacks the necessary attentiveness. Those who are attentive can sometimes come across as overly intrusive, which is not the hallmark of discreet luxury. When ordering a glass of white wine at the pool, it is served in a transparent, soft plastic cup; sturdy plastic glasses would be far more appropriate. Such glasses are available for serving sparkling wines, but they are designed in such a way that they easily tip over in the wind. The whirlpools are excessively hot (above 40°C). Plastic cups around the pool are cleared away only every two hours. Our room had a damp, almost moldy smell (to their credit, we were offered a room change, which we declined as our stay was only for a few days). The buffet stations are inadequately staffed during peak times, while elsewhere, employees can be seen standing around without purpose — creating a rather odd impression. Another significant weakness lies in the additional services, which are priced far above the national average, leaving unsuspecting tourists at risk of being overcharged (massages, laundry services). Now, to the hotel’s strengths: it is extremely family-friendly, featuring a fantastic water park and numerous activities for children, including a dedicated kids’ club. For adults, there is an exceptional wine list — though it comes at a premium. Overall, I would rate the culinary performance as good by Dominican Republic standards.

Stayed here on a work rewards trip and it was perfect. Family side for those with kiddos and adult side for those that would like a little more quiet time. I love that the beach is right there and the water was warm and calm. Staff was great and helpful as well. The spa was beautiful but it was weird that they follow you EVERYWHERE except into the toilet stall. That really was odd but whatever. The overall experience was great and the all inclusive piece is perfect. Would go back and take the kids next time.

Spent a week here and found it to be a very nice resort. The place was very clean, well maintained and the staff was on top of things. The food and drinks were always readily available and the staff was there when needed and I found them to be genuinely friendly people. This resort opened towards the end of 2019 so it’s newer than most.

This hotel is one of the BEST I've ever been to. There were lots of fun activities to do and good food to eat. The beach was also a calming experience, I was so amazed by the beach that I walked about 5 miles down and back across the shore. My father also sang karaoke and students from Georgia Tech Prep danced with him on stage. The trip was mainly for business among my family, but I had lots of freedom by myself because of the hotels safeness. I WOULD TOTALLY ENCOURAGE U TO GO HERE I HAD THE BEST TIME OF MY LIFE
