Overall, we had a pleasant experience at this resort. Rooms were clean and reasonably sized. The staff were friendly. Though there were only so many restaurants on the premises, we didn't mind the repetition because the food was excellent. Everything was flavorful down to the simple grilled vegetables. Every night, they had a different cuisine at the buffet. My only "complaint" was that whenever we ordered food, a dish or a detail would be missed. We either had to ask twice or just let it go. Could be the language barrier or an accent issue.
Anyway, I would gladly stay at this hotel again.

This property is amazing! Let's start with the staff, from the moment we checked in they treated us with kindness. The butler Martín, a "10+" guy who was in charge of serving us all the time and at the same time giving us the space to enjoy the Hotel and the staff like Alex, Amado and Karen constantly did everything possible to communicate with us! They honestly let me know that this hotel was different from others, it was an amazing vacation! The restaurants on property (ALL) are full of wonderful staff, we have gotten to know many of them and they offered us advice on the facilities, where to go and things to see. I wish I could give them more than a 5 because they deserve it!! They are #1 on my list.

This resort was exceptional in every way possible. My family and I have visited various all-inclusive resorts across the Caribbean, and this one stands out as an outlier from the moment we walked into the lobby. The resort is new, everything is clean and well-kept. The aesthetic choices here are at times minimal or under-stated and work well to create a really luxurious space. The food is INCREDIBLE, you can really taste the quality and freshness of the meals and everything is cooked well, even the buffet is phenomenal. We were helped out by George who works at “El Mercado,” and his service was spectacular from beginning to end. He even brought us local avocados just because we mentioned it in passing. The service is great and attentive, these people are cheerful and kind. We are leaving against our will at this point, it is really a great place to stay. We will be coming back later this year.

This place is THE place for your family vacation. So much to do and gorgeous setup right on the beach. Water parks, pools, swim up bars. The staff is phenomenal and go out of their way to make your stay extraordinary. Special shout out to Elvin, who is always in a million places at once, knows every employee and guest’s name. I met him looking for my husband and daughter, he knew exactly where in the resort they are and by name before I can even tell him their names. Every resort needs an Elvin, places like this function due to amazing people like him. Elvin - thank you!! You are the best!

This hotel was exemplary. I went with my brother, sister in law, mom, and niece. Each of us always had something to do, whether it was the theater shows, lounging poolside, kayaking, or hitting the water park.
The staff was exceptional, always polite and kind, anticipating our needs before we even asked.
We didn’t leave the resort, as there was truly no need to. They did offer excursions directly from the hotel, which ensures safety and a sense of security.
The Zilara (adults only) side was also wonderful, though I only explored for dinner at the steakhouse.
My niece had the time of her life, and the abundant child-friendly activities were certainly a component in that. I would highly recommend this resort for ANYONE and EVERYONE (families, couples, friends).
