We absolutely loved this resort! It was my first time in Mexico so I was a little nervous but all of the staff were SO accommodating, helpful and seemed to truly enjoy their work. Everything was so clean, the food was great with lots of different cuisine options, the activities were a blast and the grounds were breathtaking. We felt so safe both on the beach and in our resort. Really can't say enough good about this resort and its employees! Special thank you to our servers Jorge, Erik and Alfredo for making our week so memorable!

I loved this resort. Checking in and out was a breeze, the staff was awesome and super friendly, the beach was beautiful, clean and the serice was top notch at the beach. This was are second time staying at this resort in the last year. What makes this hotel amazing is the excellent management and Eric was there everyday making sure the guest were happy and satisfied. Thank you Eric ! you made our vacation a dream come true much more then expected.Your such a gentleman.This is ours favorite resort hands down.The rooms are spacious and very clean.Restaurants are very good love the Capri. This was our second visit to the resort, with this second visit being after Secrets became part of the Hyatt family. We had an absolutely fantastic time. We had an oceanfront king room with the butler service, and Oscar did such an awesome job. The room was nice and spacious for me and my wife. Our view was amazing, with a comfortable two-person bed that we used a lot. The pool is nice and spacious, with a good swim-up bar. The resort is beautiful and not a huge place, which is great for walking. The one downside of that is number of restaurants and selection, not that that’s a complaint. I can honestly say we will consider visiting this resort a third time!

Small ali inclusive,adults only resort with awesome service,super friendly and helpful staff.You can enjoy activities in the resort,or in close by attractions.There is something for everyone.
But you can also have a laid-back day and have peace and quiet time.
There is a awesome, relaxing spa,as well. A bit overpriced,in my personal opinion.
The whole resort is clean,all employees customer oriented.Did I mentioned,staff is super friendly and helpful

We had the best vacation at Hyatt Zilara. The food in all the restaurants is great. Beach is clean and beautiful. Enough lounger to relax. The best part of our vacation was how hospitable the resort staff was. Always a smile on their face made us feel welcomed. Juan and his team organized amazing activities to keep us occupied. We will be definitely coming back.
