Wife and I recently stayed at this resort and was blown away by the experience from start to finish. The rooms were absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and the shower was next-level incredible. You can tell they paid attention to every detail when it came to comfort and luxury. The grounds were meticulously maintained and just gorgeous. Even though the resort was at 80% capacity during our stay, it never felt crowded. There was always a sense of peace and space, which made it incredibly relaxing. Now let’s talk about the food—out of this world! Every meal we had was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options that were clearly prepared with care and creativity. And the best part? We never had to wait for drinks. The staff was attentive and friendly, always making sure our glasses were full. This resort truly sets the bar high. Can’t wait to return!

From the moment we arrived, Hyatt Zilara impressed us with its stunning beauty. The main lobby was absolutely breathtaking—open, airy, and designed to immediately set a tone of luxury and relaxation. It truly felt like stepping into paradise. The pool area was equally impressive, offering a serene and picturesque escape with plenty of space to unwind. My husband and I recently spent a week at the Hyatt Zilara-Riviera Maya. We chose this resort because the reviews consistently said the service was good. Even knowing to expect a good time, our experience here completely surpassed our expectations. From check-in to check-out we received phenomenal service. Every employee we came across did their best to make sure we had everything we needed or wanted, with many staff members going above and beyond. We tried every restaurant and the food was excellent. Drinks were well-made and delivered to wherever we happened to be. Cabana rentals were a decent price and there was plenty of seating/loungers at the pool and on the beach, nothing felt crowded. It isn’t the newest facility but everything was clean and well-maintained. Activities were available all day with varied entertainment options each night. Shoutout to a few employees who made our trip better than we could have hoped. Marcial (check-in desk), Alejandro and Miguel (pool/beach service), Magdalena (snack bar), Miguel (waiter at Tempest), and Fernan (entertainment). Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Beautiful resort, fabulous hospitality. Every staff amazingly welcoming, kind, friendly and cheerful. Super clean, wonderful food and drinks, great variety and quality. Entertainment crew did an excellent job every day and night energizing guests to come and all of the activities we came to were great. The spa is wonderful, we had massages and the water therapy. The Pools were lovely. We did not find them cold as a previous guest noted. But it was warm when we were there. Sunshine everyday! Very Highly recommend. We were 6 women in our 50's and 60's and can't wait to come back! Thank you so much.

Loved this resort! Food was AMAZING and everyone was super nice. My husband and I had a king beachfront private pool and it was the nicest room we've ever stayed at. The resort does a really good job with daytime and nighttime entertainment. Very clean resort with beautiful grounds. Only thing I didn't like was the main pool was freezing cold like ice water. Not heated like some other resorts.
