First of all the customer service is top. My dissatisfaction goes to the process of not providing a wristband for the guests. Instead you have to give your name and room number every time you enter a restaurant and they will look you up on a list in order for you to be admitted. That process can be easily replaced just by providing a wristband like other resorts. My family and I were enjoying the pool area on our first night and a security guy came quickly with a little attitude to question if we were guests or not and immediately asked for put info. He later apologized and told us that some members are not allowed in that area and that’s why they have to question. If I’m paying top dollar to be at the resort I don’t want to be bother every time I need or want something. I must say that this hotel does not provide a lively atmosphere like other ones. This is mostly to rest and relax rather than to have fun at all. The food at the Peruvian restaurant was horrible, the Indian and the hibachi were good. To be honest I still don’t understand the hype of this place.

We stayed at the resort from June 14–20, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The service was exceptional, and the food was outstanding—honestly, some of the best I've ever had at an all-inclusive resort. The staff was attentive, and the dining options were diverse and high-quality. However, I was disappointed with the alcohol selection. The resort advertised top-shelf liquors, but these were only available at the club level, which came at a premium that didn’t feel justified for what was offered. The standard bars had limited options, which was a letdown for those expecting a more upscale experience. Despite this, we still had an amazing time and enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere. One downside was the seaweed on the beach, which was particularly heavy during this time of year. It made swimming in the ocean unappealing, and the smell was noticeable. The resort made a commendable effort to clean it daily, but it wasn’t enough to make a significant difference. For future visits, I’d plan to return between November and March when seaweed is less of an issue. Overall, a great stay with minor drawbacks. I’d recommend this resort, especially with proper expectations about the alcohol and beach conditions.

I absolutely loved my stay at this resort. The location was about less than 10 months from the airport. There were so many restaurant options that we didn’t get a chance to try them all. This adult only resort is connected to its sister property that caters more to children/kids but you could t tell. We had plenty of activities, private beach, adult pool area, and still enjoyed the water park with the kids. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I can’t wait to return.

I was on the adult only side. I was impressed with the room, fabulous bathroom, the shower was huge with a sitting ledge, waterfall and regular shower heads, double sinks with a vanity area and double sided closet, also a toilet closet (with a door separating it from the rest of the bathroom). We had a nice poolside balcony with table and chairs and a big lounging couch. The room had a loaded mini fridge, tiled floors, California king bed, queen size sofa bed and huge TV. The resort is all inclusive with several restaurants and lounges, theme nights, and live entertainment. The pools were gorgeous and the resort grounds opens directly to the beach. Food venues were all over resort with a variety of cuisines, most closed at 11pm, but the resort has 24/7 room service. My only problem was that the after hours food quality wasn't the best. Otherwise it was a great amenities and wonderful stay.

Food and beverages at this resort were excellent! The pools were clean and temperature was perfect. There is entertainment and activities all day and evening. The staff couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. The weather was perfect all week. Short rains inches early am and late night. Plenty of lounge chairs by the pools and on the beach. The only negative is the seaweed but that certainly isn't their fault. Passive watersports are included as well and we have already done sailing twice. Rooms are spacious, clean and well stocked with beverages and snacks. The hotels other side Hyatt ziva allows kids and is also a highly recommended place when traveling with kids. We've been to both and will be back. Best all inclusive we have stayed at!
