This property is absolutely amazing I love that it is all inclusive the food was great the pool was great the beach was great. The absolute best however, was the food concierge Sebastian. I have some dietary restrictions and he met me at every restaurant he absolutely took care of me. He is by far the greatest asset of this entire property, I am very grateful for Sebastian the food concierge he made my experience not just great but absolutely perfect! My favorite restaurant was Noodle and Thread, the staff here especially Victor and Francisco were incredibly friendly and helpful. They absolutely know what they are doing!

We’re on our honeymoon here and absolutely fascinated by this resort! The food, amenities, staff, and aesthetic is incredible. The hotel is kept very clean too. We are able to enjoy all the amenities on the Ziva side. They even have a waterpark! Felt like a kid again. So it’s like two resorts for 1! AMAZING. Couple of recommendations to future travelers and resort: Travelers: Definitely get the club access. The drinks are premium at the designated locations and you have exclusive restaurant and pool access Hotel: while your entertainment is awesome, I wish you had more Dominican themed events. Would have loved to learn and experience more of the culture. Also wish there was more Latin dancing options.

I really really loved and enjoyed this resort, the best I have ever been. We were supposed to stayed 3 days but we ended up extending our stay. The beach, the white sand, palms, pools, jacuzzy, water park were amazing. The food was excellent 10/10. We did lots of activities including ping pong, cornhole, basket and our fav, beach volleyball. Shoutout to Manuel, Bryan, Diomedes and Amado 🤭 they did an amazing keeping us entertained and doing activities all day. I recommed this resort 100% and already planning my next stay. ❤️

Stayed here with my boyfriend for 4 nights. It was a great stay, we relaxed a lot which was our main purpose. The Zilara, as it is an adults-only zone, was very quiet and chill. The food was great and drinks were very good. We did tons of activities, among them: beach yoga, volleyball, pool bicycle, and water balloon games. Having the water park nearby was also an excellent option and the restaurants on the Ziva side were better but busier.

Second time visiting with my family, first was a few years ago during covid. Hotel is still wonderful. The resort is bright, big, and airy. Rooms are comfortable, and stocked with waters, drinks, and snacks. Dining options are plentiful. There are buffets, cafe-style dining, and seated restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Consult the resort schedule for dining hours, and which facilities are open when. The schedule also outlines activities during the day, of which I enjoyed the arts & crafts the most. Beach is beautiful and well-maintained. I was able to get the best seating there. The pool area can be more challenging, with availability freeing up late in the day. There are nightly shows, and some performances by the pool. It would have been nice for more entertainment options after 10pm, but if you're looking for quiet, this is the place. The gym is phenomenal here, and the spa services, though very pricey, are wonderful. I appreciate how friendly all the staff was.
