Little outdated but amazing place! The rooms are the best layout I have ever had with hot tubs overlooking the ocean! Concierge Frieda is amazing. She took care of everything daily for us via text! Great location close to good restaurants! Food on site is pretty amazing too! They lack a little on alcohol selections but kind of expected with all inclusive. I would definitely stay here again!

Small quiet resort with exceptional service, food and views. It's not the most modern resort, but it's very nice. Plenty of spots to relax by the pool or on the beach. Waitstaff comes by every 5 minutes. Has a sports bar that aired all the NFL games which was a very nice surprise. If you like good food, drinks, service and peace, this is you spot!

Never have I ever been to Mexico and enjoyed it this much. Everything in the hotel was enjoyable. Even when I had some concerns, the staff and management were actually eager to make things right. I have thoroughly enjoyed this hotel.
Now to the details. Welcoming our group could've been a bit more organized especially communication but eventually the details were ironed out and quickly.
The rooms are comfortable. Ocean view was actually an ocean view. You don't see the ocean just from this special angle. You see it from the door of the room, from the bed, heck even from the shower. The amenities are impressive. Some might need upgrade which sounds like it's going to happen April 2025. Regardless, nothing came across as a disturbing or disruptive to the routine.
Food was premium grade and there were multiple restaurants to satisfy a diversity of palates. You'll find food that you like. Alcohol was not watered down. Take that for what it's worth.
Spa and hydrotherapy are definitely worth a try.
The beach is immaculate and thoroughly clean. The ocean is closest thing I've seen to its counterpart in the Caribbean or the Maldives. Not exaggerating.
Coffee was decent but if you're here for the coffee, reconsider. Otherwise, they offer Nespresso in the room with the machine so I have no complaints.
The staff were excellent. Special shout out to Janett. Incredibly helpful and efficient. She made our stay much more favorable.

We had a great experience at Hyatt Zilara. Transportation from the airport was easy, and the hotel welcomed us with water, champagne and cold cloths. The food was good with a wide variety of options. The coffee shop was a favorite of ours. Every employee was over the top kind and willing to help us with any questions or requests. The entertainment was phenomenal. We would recommend paying for experiences at the spa, pool side cabanas, & chefs plate (if you have a special occasion to celebrate).

In this case I can only say that the staff at this hotel is outstanding, excellent treatment, incredible customer service, I loved it. Another thing is the food, I recommend it, in general the food in Mexico in general is fantastic. My only complaint is the drinks. The drinks are not good at all, I do not recommend drinking anything there. But in general we had a good time. That is why I give them these stars. Thank you for everything.
