We had a great experience at Hyatt Zilara. Transportation from the airport was easy, and the hotel welcomed us with water, champagne and cold cloths. The food was good with a wide variety of options. The coffee shop was a favorite of ours. Every employee was over the top kind and willing to help us with any questions or requests. The entertainment was phenomenal. We would recommend paying for experiences at the spa, pool side cabanas, & chefs plate (if you have a special occasion to celebrate).

Great spot. Everything you need is available. Spa was fantastic. Jacuzzi tub in the every room unnecessary. Teppanyaki yummy and fun. Enrique and his team were very accommodating. Bars need better orange juice for screwdrivers. Other food was fine, but nothing special (frozen). Excited to come back next year.

What happened? Hyatt should be embarrassed to put their name on this building. No welcome drinks or cool washcloths were offered. The girl that checked us in, requested at a bottle of water, we could not even get that. There used to be a full bar in every room, now, only room temp beer. You cannot get cocktails delivered through room service. And the food menu is very limited. The check out experience was terrible. The guy was rude, very unaccommodating ( I had just had surgery and was using a walker) he made me come all the way down to the front desk and then would not start the checkout process until I could guarantee my daughter was out of the room. I can barely walk, I'm not going back up there to check 🤬. Receipt was not offered on paper and it took about 30 minutes to get one emailed to me. The only bar open after 11:00, was a cross between a karaoke bar in the bad part of town, and spring break in the trailer park. SO BAD😂
The rooms are really starting to show wear and tear. Thermostats were not accurate. Bathroom fan was so loud you couldn't hear anything in the whole room and you could not turn on the light in the bathroom without turning on the fan.
I have stayed at many resorts in the Cancun area for under $300 a night, that were so much better than this place, in every way. Zilara is still charging $600+ a night. Someone needs to let them know that they are pretty much the Motel 6 of the hotel zone, and at least 50% of the employees have no idea about hospitality.
We did have a great experience at the breakfast buffet. Everyone there was very attentive, the food was amazing, and that gets five stars.... but nothing else in the hotel does.

This is one of the best hotel here in cancun. This is 4 diamond and AAA rating hotel if you know what does it mean !
Service and hospitality is on a different level since the moment you enter to the hotel. Everyone makes sure you are enjoying and having fun to the extreme. All restaurants here are top notch, yes it is all inclusive without sacrificing the food quality. Entertainment team is exceptionally high rated. All waiters and hostesses are amazing. I will definitely come back here to have more memories in this great hotel destination.

Went with my husband and company. The resort is beautiful and clean. Its all inclusive Except for cabanas and spas but the cabana price is definitely worth it as in the states it would run you about $700 And we paid $159 a Deluxe package. The rooms are clean and big that balconies are nice And the jacuzzi tubs are a nice touch. The service was outstanding. This is a non-smoking hotel but there are smoking areas. The view of the ocean is gorgeous and the pools are crystal clear. We are going back for our anniversary.
