Terms & Conditions:

All weddings, regardless of size, must be booked a minimum of 30 days in advance of the wedding date. Subject to availability and double occupancy only. Prices and package subject to change without notice. This package cannot be combined with the Honeymoon Package for both to be received complimentary and the free wedding package cannot be deducted when purchasing other packages. 15% discount on spa treatments cannot be applied to spa packages or combined with any other spa promotion or offer. Please note, restrictions apply when combining the complimentary wedding package with Groups Programs. See promotion terms and conditions for details.

Once the wedding is confirmed it cannot be cancelled within 6 months of the date of the wedding without a fee. For weddings booked within 6 months of the wedding date the wedding cannot be cancelled without the penalty. The cancellation penalty is $250.

*Additional fees apply for the service of a judge or minister. These fees vary by resort and will be confirmed by the wedding coordinator.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! They took such great care of us and made sure that we had an amazing vacation. There are no elevators, so make sure your room accommodation is appropriate for you and your physical needs. The various themed restaurants were decent, but we preferred the buffet and ate most of our meals there. The buffet options changed fairly regularly and we didn't ever get tired of what was available. The night time singers and karaoke were fun! The beach was beautiful! I would definutely recommend this resort!

I read reviews 1 night before my trip and had so much anxiety about the negative reviews. Minus a bit of updating of some of the rooms and a need for more vegan options, this place is a great overall value. We paid for the preferred package and really enjoyed our stay. Staff goes above and beyond and are delightful to work with. Weather was perfect late November. They have amazing entertainment for the family too.

Straight up, NOT a 4- star. This resort is being torn down soon, an maintenance seems low priority. The first room we were assigned, was a disgrace. Felt like a slap in the face for the money we paid. Very disrespectful. After one night I had to demand a different room. I would not have reserved the resort knowing it was on the way to being flattened. The employees always had a smile. I would recommend going to a different resort, and not be disappointed. And I like it better, when all-inclusive means “ no expectations to tip”. Unfortunately, that was the only way to get drinks, was to tip. Room service was 0/4 in getting the order correct. I’ve been to 4-5 other all- inclusive resorts, and this is easily the most disappointing. Too far to travel to find too many issues.

We were a family of ten and this resort met our needs perfectly . I as the Grandmother, my two sons and their families were happy with the food, service, cleanliness and beautiful grounds. Staff was great. It is too bad the ocean is plagued with the seaweed problem but the hotel is doing its best to keep it clean. The bathrooms need updating. Overall a wonderful resort for our family.

Real review the beach is a no go!!! Seaweed everywhere and brown water . Food was good at the resort but the seafood and Italian can do better and lunch at the main dinner room was not good. Customer service was amazing entertainment was amazing but they need longer at night entertainment . Rooms was a little older but the beds was amazing. Overall we had a blast I was nervous because all the bad reviews but being honest we had a good time here.
