Stayed 7 days for our honeymoon and had a wonderful experience. The resort is perfect for couples looking to relax with great pools, excellent service, and outstanding food. The staff were incredibly attentive, frequently walking around the pool to check if guests needed anything. The food was a highlight of the trip. Even my husband, who is a picky eater, tried several new dishes and loved them. We highly recommend booking Vantage, as the sit-down breakfast and rooftop pool quickly became part of our daily routine. The resort app was also very helpful and consistently updated, making it easy to check restaurant details, activity schedules, and other daily information. The beach club was easy to reach by shuttle (though it can fill up), and we appreciated that it’s private with no vendors approaching guests. While the beach was nice, we ended up spending most of our time enjoying the pools. Evening entertainment was fun but more relaxed than a heavy party scene, which suited us well. The golf course was also easy to book, and we had a great time playing a round. The resort felt extremely safe thanks to the long access road and multiple security checkpoints. Part of the property is being converted into condos, which some might see as an eyesore, but there was no active construction noise and it didn’t affect our stay at all. Overall, it was a 10/10 honeymoon experience and we would absolutely return.

My sisters and I came for 3 nights, during the week. We booked our own transit from the airport on the “welcome” app. Upon arrival it was great service non-stop. We didn’t realize we booked the vantage club and loved the extra amenities that provided, mostly the club with top shelf liquor and treats all day and night. The beach club was about a 10 minute ride in their shuttle, although we probably could have walked. Rumbia and Eduardo at the club gave us the best service, both days. We loved the beach so much that we went twice instead of staying at the hotel pools. The food at the beach was a highlight for us, although the guacamole at the Mexican restaurant was better :) we loved the Ahi nachos and the aquachile negra. Housekeeping was on top of it and so was the minimal times we ordered room service. The breakfast buffet on FB had a whole side with Mexican food (real) and it was the best treat, the carnitas 😋😋😋 it didn’t bother us for a minute the beach was a bus ride away. The mystic night with tarot cards and a dj was a special treat, as was the burlesque. This resort was perfect for people in their 40s, low key, not too much partying and no kids!! The only shock was there is a part in the vivid pool that looks like a hot tub but it is NOT! Oops.

Special thanks to Roberto - Aglio Blanca - Restaurant manager Mario - Rooftop waiter Daniel - Rooftop Chef Our final night Blanca arranged a romantic meal in the rooftop which was just out of this world. The food prepared by Daniel, was exceptional along with the service from Mario. We stayed for 14 nights and everything was just perfect. We went to the evening entertainment of Tuna fin at Beach club and this was just unbelievably memorable. Thank you all for such an amazing stay. L & K xx

Absolutely wonderful! The service has been ABSOLUTELY IMPECCABLE! They go above and beyond to make sure you have the 5 star experience. From the minute we walked in we felt right at home. The staff is one of a Kind!! Especially at the beach club, Moises, Vladimir, Ivan, Miguel, AND ALL OF THEM were AMAZING!! The drinks, Service, and personality made the Experience even more memorable! The ENTIRE RESORT IS impressive!! Dont lose the beach cat, Guapo he is the sweetest little guy, filled with so much love. He is PERFECT. The entertainment team was hilarious and made it extremely fun. Ceasar deserves a promotion and was beyond humble, loving, and HILARIOUS! Thank you to the management team who ensured a Killer trip, every single one of them. We are in awe of the love and care they gave us. Vantage club was well worth it. Dont miss out on an amazing experience for an exceptional price!! We were here for two weeks and wouldn’t change a thing💕 We will be back! We love you guys!

If I could give less than one star, I would. What was meant to be a special Valentine’s trip turned into an incredibly upsetting experience. During our stay, my husband suffered severe food poisoning after eating at the hotel buffet. On Valentine’s evening, we were seated at the rooftop restaurant looking forward to what should have been a lovely, romantic dinner. Unfortunately, my husband suddenly became unwell while we were sitting at the table and we had to leave immediately. The rest of the evening was spent in our room while he was extremely sick and weak. The following day, I went to the buffet to get him something light to eat. I was told I could not take food to the room on the plates. I explained that my husband was very unwell and unable to come down himself, and that he only needed something simple, including some ice cream. The lack of empathy from staff was shocking. The manager instructed a staff member to remove the food from the plates and transfer it into paper cups instead. It felt dismissive and completely lacking compassion during a difficult situation. Upon checkout, we were charged for the Valentine’s meal despite not being able to eat it due to my husband’s illness. We were also told the food poisoning must have occurred outside of the resort, which is simply untrue. I have also been unwell despite not eating anywhere else. This experience completely overshadowed our trip and left us deeply disappointed.
