We chose this hotel to be close to the OCCC. The walkways to each building make it fantastic. The staff were great during each interaction. Our room was well maintained and comfortable. The bathroom was a lot nicer than other area hotels too. This was a great choice for us and was a much better experience over the Hilton we stayed at the previous year.

If this review is helpful, please make sure you leave it a like 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽. I stayed here for 1 night on business. The hotel is gigantic. It took me a moment to figure out where I needed to go to get to the check-in desk because I was dropped off in front of the marketplace. The hotel is well kept very beautiful. The rooms were wonderfully decorated. I had a corner room, so I had a view of the little lake. I was extremely tired, so I didn't get a chance to check out the gym. I will try to do so the next time I stay here. Hotel staff was incredibly hospitable. The bed slept well, and the hot water pressure was great. The only thing that I didn't like about this hotel was that the walls were a little thin. Because it is near Disney and Universal studios.There was quite a bit of noise in the hallway for a little bit at night.

Excellent stay! We were here for a competition and everyone was great! The rooms were extremely clean and ready when we checked in early. Housekeeping was respectful and helpful and we enjoyed the amenities. I was able to work from the lobby area as there are plenty of places to sit comfortably, work or enjoy the atmosphere. Food is pricey, but their açaí bowls are so good! The pools are great as well-we spent a lot of time by the pool and it was comfortable and relaxing. And the fries at the pool are delicious. Nice job, Hyatt! One of the few places I’ve stayed that I can honestly say was a perfect experience.

Great location close to everything Orlando has to offer. Busy hotel but the check in process was quick and easy. Valet was also quick, even with a lot of cars arriving the time we did. Tried most of the restaurants on site. Food was great and good size portions. The pool bar, is more of a walk up and get served type bar, not actual bar seating - but plenty of other spots to sit on pool deck. Rooms were good size, clean and comfy. Will definitely stay there again.

Checked in for 1 night for a work event; my Husband joined for the night since we are locals. The last time we stayed at this hotel was 21 years ago this July, it was our honeymoon night. Since our anniversary is coming up, we thought it would be cool to stay in that same room. They put us in the room and they surprised us with this!!! Made our night, Thank you! ❤️
